Morning Sunray In Sevilla

This is a nice lemon based fragrance, but the floral, herbal and the incense notes gives it some character. The fragrance seems to go back and forth between all the notes making it very interesting.

When I saw the name Sevilla, in my mind the image was of orange trees, orange blossoms and lemon. But all the citrus notes are blocked by a astringent tarragon and Rosemary. Too much for my nose, especially in this high dose. Very slowly the jasmine brings a smoothness to the harsh opening. It feels more comfortable and easy to wear. There’s a soft floral note and a bit of citrus, at this point this perfume is brilliant and beautiful but also almost imperceptible. A shy incense appears at last moment, it’s quite clean and inoffensive. The whole composition is interesting but the performance in terms of silage leaves much to be desired (at least on me).

Beautiful. Don't think this is going to be a citrus bomb because it's more of a soapy, spicy, herbal floral juice. The incense works really well here - giving it that kick in the base and really lifting the fragrance up a level. This is never harsh, very nicely blended and something you can really wear in the summer. This is like a lighter, summer version of Egoiste Platinum.

It.s the best from the collection 'Journey'...great for summer and heat! It reminds me of Burberry Indigo, maybe from the rosemary which makes it very fresh/icy. Too bad for the poor performance....overall 6/10!

Pepper and soap but very bad performance 3/10

Something about this fragrances opening makes me wanna puke so badly. The drydown is nicer, but still horrible. This fragrance smells super bad, cheap, synthetic, and nausea-causing. The performance is horrible too (lasts maximum 1 hours with super soft projection the first 15 min). Zara has some great fragrances like TOB/03: tabac treasure. But this one is by far the worst of the whole brand, and the worst i have ever smelt (in terms of smells, its comparable to joop homme edt and others i dont remember rn that smelled horrible too) The only good things IS the Price, begin 20$ for 150ml. Everything else about this fragrance is cheap, unenjoyable and/or low quality Super disapointing, to say the least. 0/10, a zara cheapy that do not recomend AT ALL. Stay away from this one my people!

This is a very subtle herbal lemon fragrance. The main players to my nose are lemon, rosemary, cypress and moss. While the tarragon and incense add a bit of character, they are nearly indiscernible. I was hoping the Ambroxan would be far more prominent as it was the reason I was interested in purchasing, however it only barely becomes detectable in the dry down. This smells much nicer in the air than it does on skin. In the air it is very elegant and slightly masculine, reminiscent of a lemony ADG, but on my skin the lemon note becomes very muddled and slightly sour smelling. To its credit, the fragrance does smell like morning time. I’m not sure if it is just the subconscious suggestion of the title, but there is a strong “morning dew” quality to this fragrance. To that point, this perfume is best worn in the morning/afternoon time during spring/summer. After time I have really come to enjoy this fragrance. It is a niche perfume though, the herbal facets do not make this a mass-appealing scent. This is more about smelling an experience. Imo it is a mature fragrance, better suited for 35+. Performance is moderate to poor (3-5 hours longevity, 30 mins projection).

So here are the exact notes of this perfume as written on the box : T: Lemon - Rosemary - Neroli M: Jasmin. - Cypress - Geranium B: Labdanum - Incense - Ambrox - Moss So it's far more complex notes wise then stated here on Fragrantica. Just wanted to jott this down here all ready as I discover this scent that I just found. First impression : it's a peculiar scent that won't be pleasing to many as there is this astringent herbal undercurrent that is woven through it that gives it this dryness . It also gives a more old school man's scent , this said, well blended as I cant really pin point the exact notes separately. Very happy to have it in my collection, I'm just missing Bohemian Sunset in Barcelona to have the whole set

i cannot speak on what this would try and emulate, however there is definitely an aura of familiarity to this one, citrus is tasteful with no overbearing note, or harshness, it feels very much built to be a crowd pleaser and a summer dumb reach, the longevity and silage is underwhelming, maybe an hour of moderately weak projection and lasting power of 3-5 hours depending on your skin, for 10 quid. you might just have to scent 3/5 price value- 4.5/5
