Marshmallow Addiction Eau de Parfum

An unusual fragrance, I cant pick up any marshmellow but that is no suprise with the name of Zara perfumes! The sunflower note is not one I have smelt before but I really enjoy it. The perfume is bright, sparkling & fruity, I cant compare this to anything I have smelt before. It makes me feel really fresh & think of the colour yellow, a hot day surrounded by sunflowers & being near water. I would say this is a blind buy as it doesnt match the name at all but I really enjoy this

Design / packaging / name -> comfort, musk, baby pink, marshmallow in your baby pink blanket, cancer/Taurus girly vibes Actual juice -> a Sagittarius and a Leo (also girlies, this time with a BRIGHT pink aesthetic) eating fruit smoothies after a ball paint battle game. In conclusion nothing airy/powdery/sugary/marshmallowy but instead, fruity sugar vibes, someone commented melon and yes smth smells like a very juicy watery fruit. It starts very juicy & fruity and ends up as a nice fruity musk. I understand why so many people chose escada fragrances in the "it makes me think of— section". It has an escada vibe to it, same feeling, same emotion. It's a fragrance that makes you happy. I am not in love with the juice but I am in love with the way it makes me feel. The name is a lie, but it’s a nice enough fragrance. Maybe I’m weird, but the synthetic fruitiness (someone mentioned tutti-frutti in another review, and that’s accurate) is surprisingly enjoyable. It just has no lasting power or projection on my skin. It sticks around on clothing for at least a few hours, though. The dry down on my shirt is kind of... shampoo-y? The sweetness is gone, and it’s mostly just musk. I’m keeping it around for layering, but if you’re looking for a longer lasting, broadly fruity fragrance, I recommend Trussardi Donna. If you’re looking for a cheap marshmallow fragrance, nothing beats the original Ari.

woah is this nice! it opens up with some apricot/peachy notes that stay through most of this thing's wear-time. i would not say that it is particularly complex as it simply smells like a joyful, fruity, shampoo-ish fragrance and it certainly does not project like a beast, but overall, if i was given this as a gift i would certainly use it! there's something so comforting about it that reminds me of a simpler timeline i have not lived through. if it was cheaper i would buy it since i frankly find it unreasonable to pay edp money for something that performs like an edt at most.

Uh... is the "marshmallow" in the room with us??? Don't get me wrong, I found this to be really pleasant, basically an "apple shampoo" moment but without being too soapy. Mostly just smells really fresh and clean. But marshmallow, it is not... for the first hour or so. Then a really powdery vanilla creeps in, so I guess that's supposed to be the marshmallow. But I have perfumes that I actually WOULD describe as marshmallow, and this isn't one of them. TL;DR nice perfume but the name is a bit of a head-scratcher.

I took my 11 year old niece perfume shopping at Zara for her birthday and this is the one she fell in love with. It's a sweet fruity summery delight. Not getting the marshmallow but suspect the vanilla and musk is what makes this smell gourmand rather than straight up fruit juice. Good longevity on my skin - 3-4 hrs and not too overpowering. Pretty packaging too.

This whole collection is weird to me. However, MA opens really tart and dries down to something sweet and it becomes a skin scent. Don’t expect anything marshmallow. I’m convinced they pull names out of a hat and use it whether it describes the scent or not. The whole collection is so hyped up but it’s not really giving.

I bought this thinking it was Marshmallow but guess what? Even though it's not what I was seeking, I found something really delicious and nice anyway. I am normally not a fruity sweet lover but this one has a bit of melon in it and I dig it. I can't imagine anyone hating this, but it is pretty simple.

A beautiful scent! Smells like juicy sweet apricots!!♥️ And as it is, it's a linear scent, do not expect big things from it. I regret to not buying it, even tho it's technically barely lasts more than an hour...😅 Maybe I try to tame a 30ml bottle later, to enhance longevity with some body oil.

When I was in high school I would layer BBW Georgia peach body lotion with victoria's secret deep berry mist, and I swear this smells exactly like that combo! Very fruity, very fresh and youthful. I have no idea what they were thinking with the name though.

