Fleurs Sublimes For Her

I'm sorry I didn't get to this beauty before; there was a slew of new and old that caught my pen. Having already written about Rose Gourmand Men and True Leather Men, I put the others aside and continued to work with my backlog. But Fleurs Sublimes jumped into my hand this morning, and I thought I'd take another round and talk about it for all of you. Fleurs Sublimes has a super fresh and light but also sexy and sophisticated scent. It is floral from the first breath but not so flowery, and it is not a sweetish, cloying, or headache-inducing scent, instead of a moist and fresh bouquet. It is interesting to see how the nose transforms three full flowers, jasmine, tuberose, and rose, into something delicate. Fleurs Sublimes smells like an unexpected compromise between the female and male world. Tuberose is naïve enough for tea friends' cocktail parties and assertive enough to cut through basement clubs' smoky air where bets are made. The initial whisper of the breath is a beautiful blend of citrus and herbal notes. I love sour citrus on the green. Clove is nothing more than a spicy and transient note to take you into the floral heart. Faint mellifluous ylang-ylang appears for a while, but it doesn't last for a lifetime. In the background, on the other hand, a wet and powdery violet watches the show until the end. When the opening subsides, the jasmine comes out first, along with some peach underneath, the white citrus blossom, I guess. The aroma slowly increases in volume, with the dryad of rose and tuberose arriving with the same intensity. Just for a while, I felt like I was catching the poison of lily of the valley, or white flower, as listed in the heart notes. Flowers play the same way, and there is no one dominating the other. Instead, one has the impression of a beautiful flowery and bittersweet bouquet. After a delicate explosion of flowers, the fragrance reveals the musky olfactory notes for actual olfactory caress. The dusty shade of purple and the welcoming Akigalawood, similar to woody patchouli, salted vanilla, clean white moss, paint a whispered atmosphere. Everything is excellent and a little innocent. However, we sniff a breath of patchouli, which supports everything. Ultimately, I can understand the similarity that other reviewers found, referring to Bloom EAU DE PARFUM. Though they have some vibes in common, they are far from one another. Especially in the beginning, Bloom has that camomile hay-like nuance whereas this one shines on the luscious yellow tropical flower. The glows of opulent jasmine, noble rose, and narcotic tuberose glide over the skin and are the most dominant notes for me. Fleurs Sublimes has moderate longevity and sillage. Hence, it is ideal for spring and autumn days, whether for pleasure or work. However, I'm curious to let loose on cool summer evenings. Despite the sensual notes of the flowers, it is not overbearing. Eventually, it disappears with a velvety caress after hours of enjoyment. Since I own both, I can assure you that the male and female versions are identical. I based this review on a bottle I have owned since 2020.

I agree with 'For the smell, I get a beautiful white floral, not in a soapy way but a real (slightly indolic) Jasmine, it doesn't project that much but it is long lasting, I sprayed it on my sleeve and the smell remained after washing my shirt.' I do no get the l'eau d 'issey comparison, but get something green and fall coming through while walking through woods that are wet and mossy, yet the scent is very fresh. Really like wearing it...

It’s an okay perfume, I don’t love it but I don’t hate it. I don’t think it smells like Gucci Bloom but probably same vibe. Light and appropriate for summer or spring.

When Zara brought back half of the Country Exclusive line as Chapter 1, I was stunned Fleurs Sublimes was not in there. There’s no way this wouldn’t be a bestseller, because it is an exact dupe of Gucci’s Bloom. This is a tuberose bomb with a bit of jasmine in it, creamy in that old school sunscreen sense, extremely elegant and alluring. It is a properly sexy scent. The only reason this is no longer in my collection is that it gives me a headache. The tuberose is so strong, it turns cloying pretty fast. I am genuinely sad that I cannot wear this, but it’s now my Mum’s, so I can always give it a sniff from time to time.

It smells so good in the bottle, a very fresh jasmine dominate fragrance that is softened by the violet. On my skin, once it starts to dry down it is beautiful, but familiar. I finally put my finger on it...this is reminds me of Issey Miyake l'eau d'Issey and at first I thought it might be a dupe, but they are different. To me, it smells like it could be a flanker. I like to wear this right after a shower, it is in no way soapy, but it smells clean and is very beautiful. Worth the price and I will wear this all the time in spring and summer. Edit: Issey Miyake l'eau d'Issey had a note that reminds me of the ocean (but not salty). If this were a flanker it would give me fresh water stream vibes.

I tried it at Zara a few days ago and I am really impressed with the quality, unlike the 'usual' Zara this one is clearly high quality to me, which reflects on the price as well, it's almost double the usual price for 80 ml. Seems to me like Zara is improving their perfume line recently, with the Malones' and now this exclusive line, simplistic but of high quality, good approach! From the drydown my impressions are of Alien edt, as if with a pinch of Alien Fusion, but light and airy like TF Jasmin Rouge, rather than powdery or ambery. So far I like this one of the new line the best after I smelled them at home. In the store, Red Temptation was my favorite, but it gets annoying after some time, because although subtle, you can smell it everywhere - as it sticks to clothes and sheets and your hair and lingers and lingers and lingers ... there's no escape from its initial goodness ... it becomes too much of a good thing. While Fleurs Sublime only gets better with time and it sort of evolves.

this is nice medium intensity green floral, prominent on violet with shy jasmin peaking around and woodsy drydown. Its nice but not anything earth shattering. It was a blind buy for me and its just not my kind of scent as I usually prefer sweeter fragrances and gourmands. Also, this smells nothing whatsoever like Bloom which is heavy on tuberose(and if anyone smelled tuberose, they know how heady it is and how its impossible to mistake for anything else). While other Zara scents in this line are pretty long lasting, this one is rather weak.

This is probably my favourite from the exclusive line. It' s quite a lovely floral blend with a dominant yet soft and smooth jasmine note. The projection is quite good as is the longevity. I cannot say it reminds me of a particular perfume; there could probably be many due to the jasmine note. One that comes straight to my mind is a discontinued L'Occitane perfume for its softness and simplicity.

A beautiful vivid jasmine, somewhere in between gucci bloom and ck beauty. Longevity is not very bad, but the intensity fades a lot, unlike the others in the line, which I found very lasting.
