Lemon Lazuli

On the upside, I only paid £7.99 for this. On the downside, it's worth about £7.99. I quite like some of Zara's fragrances. I haven't tried them all but I like quite a few of the Vibrant Leather line and a few from other lines. This one wasn't up there. I bought it blind because my local store didn't have it, the notes sound good... so I thought I'd at least find it pleasant, but it just smells like your average, generic, cheap men's fragrance. The vanilla note is prominent but is very synthetic smelling. I had it on my arm for about an hour and a half before washing it off. After washing it, there was still a little there lurking and that actually smelled ok, but nothing I'd be shouting from the rooftops for people to buy as it'll be their favourite cheapie ever, just... ok. I'll give it another go at some point and leave it on through the dry down but I can't imagine I'll end up liking it any more as it just smells like what it is. Cheap.

Got this for like 50% off, it was 5.99€. For that price it's not bad but it isn't great either. Opening is basically generic men cologne/aftershave but later it becomes sweeter and vanilla is dominant. I expected little more but still wearable, generic EDT good for the Spring/Summer. Would much rather recommend Copper Orange, it's much, much better. Got another bottle of it together with Lemon Lazuli but like i said Copper Orange >>>>>>>>>

A very refreshing scent. Lemon and vanilla mix feels like a sorbet; a cheesecake is right on the money. Nice but faint powdery drydown: weaker than others but noticeable. Did a quick choice test of this Vs Vibrant Leather Bogoss being also quite sweet but amber/powdery, most people opted for this everytime. A semi blind buy, one of only two left on shelf vs 6+ on the others available in my local store. But man is this deceptive! I can't smell it on me after 20-30 mins, giving an impression of week sillage and longevity, but others can still smell this off me quite easily. Can possibly fool you into spraying way more than you need. A nice one for summer. Hoping further formulations may tweak the weakness a little! Update: a few hours later after double sprays (15 min after the first) it appears to last, but as long as your typical Zara scent lasts. Not bad at all

This is incredibly delicious and misleading at first sniff at the store. It does start jus ok and then developes in pure deliciousness. I left the store with the ok thought and had to return to the store the day after to buy it. Decent performance too. Discontinued so you have missed out or hope in same perfume in different bottle next season, you never know.
