Deep Temptation

This is a good solid performing perfume that can be worn by any gender . I as a man appreciate this scent very much , the zesty opening of the blood orange note is a surprising yet very nice one which mixes beautifully with the saffron and a hint of jasmin gives it that freshness and brightness that mixes so well with the blood orange . Don't recognize the coriander note as my nose does not know it. It's quite a good performer in time yet less performing in sillage, but that might be some nose blindness . On clothes it lingers for days and what a good smell it is. On skin, I would say a good 6/8 hours All by all, a really good and excellent perfume, not so sweet as all the Red Temptation flankers, this one has it's own scent profile. Get it while you can !

The 2024 Zara Deep Temptation is a mineral, ambery, leathery with a hint of tobacco experience. I do get the saffron and a dash of jasmine followed by some coriander and dark woods aura. It lasts all day, on clothes it lingers endlessly. It is not a blind buy and if you are a fan of Red Temptation don't count on liking this one at first whiff. The leathery drydown with a hint of something citrusy yet aquatic might put some ladies off as it is seen as a slightly more masculine approach. I love it just because I cannot stand gourmands anymore. I need this type of freshness, especially in winter. The cold air makes Deep Temptation's notes seem made of steel. It is a perfume dedicated to the Wonder Woman within me.

wowziessss this is incredible!!! (i have never smelled ganymede or most niche fragrances). but this is signature scent worthy. incredible undescribable smell that is completely unisex and extremely wearable. i really could not describe it if i tried, it has that baccarat ambery mossy base but also a bitter floral note and a minerality to it... i was terrified to open it (blind bought, i know, bad) due to me not being able to even remotely try to think how this would smell, but i adore this. i may get a backup bottle as it is on sale at zara and i am scared they will get rid of it. try this!!!!

Deep Temptation smells to me more of a violet or leathery version of Baccarat Rouge 540 by MFK. To me it does have that addictive quality to it but in a deeper way. Strange is that from all Zara fragrances tried in the store for the first time, Deep Temptation was the one that caught my attention and made me buy the 80ml bottle. Baccarat Rouge 540 by MFK is a like for me, weather Deep Temptation is a ❤️. Nice work Zara!

This is the perfect sexy, mysterious, unforgettable scent for a night out. It sprays with a sharp scent of leather/coriander, but dries down a little on the sweeter side with a nice floral scent. This LINGERS. I wake up the next morning and still smell it on myself. I could definitely see this being unisex, if you like a little bit of a floral/amber scent on a man.

This fragrance was a gift from my son, who really liked it. After the first sniff, I was shocked. It smelled like a dentist's office. After a day, I decided to spray it again, and I was sure it wasn't for me. After a week, I was already in love with it, and soon I'll finish the 30ml bottle. I'm definitely going to buy the larger one.

Red Temptation? Magnificent Black?? Come on now - I can't smell none of that 😂 This is a more unisex and less spicy version of Ocean Electric. Surprisingly well blended, with a vanilla cola accord in the opening. Gold Oddity made less feminine and deeper (also different from Leather Fever, and I like Deep Temptation way more)

i smelled this on my friend and fell in love with it. it's such an unexpected scent that i wouldn't even know if i didn't have the chance to smell it. really sad that it had been discontinued though, would love to own a bottle of this. idk if it makes sense but i also think this would suit an alt person so well.

I like it but my partner doesn’t... but I’m still gonna wear it anyway. lol It shares the same scent profile somewhat similar to BR and Red Temptation, perhaps 40-50% similarity. It’s very unisex so anyone can use it. I’m super curious though, what does Ganymede smell like?

Love this dusty woody smell. It reminds of both Red temptation and Ganymede. Expect that half of women in the city will smell like this😉

The best fragrance ever. Different, remarkable, futuristic. Not for boring people.

