Absolutely Sublime

This was a try - ahhh - checktheprice - buy ! experience...I never really do that anymore... Today was an exception from that "rule". I asked the salesperson if their new line was room sprays, hoping they weren't gonna be... They were edt:s - Thankfully !!! I sprayed some on a blotter and ahhhh it was delicious ! Bought it on instant. If I was to describe it, I would say it's like a lighter but woodier and slightly spicier Decadence, or one of the Kördes , the pink bottle with Violet They are not twins but has similarities, cause the drydown made me think of it. Where I found Decadence kind of cloying, this stays fresh !

This has got to be one of the most sensational perfumes I have ever owned. A brilliant, tea-forward, sophisticated gourmand frag. Sensual and sweet, but never cloying, Absolutely Sublime is a compliment magnet. I have never once worn this out without being stopped--usually multiple times--and asked what perfume I was wearing. I own two bottles of Absolutely Sublime and am nearly finished with the first, so now I use it sparingly and infrequently, though I smell it often. Something about the black tea and yerba maté really grounds the edible notes. A masterpiece. 10/10

Tea with burning sugar - what an absolutely sublime perfume indeed. I wore it a few times and everyone around me went bonkers, betting that this is a 200$ niche release. This could be an eau de parfum release of Gucci pour Homme II or some kind of a flanker of this. Sadly Zara Home decided to discontinue this gem and it is gone forever. This is actually Mixed Emotions by Byredo, I own both and they smell identical. The perfumer of both is J. Epinette, even the notes are the same. Maybe there was a bit of fine tuning in Mixed Emotions, so happy I got it so cheap. Sad it is discontinued, I guess that's why Byredo decided to release it - so much more expensive. This Zara Home collection proved to be really masterpieces (Tonka Wood was actually Bal D'Afrique).

one of the best from this line...i love sweet black tea..and this tea note is sublime...as the name suggests.lasts a long time..natural smell, for unisex purpose and can dress it up, nice citrus, violets and sugar note to support that amazing tea note..soothing and if you liked gucci pour homme two or bvlgari pour homme line...this is upscale version of those...more modern...full bottle worthy 9/10

This perfume is simply amazing. The sweetness, the cozy comfortable luxurios smell. It makes you feel like on top of the world. This is much better than some of the most expensive fragrances in the world. The composition is simple and very safe. No toxic carcinogens and no benzophenone in this gem.

Please if anyone has this beauty sell me! Was my signature scent of my teen years and even tho mixed emotions is spot on dupe it’s quite expensive. I will get it anyway but I still NEED this one, miss it every day.

What a fantastic tea scent that shares a formula recycled by the perfumer who has presented it to expensive niche brands. Pity that it has been discontinued

Wasabi? Good, dusty Wasabi. I sprayed it at the store and immediately thought: "sushi?" Then I realised: Wasabi paste. Though different, more dusty, this fragrance strongly reminds me of wasabi paste. I like it. Unusual, fresh spicy. Wears close to skin. Unisex. --- Re-tested: Now I know what smells like wasabi: it's the dry-ish mix of the two tea notes plus the wood. It's very modern, dry and fresh and unusual. I would like it to last more and project more (lasts me 3-4 hours) but I am still considering buying it :)

I like it, to me it's a tea smell, I don't get any sweetness. Perfectly appropriate for the office or basically any occasion, fresh, sophisticated and completely unisex. Anyway, unfortunately for me I wore it a few times during stressful time in my life and it ruined the smell for me. I gave up on trying to regain my love to it and i'm ready to let it go. The people who downvoted the resemblance with Baccarat Rouge have either never smelled this one, BR 540 EDP or maybe neither of them.

What a coincidence happened to me! One day I used Jasmin Angélique by Atelier Cologne, perfume that I can say I do not love, but it is one of those that you buy and, given its high price, you decide to give it more opportunities hopping you like it or trying to convince you do. That same day I went through Zara Home and tried this Absolutely Sublime, I do not remember what the begging was like. Half an hour or an hour later I said "this J.A. is not so bad". Haha, it turns out that it was actually the Zara Home, but they have a great similarity, because both perfumes are from the same creator,Jerome Épinette, and this is notorious. I do not know if the set of notes is a kind of marketing strategy because between these two fragrances there is apparently no connection, but ultimately they share a DNA. It is difficult for me to describe Absolutely Sublime by its notes, but if you have smelled J.A. of Atelier, is similar to the half life of this without the smell of cigarette ashes. I could say that Absolutely Sublime is the easy to use version of Jasmin Angélique: citrus, herbal, slightly sweet, pleasant for others, economical and with a better longevity and sillage. Nice.

I am totally enchanted with the release of this entire line. Absolutely Sublime is the best out of six and guess what? It is Absolutely Sublime! It starts off very earthy like recently sprayed soil, fresh, humid but discret, mellow... in fact you think that the journey ends here (low cost homeware brand). No way! What comes next is a long and complex development with several mutations and increasing strength. Actually you can feel the joining of violets and black tea to the opening accord, creating a dark and floral atmosphere with fruity and incensey whiffs, like smelling exotic dark berries. Delicious! As soon as woody and sweet aspects appear, the perfume achieve incredible levels of deepness to what it seems a mesmerizing liquour like a black vodka that will stay with you for 6-8 hours and even the next day if your clothes have been coated with it. I am sure this is a too personal interpretation of this scent because although it is quite linear, its complexity may guide you through a wide variety of stages and sensations. Magic for a ridiculous price. Niche is seriously damaged ;) 10/10

Zara broke my heart when they discontinued this absolutely sublime fragrance. Again, who's the idiot who thought this would be a good idea? I've never come across a fragrance so aptly named, and neither have I come across anything that smells remotely like this exquisite fragrance. Please direct me to anything that comes close to this sexy beauty. It is a citrus/vetiver fragrance for all seasons, with incredible longevity and extraordinary sillage. I've managed to own three bottles of this before they axed it, and none of my citrus choices have received such positive feedback. So many of my colleagues at the time asked me what fragrance I was wearing, and it was often noted that it lingered pleasantly at the office. Zara, bring this back. PLEASE.

I bought this on a 75% off sale (guess this is sadly being discontinued soon). This scent is soft, close to the skin and very natural, no synthetic feel to this lovely tea fragrance at all. It is described as an gourmand, but if you think this scent has a sugary edible kind of vibe, it does not. This is pure black tea, softened with woods and just a tad of sugar, to keep it tamed. Also there is a very sublime tobacco note hiding in this juice with a very light, smoky trail , very nice. This is also very niche like, so if you love niche tea scents, go and grab a bottle before this is gone. I think I will get 2 or 3 back up bottles of this incredible perfume, love it.

The name says it all this fragrance is simply Sublime... I save it for the warmer months and it is stunningly beautiful... Easily lasts all day in me... Lots of compliments..... So glad I stocked up on lots of bottles this beauty when they were literally giving it away a few years ago....

one of the best fragrances i have ever wore. Does not remind me of anything else. Wish it lasted longer but...for the price it has it's great. On my skin it is sparkling when first applied and then it turns woody, a bit sweet and spicy.

Hello! Maybe somebody know, if there is possible to buy these parfumes anywhwere in Europe? Zara doesnt have it anymore, its so pity :(

It reminds of Guerlain Limon Verde, though this Zara is much sharper sweet-sour.