All fruit, minimal marshmallow - feels like it’s poorly named. Reminds me of a generic summer Escada perfume - which I’m not mad about. Longevity is poor but the price point means I don’t mind respraying.

This is a lovely fruity sweet aroma and quite a good sillage as my teenage daughter only wears a few sprays and it lasts very well on her. Not for me but I appreciate a great little scent for teens.

On me, this is sugary and fruity and soft. Sillage is poor, longevity as a skin scent ok. Might wear this to bed. Not an unforgettable fragrance but pleasant nonetheless.

This smells like a musky tropical drink comprised of mango, strawberry and passionfruit. Gives me VS body spray vibes. I like it for spring/summer and casual outings.

I generally enjoy Zara fragrances from this line (same bottle design). This was one wasn't bad, but like others mentioned there's zero marshmallow. It's a very blah fragrance to me. Not bad, not good. Just ok. The bottle is cute tho. I smelled nondescript fruit with sweetness. So this one left my collection. Projection: 6/10 Longevity: 5/10 Overall Experience: 5/10

This is a fresh fruity scent. I cant pin point the fruits but maybe apricot or peach? its fresh aquatic in the beginning then its more vanilla and soft. There is no marshmallow or flowers in this one. I dont find the perfume to have a soapy or shampoo feeling either. Its a fresh, fruity sweet perfume with a hint of vanilla and same musk for staying power.

Not my style l got as gift, but it smells nice to others but not to one who sprayed it on themselves (maybe bc it is too sweet and fruity) gives me headaches during hot days (would not recommend on summer) in winter the smell doesn’t last long😭. Spring is perfect I think (haven’t tried it) pretty mid 6.5/10

I am not sure why my nose only picked first scent is coriander... the scent I am not a fan of... I could only think that might be what sunflower smells like? I want to like it but I probably need to register the fruity scent which seems to be the dominant scent here based on majority of feedback.

I don’t know why this has marshmallow in the name–it’s a fruity floral scent. Super sweet, just too floral for me personally. It has moderate sillage and lasts about 6 hours. Saw that this was compared to Ariana’s Thank U Next but I disagree. Thank U Next is quite coconut heavy on me.

I received this as a free sample with a decant order. It's fine, but definitely not for me. I probably would have liked it when I was younger though. It's simple, fruity and clean. Like everyone else, I'm mystified by the choice of name. I wonder why they chose to call it that?

A dupe for 'Thank you next' by Ariana Grande Very long lasting - more than the Ariana's one. At the beginning it's rather unspectacular but wait for the dry down - that's where it starts to bloom and develops the dupe scent. Nice.

Although the marshmallow is nowhere to be seen here, it's a joyful fruity fragrance, perfect for summer, not too cloying or overpowering. It's a combination of sweet fruit, personally I perceive notes of melon above the rest.

Extremely fruity, the name isn’t accurate at all! No marshmallow to be found. It is sweet and pleasant but doesn’t last long. Summery and almost tropical. Like fruity gummy candy

Don’t bother with this, pleasant enough smell but it disappears within 5 minutes. There’s no point even wearing it to bed.

Reminds me a lot of Ralph from Ralph Lauren. It does not smell like marshmallow at all

I am usually very gentle with each and every review, trying to find beauty everywhere and in everything. Unfortunatelly here I ought to be more savage...Marshmallow Addict is not a well done fruity or vanilla scent. What I smell is very light and too generic, and NO MARSHMELLOW whatsoever, of course. I pick up general fruitiness, specially a pungent pineapple and some kiwi, some peach and apricot kernel too. Vanilla is light and smells cheap, and the musk is but a whisp; the sweetness is of the bothering and not refined kind. It is difficult to categorize such generic scent, it doesn't even give a shampoo effect, like many other fruity fragrance. It has a 2000 vibe, like a bad replica of an Escada but one of which the dna is, at this point, surpassed, it smells dated. I am not a fruity lover but I can recognise and even somewhat enjoy a good fruity perfume...this is not at Escada level, not even near! I could only save this if layered with the beautiful Zara Hibiscus. Still, it could be pretty on a young girl (12 to 13) or layered with a floral if you crave the most tamed fruitiness for summer. Maybe it could add to Zara Peony, another good one, but I think Zara offers much, much better...even in their simple cube line. Bad performance in both sillage and lasting power make this a proper no. A maybe if it is on sale, but still not for me.

