Memorable Aura

This is not a 1:1 dupe for Fame. In fact I don't even think this is duping Fame. I own Fame and it is more perfumey. I hardly get much mango coming from it, even though there is some kind of fruit scent. Where in the Zara I get a more juicy-creamy mango and there's a spicy nuace to it as well. It is much better than Fame. And whoever started saying that was what this is duping really did it a disservice. And there's definitely more than just "Mango" and "Floral Notes" in this.

I have yet to add it to my collection, but had a chance to try and oh my lady - this smells amazing - yes reminds of Paco Rabanne Fame, but to my nose this lasts longer and the Mango note is fresher, the floral notes are definitely jasmine-white floral ish (I don't think there's tuberose). I had Fame for a while (it was too light for my liking). I still have Olympea - but I don't smell the similarities however, different noses pick different scents

Интересното е, че тук повечето го оприличават с Fame/ Paco Rabanne....Имам и този парфюм, но не усетих сходство между двата. Трайност: Напръсках върху вълнено палто, минаха 14 часа и все още го усещам След ден изпозване- да, това определено е аромат на Paco Rabanne- Fame❤

It's a love. Oh, I hope Zara keeps it as a permanent one. It's really sweet mango with vanilla, like a creamy mango ice cream, if you overspray it will be to much. Last about 4-5hrs on skin and has a pretty strong silage, after that it becomes a skin scent and lasts all day, on me atleast. I love it.

8.5/10 but wish it was stronger because it is very similar to fame and its beautiful. Fruity mango that is nicely blended and addictive. Great price for a great perfume but only a few hours of moderate projection. Not overly sweet or fruity, well balanced and beautiful

This smells great, a good dupe for Fame by Paco Rabanne. However, the lasting power is dismal. 30 minutes and it's gone! Disappointing since the Zara fragrances in these bottles typically have good longevity, but this one does not.

I'm in LOVE! Alien Goddess on a budget lol Zara has won me over. Warm mango syrup, soooo delicious! Delightful in cool and warm weather. Lasts on clothes, 3 hours on skin. Good projection in intimate settings.

Smells just like Fame to me and thank God too because Rabanne's bottle is Hideous. Zara's bottles are so nice (and the price for an 80ml can't be beat at $23).

Sweet creamy mango. A safe blind buy from Zara!

Memorable Aura presents to the wearer a warm, solar and luminous aura of light coconut and fresh, creamy mango which dresses floral notes of jasmine and shy orange flowers in tropical colors. The base is made of light, not so edible vanilla, and it appears to be supported by fuzzy musk and cashmeran, resulting in a very velvety and airy vanilla. I have noticed in the heart of the dry down that the vanilla almost has a marshmellow tone to it, reminiscent of an aspect present in the vanilla of Zara Rose Marshmellow Candy/Barbie. A vague saltiness can be appreciated from the mid of the fragrance until its dry down adding a more refined edge to the composition, and in the heart of the dry down there is a feeble woodiness reminiscent of sandalwood or of the woody aspect of some type of ambroxan. In the final part of the dry down the vanilla evolves yet again, this time meeting a more creamy coconut, resulting in a lactonic and creamy blend. The perfume results fruity, creamy, floral and vanillic, it is sweet but not too much since the tropical aspects verge in to lactonic, and in the end the scent sets on a more subtle consistency, airy and fuzzy from the musks. In terms of effects we have a summery, fruity-tropical beverage meeting something akin to sunscreen on top of a floral breeze coming from the beach. I guess the result can simply be defined as solar! The predominant note seems to be the coconut, first appearing light and refreshing to my nose in the form of coconut water, then becoming more creamy in the middle and finally somewhat lactonic but airy and fuzzy in the dry down, as a sort of smoothie; the mango note is well executed, smelling fresh more then juicy and trasforming in to a creamy and smooth mango just as the coconut note did. It is the only note mentioned by the brand but it has a secondary role in respect to the coconut. The flowers are quite creamy too, they smell vivid to me and almost tropical, I say almost because although the fragrance is evocative of a summer vacation thanks to the choice of fruits and to the salty base, they still smell somewhat reserved to me, whispering their tropical qualities, they are rarefied and light in a way, more solar then exotic. The vanilla is presented in the same way, I was afraid it would be intense and very sweet, actually I feared the composition as a whole would have been aggressively sweet and fruity, instead it is light and airy in consistence, just like a warm aura. I have the impression that musk and cashmeran are present in the base, and maybe this effect is a consequence of using this type of materials. It is a predictable fragrance that reminds of many more similar ones but I find it classy and pleasantly soft to wear in a summer climate, I think this softness (from the fruity notes to the flowers to the vanilla) is what makes this special. It is all about the effect, more so then the notes. Zara gifted me a 2ml sample with one of my order so I tried the fragrance only 3 times on my skin, for now I can say that it lasts for about six hours on me with moderate projection in the first two to three, then it becomes more intimate. In terms of comparison that have been suggested by many, I would say Memorable Aura is like a mix between Fame by Paco Rabanne and Olympea by Paco Rabanne, a meeting between the two in which the distinctive aspects of this fragrances are taken, mixed but toned down (for instance the saltiness of Olympea or the mango of Fame). There is also something vaguely reminiscent of the base of Alien Goddes by Mugler but the jasmine is very different between the two and Alien Goddes is more vivid and powdery. I don't think this is similar at all to Paradoxe by Prada, not even in the floral notes, but they share some of the vibes. It appears that as a whole Memorable Aura could be very similar to Yara Tous by Lattafa, but I haven't tried that one yet. Compared to Hibsacus by Zara, another fragrance centered on mango, I can say they are very different, from the floral notes to the style, even the mango note has different characteristics; Hibiscus is more colorful, juicy and fruity, with strong pink flowers, Memorable Aura is more delicate and lactonic, but if you like one I imagine you would enjoy the other. To remain in the realm of Zara fruity fragrances, I can also say that the type of fruitiness present in Memorable Aura is not at all comparable to that of Wonder Rose og by Zara in which the coconut water is sugary and cloying, Memorable Aura has a more chic and mature fruitiness, same can be said if we compare it with Marshmellow Addiction, in regards to how the fruitiness is executed, since in there the fruitiness is reminiscent of old Escada fragrances, while in Memorable Aura it is more modern. Edit: I don't think itbis a true dupe of Fame, where is the incense?? Also, in Memorable Aura the coconut is more strong then the mango.

