Rinse Wash

I have the complete new Zara Collection tester sets. So i will review them all. This is a great blue aquatic generic scent. It could be in the Nautica line. Really inoffensive and clean. It is not a beast of a performer, but what can you expect of a aquatic Zara scent. I like the smell. It's cheap, but doesn't smell synthetic. To me it doesn't smell like AdG, DG LB or anything listed. Because it contains no citrus note. And those scents are all about citrus. Overall i give this a 6,5 out of 10. I can recommend this as a blue cheap freshie. Day Collection: worst = No Plans, best = Stormy Day Night Collection: worst = Night Skyline, best = Midnight Hour Denim Collection: worst = Dark Wash, best = Frayed Edge

Smells similar to Acqua di Gio line to me, specifically between the original and Profumo. Depends on when you smell it, but I get hints of both ADG fragrances. Not the best longetivity (average Zara), but smells good. I think this is my favorite from the Denim Collection, based on combination of both scent and performance.

Smells like something I have smelled before, maybe one of the Acqua di Gio line. A good scent with great value. Would love someone else to tell their opinion on this one.

This is OK (ish) It starts with a cardamon/woody note and dries down to an fruity scent. Update** Not sure about this one......keep you folks posted.

I first bought the 'Denim Collection' sampler and so should you, before splashing out on full bottles (even although they are cheap). Yes, Zara fragrances are cheap but the far majority comes with a drawback: very poor in projection and longevity and lack of depth. 'Rinse Wash' is a proper name because this has about the same projection and longevity as spraying yourself with an average fresh shower gel. The opening will lure you in with an inoffensive agreeable fresh softness and you might think Zara finally made an above-average scent. HOWEVER, happiness is short-lived because in less than a couple of minutes we go in the base: an unpleasant aroma chemical of patchouli and some spice that stays close to the skin. It surely does NOT have the concentration of Acqua di Gio (which is already rather weak). Any comparison with Acqua di Gio Profondo is even ridiculous when it comes to performance, nor does it have depth. Do not buy this if you're expecting Acqua di Gio. It's simply a plain generic cheap rip-off of Acqua Di Gio and Issey Miyake Eau d'Issey Pour Homme also comes to mind but without the soapy citrus. You would need to douse yourself with this Zara fragrance, to make it stand up in performance to any of the above, and still, it would be only a cheap imitation because especially the base is very unpleasant. Do yourself a favor and instead of buying two or three Zara fragrances, save up for a small bottle of the originals: your bottle will last longer and this is merely a lousy copy.

Cashmeran galore with Acqua di Gio on top So if you spray 3x Acqua di Gio and 2x Molecule 05, I imagine you'd get something like this scent. And @Gogiciano's comment below...You can't just say there's no citrus just by looking at the "listed" notes. There's a ton of citric elements in this fragrance and there's 100% the same citrus-watery accord used in Acqua di Gio here, only with more texture and velvety, woody, musky base of Cashmeran.

Gone in 60 seconds, even after generous spraying. The scent in itself is alright.