For a perfume called 'Marshmallow Addiction,' it sure smells nothing like them. I was gifted this while on a journey to try and find the perfect marshmallow/gourmand scent - but this really doesn't have anything gourmand to it's name. Like other reviews, I agree that this is more of a fruity, fresh, youthful scent, but it does remind me of shampoo or body wash. It's pleasant, but doesn't really live up to what I'm looking for. It's also just a little bit too juvenile for me. I think the pretty packaging and scent profile would be more of an ideal gift for girls/young teens. Unfortunately, I think I’ll be re-homing mine.

This is so strange. On initial smell it's okay, kinda fruity and floral. Then, the weirdest thing happens. It might be the sunflower which I'm not used to in fragrances but you know when you go for a run and are all sweaty but the sweat hasn't dried yet into the generic sweat smell? That's what this smells like until it dries down fully. Odd, not a fan. Once it dries down its an okay generic fruity scent but overall it's just not for me

Just wanted to add that the 80ml are now sold at the price of 22,90€, I just found them in store today, if you really like it maybe you can save up some money that way! Probably the bottle will be standard though...not so cute! Edit: they kept the cute bottle and they are now on the web site.

I wanted the one with the gourmand notes and I ended up ordering this one. Sad because there are no yummy gourmands to set off the basic fruitiness here. It's a basic fruity perfume with no direction, no real specific fruit genre and it's not interesting. Melon and peach are the notes I get. IDK maybe I can salvage it and combine it with an oud or cinnamon spiced perfume to make a winter frag more summer friendly. Maybe Sugar Leather with this. IDK, You, Musc K.

Fun! For me, it smells like Tropical Juice from the supermarket. I smell peach, mango, passion fruit, and other exotic fruits. The perfume has a very nice, dense sweetness of ripe fruit. The finish is musky with a slight hint of sunflower stalks. Fun, girly, a bit childish, but for some strange reason I enjoy it from time to time. P.s. The longevity is ok. I mean, if you leave it on the shelf for a few months, it kind of starts to get stronger.

ZERO marshmallow. Smells like a mix of sweet tropical gummy bears - a lot passion fruit, some kiwi, papaya, some citrus, etc. I just smell a fruit salad or tutti-frutti and don't get any musk or floral notes even after it's dry. Weak sillage, slighty better longevity. It's a very juvenile scent, and (and I don't mean this as an insult at all!) it really reminds me of the way hair smells after we wash it with a fruit shampoo.

I was so sad when I seen the notes of this fragrance. If you’re going to name a perfume marshmallow addiction I want to see some creamy gooey marshmallow note in there without being juvenile I want something sensual and comforting and rich about it , I haven’t smelled it if anyone else has does it give marshmallow without the note ? Even a little bit ? :(

The ingredients say "fruits" but it is yellow fruits HEAVY to my nose. No marshmallow - this is a fruity scent, but an artificial one, like passion fruit powdered juice. It's mostly playful and young, somewhat sweet and fresh, good for a summer's day, but smelled a little too plasticky for my taste. Would not purchase.

No marshmallow at all, so name is not indicative (but hey, it's Zara perfume, that's a given with them). Instead, just pure fruitiness. Mostly Pear, to me. Longevity and sillage very weak. Even at the low price I wouldn't find it worth it; Zara has much better perfumes at the same price point.

I tested this today and it lid really nice. I think it smells like mangos and fruity juicy sweets, it smells like solar mango should smell like. It’s not marshmallows but it it’s very sweet, very feminine and fruit juicy. I will be buying this.

Smells exactly like a mature, juicy and sweet peach. Wanted to try this cuz of the marshmellow note, tho theres no marshmellow at all😭. But honestly? I like this one, since peach is my fav fruit. Its amazing for summer tbh

Confused as to why the name is marshmallow addict but it has no notes of marshmallow and smells nothing like marshmallow. This smells weird and not in a good way, that’s all. Zara’s fragrances are so underwhelming.