Uplifting, sensual, sweet and warm. Good example of ambergris/ambrox used just right - it balances the creamy coconut and vanilla with a hint of warm, bitter muskiness without being overpowering, adding depth. Calone gives the green, fresh mango note. The dry-down is more vanilla-amber-jasmine on me. Fruity and a bit musky, yet creamy and warm. Good performer and compliment getter. At times I have trouble remembering the name tho... 😅 When comparing Memorable Aura and Fame side by side, they are a bit similar initially but there are differences. Memorable Aura has a little bit of ambergris/ambrox in it - Fame does not. Due to the ambergris and sweet vanilla, MA can also be used in the dead of winter without feeling malplace. Fame has a hint of vetiver - MA does not. Fame has more cashmeran and is less sweet in dry-down. Imo these are both worth having as they are different. * MA has ambergris/ambrox. * MA has a bit more coconut and (fresh/green) mango. * MA is deep, warm and sexy while Fame is lighter, more summery and sensual. Yes, also a bit similar to Alien Goddess but Alien Goddess is smoother and softer with more soft musk and also without ambergris/ambrox. Moderate sillage/longevity.

Bought this because everyone said this is an exact dupe for Paco Rabanne's Fame. I have to say, it is very similar, but I personally don't think it is an exact match at all. This smelled a lot richer / thicker to me than Fame. While Fame is a fresher, lighter mango (reminds me almost of those jelly snacks you can buy in Asian grocery stores), Zara's version felt heavier and saltier? Fame is more of a fresh, juicy mango. But this one feels creamy and overripe. I don't know if it's just the bottle I got. It is not unpleasant by any means, still similar but you can tell the difference.

Fame for cheap! It performs very well for the price and is a good Zara EDP, unlike some others that are so weak that should not even be classified as EDT. It's a good fruity fragrance for summer days, so sadly this came out a little too late to fully enjoy the smell this year. I would advice people who want it to do so ASAP because this fragrance is starting to disappear from stores due to scalpers.

This is a pretty good perfume, I do get the mango after it dries down, and as for the floral my nose definitely gets lots of white floral and some tropical flowers (I couldn’t tell exactly which ones, not sure if it’s my skin chemistry). As a dupe, it definitely comes closer to Fame than to the Alien Goddess, I’d say the accuracy as a dupe for Fame is 70%.

amazing (& better) dupe of paco rabanne fame! i feel that fame dries down to an older lady scent whereas this, as expected with the price point, has limited notes and the original mango fruity scent at the beginning lasts! longevity isn’t great but I feel that’s a given for zara perfumes. coconut fruity sunshine smell perfect for summer

a juicy, sexy mango. this is when you try to cut open a ripe mango, and all the juices flow down your hands and arms and you have to lick up the juice. a perfect perfume for a hot and sunny day. i have a backup bottle because zara discontinues perfumes after a season

Very nice creamy tropical mango scent. A great wear for the summer! I sold mine but I regret it :D I will repurchase when it will be available again Edit: they have it again in stock so I repurchased it. This will be lovely in summer!

Super meh on me I think the official notes say that it has green mango, not ripe mango. it’s tropical, smells of green mango and possibly some other fruit, with some kind of (white?) floral. Reasonably fun and mild. But not particularly noteworthy. There are much better fragrances out there. I will revisit this perhaps when the weather is even hotter – perhaps I’ll like it more then

Definitely a dupe for "Fame", IMO. This is fresh, youthful, fruity and sparkly, not unpleasant by any means, but also not "memorable". I would have given it a "like" if it lasted more than half an hour on my skin.