Deep Temptation is nothing more than the return of last year's Zara masculine fragrance - Magnificent Black. Maybe the baccarat note is a bit more prominent and we have orange in the opening, but around 90% of them are the same scents - at least for the first 2 hours. I recommend reading reviews of Magnificent Black to know what to expect from this new product. If someone has Magnificent Black and does not want to duplicate scents, then buying Deep Temptation can be skipped, but if someone misses the above scent, it is worth testing. Longevity and projection are significantly above the Zara average - especially longevity. The bottle looks great and the composition itself is the most masculine edition in the Red Temptation series. The list of notes on Fragrantica is incomplete, but there are definitely mineral notes, leather, and violet. 9/10

It brings to mind a carefully put together outfit, gold jewellery, soft lighting, and a time when you want your perfume to be noticed. Longevity is quite good, with moderate projection, noticeable for the first few hours before settling closer to the skin and creating a pleasant aura.

Similar to Red temptation, but this one doesn't give me a headache. I usually don't like woody fragrances, but with this one I can go easily. It was a good blind buy. Bought this one 2 days ago so I'll update about longevity, but for now it seems like it lasts about 5 hours.

Saffron and coriander pretty intense on me, and can confirm that yes, it is the dupe for Baccarat Rouge! Sprayed them both to compare, and they're very similar, only that Baccarat is smoother, deep temptation is more stronger and intense

Of all the Ganymede clones, this one IMO gets the closest. It still has the same rye bread-y quality that the other ZARA Ganymede clone (Gold Oddity) has, unfortunately. :( (Granted, this may just be a reaction with my skin). Both this and Gold Oddity have another problem - they smell MUCH better on paper and from the bottle than they do on skin. In general, I think Deep Temptation came out a little bit more successful. On paper I cannot tell DT and GO apart. Still looking for that budget Ganymede clone...

The top notes come out very soapy and masculine to me (soapy but not in a good way). The dry down though is very pleasing. Very ambery!

Extremely synthetic smelling wood, not listed here but it also has Mineral Notes. My friend compared it to department store smell and now I can't get it out of my head...

This smells like red temptation elixir in a new bottle to me. Unfortunately it makes me nauseous and induces a headache.

This " reminds me of " section can be quite misleading for people who are not careful. Some of Zara perfumes can smell similar but Deep Temptation, Gold Oddity and Leather Fever don't smell anything like each other, also Deep Temptation and Leather Fever aren't Ganymede dupes.Certain popular , high on demand perfumes can have great influence on current trends and as a result not always intentionally some releases can come across as duplicates. Sometimes I see people calling a perfume dupe for another perfume that has been released few years prior to the so called " original" or the "real " one. Always test your scent before you make up your mind rather than getting influenced by " Reminds me of " section and some comments as sense of smell can be subjective and sometimes some people claim certain scents are identical, dupes or similar just because they share same scent profile which doesn't always necessarily mean they're similar scents. As for Deep temptation, it's quite smooth version of original Red Temptation with good sillage.

I blind bought Deep Temptation due to its good price and the promise of a deeper version of Red Temptation... I was wrong because this is quite different to RT... I cant find its citrusy and fresh nuances in it. Instead you get a more metallic vibe provided by the blend of coriander, saffron and geranium-like fruitiness from blood orange... it is not an easy accord. Also, I would swear I'm smelling some kind of leather in the base, surprisingly not listed, because its pretty strong and somehow velvety. I'm not much appealed by this smell which is quite powerful and long-lasting, as well. To sum up, DT is a very challenging perfume to me and personally I think that RT is more playful and thus much more easy to wear and love.

It seems Zara has taken Magnificent Black made it lighter more aquatic and reduced the Barracact undertones. I have Magnificent Black which I love but it is very dense and strong so I use it sparingly. If you like MB then consider Deep Temptation as a lighter fresher version of it. Very long lasting a great winter scent

On my skin it's much sweeter and less mineral than I expected.+- OG red temptation with slightly oriental Coca Cola touch.Good.performance.

Similar to red temptation but spicier and fresher. Prefer this one as it is more “tangible”
