For Him Blue Edition

Im surprised this one was so quickly discontinued. One of the best Zara scents in my opinion. Not what i expected when i bought it. Because of the coconut note i was expecting something more summery fresh for using at the beach. This one has a coconut note but this one is mostly woody sweet, which adds more versatility, and the coconut isnt that prominent, but it is present. This one would be best in spring/autumn as a daily wear. It is versatile enough where you wouldnt be out of place using it on winter or summer, or in more formal situations, but thats not the best situation to use it. Longevity and projection is one of the best in Zara, about 6-8hours (i dont think any Zara lasts longer than 8hrs from what ive seen). For the price i got it for (10USD) its an absolute steal. Id be happy paying 50USD for this. I wouldnt pay more than that though. For a Zara, it is amazing, one of the best of the brand. Cant believe it was discontinued so soon.

Hello, I give chance this parfum and I must say that it is very good scent. I use it maybe for one year -here and there (not a daily scent for me). In overall: 7/10, worth buying for that price. At first I taught it's an ordinary typical male fragrance - not bad not terrible. But over time it turned out to be unusual and unique for me... until I tried tester of Jean Paul Gaultier and I could smell similar notes, similar vibe but in an elegant style. So I give like(similarity) to JPG Le Beau Le Parfum. But I have to state that I haven't tried Fusion. It's masculine and fresh, main smell is coconut. Longetivity is (for Zara) better than I expect, for me it's about 5-6h, projection about 2h. Opening smells like "after shower". Drydown is charismatic and masculine. I get some compliments almost every time I wear it and I wear it everywhere (school, gym, date...). It's in shadow of Zara For Him Red Edition but honestly I don't understand this comparison of two different fragrances. It's like comparing Dior Sauvage vs TF Tobacco Vanille... :)

This is quite nice. Smells like coconut and fig. I prefer this to the Red Edition. It lasts about 4-6 hours on skin, but it doesn't project much.

Smells coconut and fig in moderate aroma. You can wear this in a chill day or noon time date. Easy to wear.

Whenever I see coconut in the notes of a perfume, it goes on the list to be tested, and there is also fig, so a more specific idea emerged. I didn't have any particular expectations from Zara, but I was a bit disappointed after the first seconds. Blue Edition turned out to be a disappointment because the coconut and fig scents seem to ring out at times, but they don't smell like I thought they would, and they disappear quickly. There is no creamy, less sweet coconut here, and even less coconut flakes, the dry ones I like the most. There is a pina colada that smells synthetic. Blue Edition is as the name suggests - blue. Average, typical blue shower gel with ambroxan and a bit of pina colada in the background. They probably wanted to create something like Le Beau, or rather something between Dylan Blue and Cool Water Intense. There's no great drama, but nothing particularly noteworthy either. A fragrance for young and teenage girls. Weak parameters, longevity about 3 hours with very delicate projection. 5/10

I think this is not BDC clone. Not bad, not special. Expected zara fragrance

Coconut scent could be stronger

Smells very coconut and fig smelling. I get nose blind to the smell in about 2 hours but pretty noticeable from others after 4-6 hours. Longevity is impressive for a Zara fragrance. Imo Red Edition has better longevity but that is more geared towards fall. Dry-down is like a pine version of Dylan Blue and a lot more coconut-smelling. This is something you can wear on a hot day because it also has that aquatic vibe.

I really liked this one, and i am not keen at all of coconut, and being fan of fruity sinthetic fragrances, this is totally the opposite, creamy and gently likable, this is a different type of fragrance that is not my kind but i admit this one really surprised me, a pity i have a small sample must keep it because it it discontinued, shame zara!!! What happens with you?

Did not like this one bit! The notes drew me in but jeesh this is screechy mess. Worst of the range so far. The difference in quality between blue & red is vast. Just shows how hit and miss Zara can be. Definitely sample it first in store. Even at the price, NOT a safe blind buy.