I wish this smelled more like mangoes. What I get is a blast of flowers and a hint of some kind of tropical fruit (doesn't smell like the juicy ripe mangoes I was looking for).

It smells beautiful and soft on paper... BUT, on my skin, it smells like an overly ripe mango, like right before it goes bad. It is veryyyyy sweet ( and I love sweet scents my favorite scent ever is LDBS) kinda sickly sweet, very overpowering. It is lacking some softness or milkyness (that I can smell on the paper but not on my skin) that would kind of ground the fragrance in a softer more delicious way. I’ll try it again in the summer and see if my opinion change.

I don't love it smells more like coconut oil than mango

From the creators of “Everything with cherry is Lost Cherry by Tom Ford” we now have “Everything with mango is Fame by Paco Rabanne”. Memorable Aura is more linear, sweeter and juicier than Fame. It lacks Fame's somewhat musky, clean, soapy drydown and also its incense note. To my nose, let's say that they have a similar start sharing the mango note but their similarities end here, their evolution in my opinion is totally different. I find this perfume very pleasant but overall it is a more youthful proposal even than Fame. I like the latter more because it has more evolution, but I like Memorable Aura for informal moments in summer, as long as you don't mind reapplying it often, because it has a more intense fruity part. It lasts even less than Fame on my skin, I would say around a couple of hours with a moderate-soft projection, although when it comes out it gives the impression that it is going to have great intensity. Scent 6.5/10 Duration 2/10 Sillage 6/10 Quality/price 5/10 Versatility 5/10 Packaging 7.5/10 Would I buy again? Probably not

I just finished my Alien Goddess, and was so sad I couldn’t find anymore in my budget. Next thing I know THIS scent was advertised in an attire be like a dupe. I found it for $17 bucks! It really does in my opinion, smell just like AG! I don’t have my empty bottle to smell them next to eachother, but I’m almost sure they’re twins. It lasts long. I’ll smell it on my hoodie I wore the night before. It’s such a sweet, breezy, mango, powdery scent. Less powdery though, and more sweet. But not sticky sweet. It’s like a fresh mango, rather than a caramelized one, with a cashmere mixed in. It’s really beautiful. Last I looked to buy another cheap bottle there was 5 bottles left, and now they’re all bought up. So I think that article reached alot of people as of recent lol!

I bought this after seeing a TikTok comparing to alien goddess, it doesn’t smell like that to me I get more of fame. Regardless this is a perfect summer scent, imo. Fruity, vanilla and I have been looking for a mango forward perfume for a while (without breaking the bank) I actually layered this with hibiscus, also from Zara and it is a combo I will be wearing often. There’s a slight creaminess in MA that I love and doesn’t make it a “cheap” unforgettable fruit scent. For $20 you can’t go wrong. I wish the sillage was more but when I layered with hibiscus it lasted hours, while both perform weak on their own I was impressed how they worked together.

I blind bought this and upon first spray I immediately felt a sense of familiarity, that I already owned something very similar to this. After a bit of rooting around, I stumbled across my bottle of alien goddess and aha! That’s the one! They’re not identical of course, but pretty similar, even to my uneducated nose. If I’d realised that, then I probably wouldn’t have purchased this, but at least I know I like it! Longevity is about average on me, 3 maybe 4 hours? Projection isn’t massive either but it’s a decent enough budget buy. I’m happy enough to use this day to day but once it’s gone, I probably won’t repurchase.

I really enjoy this! I got this on clearance at tjmaxx for $8 too so wahoo. I’d put it in a similar fragrance family as alien goddess but by no means do I mean they’re the same (I do love that one too tho). This is juicy and perfect for summer. I do go a little nose blind to it but I saw someone else mention it has ambroxon in it which now makes sense, as that happens to me sometimes with that. The dry down is a little strange on me- like a burnt plastic in the background but not enough for me to not wear it.

This is sweet and creamy. It’s more like a mango yogurt than a straightforward juicy mango scent. I’ve only smelled Fame once or twice but it does smell like what I remember. I recall being surprised that it was more creamy like this than realistic. So, don’t expect sparkling or fresh because this is like a mango lassi.

This is yummy, I will be getting one. When I tested it in the shop, amongst others, it didn't wow me, meeh. But when I received a sample and tested it properly at home I looooved it! (Zara now sends lil samples with orders)

The opening is juicy and fresh-fruity but dry down is so similar with Zara-Golden Decade (so, libre intense). It is like summer mongo-ish version of Golden Decade to me. But longevity is not good.

I wish I got more mango/tropical/fruitiness, it's more creamy. It lowkey just smells like the Good Girl DNA to me. It's nice. Doesn't project and doesn't last long unfortunately

Smells very much like coconut to me. Creamy, sweet, pleasant. Not like suntan lotion coconut.

A version of Olympea for sure. Even the Cashmeran in the base is prominently present.

To me it smells very similar to Dolce Shine by D&G. On my skin it's almost the same.
