Pink Flambe Winter

This one is very long lasting on clothes (I sprayed it on my sweater yesterday in store and it still smells very strongly). It is a total dupe of Chloe’s Love, which I wore about 10 years ago back when I would buy one perfume and go through the whole bottle. Brings back memories. Seems to be quite long lasting... might buy myself a bottle.

This fragrance smells so alluring and elegant, but bright and calm. I just loved it. This is a super discovery since I had used a lot of sweet perfumes, but nothing like this. To me, this has baby powder, which is fine. Smells clean and soapy, perfect for every day. Day perfume for all year round, office-friendly, and cozy.

This is a sweet scent, not complex but pleasant. It's also a good value for money, for everyday use in fall and winter. It basically smells of violets with praline, being this last note the most prominent. It is very very sweet and quite powdery. It does not smell like Love by Chloe to me personally. Sillage is moderate and duration on my skin is 5-6 hours. I like it and am enjoying it, I basically use it in casual situations or to be at home, but I probably won't replace my bottle when it's over. I have other fragrances that can fulfill its function and I like the SUMMER flanker much more. I was amped for this one after the positive reviews and I thought the note pyramid would be something right up my alley. Perhaps I got my hopes up because this is nothing like I imagined. It smells dirty and cheap, like a young girl after a hard night out. A well-worn t-shirt soaked with second-hand smoke and sweet cocktails and teenage hormones. Which is a vibe in itself, and it could create a very strong portrait if used thoughtfully. I swear a friend of mine smelled just like this when we were 16. I love that friend but perhaps I don't love that time of my life because I just don't love the perfume.

This perfume is nice, it’s a sweet feminine scent, with hints of bubblegum, orange creamsicles, and lots of pink powder. It’s like the color pink in a bottle, but a soft pretty bubblegum pink. However, there’s something clean and prim and fresh underneath it as well, so it doesn’t feel cloying or juvenile. There’s some juicy fruity notes mostly smelling of pear and mandarin orange. The sweetness in the scent is bubblegum creamy sorbet cotton candy, but it’s done in a way that to me feels almost nostalgic. This is a perfect daytime scent if you want to feel clean, feminine, and like you just rubbed yourself in some talcum powder after taking a shower. It doesn’t totally read as a fall or winter scent to me but because it’s more reserved than the notes suggest, I think it’s perfectly acceptable as a daytime winter or autumn scent.

Smells so demure and I see the color pink when I sniff this! So beautifully and quaintly made. Wow. I got myself the full bottle! And it smelled so good on my skin. It makes me feel pretty when I wear it!

Not very wintery - brings back fond memories of pink talcum powder from my childhood. Very beautiful indeed.
