Summer Collection Zara

This is more potent than I thought. A very green and spicy fruit frag. To me, the fragrance here is mostly a nod to the older style of CK Summer. Note - I don't get Hugo Boss here. Boss is very apple centric, this is more watermelony and grapfruity. Therefore, I’d say this is more Chrome Aqua and CK Summer circa 2012. I love it! See it as a perfect mood lifter to throw on any time, any day, and never have to worry about offending anyone. Summer - yes. High heat? - even better. Not lasting a long time naturally. The fruits fade after about an hour or two, but the ground scent is still there. It's not the worst performer for being a ultra fresh scent. I can smell it as a faint whisper on my hand. After seven hours past and a hot shower.

I think I already reviewed this but wanted to leave another saying just how much I LOVE this! If I had only bought two or three instead of just one, I'm still kicking myself. This is just so gorgeous. Wearing it right now and enjoying the heck out of it on this hot, humid Toronto summer day, it is just so perfect (bought it in 2016) The bottle does not have this date on it. I just pray they bring this version back. It is completely unisex.

I like its summery fruity marine vibe. I think it has some water melony vibe, if not scent. Very nice smell. But performance in weak, it disappearing in 1.5 hours. I will not use it 10 times a day, I mean cmon. Otherwise I would definitely recommend. Hope they will bring a better performer male summer scent with the same vibe in 2018.

I got myself the Orange Zest one. Is really good, but the name is misleading. Notes :Lemon, Ginger, Lavander, Vetiver and Musk. Is more a vetver based scent, reminds me a bit of Encre Noire Sport and Kenzo Boisee. Wet green and a bit bitter. Don't expect a DHS clone here.

Very strong peppermint opening, then it dries down to a sweet, kind of Teahupoo like scent. Longevity is very good, sillage is ok. Overall, good quality/price ratio!

A great summer fragrance. a beautiful initial grapefruit blast mellows into a very fresh, green dry down. Perfect for casual summer days. nice offering all around.

Oh man, I wished I had bought a second bottle of this at the time, these Zara summer releases come and go in a blink. This one is gorgeous!

Boss bottle unlimited cheaper version. Easy to wear, easy to like!

Zara Summer Collection was released in 2017 and re-released two years later in 2019 with the same notes on the package. Summer Collection is a really good mint fragrance and I'm not normally fine with mint. To me it is Hugo Boss Bottled Unlimited with some a less bubble-gummy Le Male Eau Fraiche to it. Summer Collection's strongest notes to me are grapefruit, mint, pineapple and some cinnamon. Mint is a note I'm iffy on. With Le Male Eau Fraiche, I hated it while Zara 8.0 I love while Cool Water Night Dive is love/hate, depending on the day. Summer Collection is one of the better mint notes that don't offend me. The fragrance lacks the bubble-gum of Le Male Eau Fraiche but also has a Boss Bottled quality like Unlimited. The fragrance has a slight noticeable base with musk being the strongest note of the base. Summer Collection performs nearly as good as a Le Male Eau Fraiche fragrance. It has a moderate sillage for about an hour, hour and a half. It then lasts about a total of eight hours. Le Male Eau Fraiche from my wearings of a Superman decant was about three hours of moderate sillage and 10 hours of being a skin scent. Summer Collection can work in a work setting, an active setting and a casual setting. It works best in summer but can work in spring and even fall from the slight spice of it. Zara Summer Collection is a fragrance most fragheads should look into. Now if you have Boss Bottled Unlimited or a Le Male Eau Fraiche, I can see skipping. If you aren't into bright cirtus scents, I can see skipping it too. I love citrus so I have to say I am glad I got it. I rate Summer Collection a 8.5 out of 10.

Surprisingly, a very long lasting summer fragrance. I could still smell it on my wrist without any effort 12 hours past. I really dislike the opening as it comes across as a sort of "not fresh citrus" that isn't nice to smell, as a fragrance. It is reminiscent of Aquarius, or another lemon energy drink. But after some seconds, it dries down and, despite not projecting much, leaves a rather nice citrusy smell that to my surprise lasted a damn long time. I wanted to make a special mention to the bottle design. It is beautiful. That blue-green color is beautiful when sun is coming through, and the lid has a yellow ornament on the bottom which looks awesome to be honest. 5.9/10.

OK, i have decided not to snob Zara frags because of their price.After smelling several at the store they do smell as if they are not cheap perfumes. Bright green bittersweet citruses, uplifting and positive, brings to my mind memories of springtime during puberty when i was about to meet my friends and hang around. Absolutely perfect to wear in the morning before coffee, drink, apply again and go out with friends for a second espresso, preferably on weekend, it is a careless type of smell. The drydown is somehow very different to the opening and the main part, it is sweeter and has a vintage character.

Another proposition from Zara for summer time. It's obviously a clone of Boss Bottled Unlimited. Scent itself is very "greenish" and for me the most noticible notes are grapefruit and wild mint. It's neither awesome nor bad. It's good, especially considering low price. If you're in your thirties or older you can safely blind buy this. Scent 6.75/10, Performance 6/10 (feel free to overspray), Price 9/10

This is one of few Zara fragrances that I recommend you to apply sparingly. Projects like crazy, and that pineapple note can be a bit too cloying in high heat. Nonetheless, this is an absolute bargain, especially now since it’s on sale. Offered both as 100ml and 12 ml. This is value for money, lasts more than 10 hours and even longer on clothes.

This is a great release. I have Boss Unlimited and this smells close enough. At home i apply Boss and then i have a 12ml bottle Zara Summer to re-apply. That 12ml botlle is fantastic. Small size, great cap,good atomizer. Better quality than the larger bottles. This one is great to take with you to the gym, beach or where ever.

Very fruity! It's almost too aromatic, smells like lemon, ananas, mint, that's too much for me. I really don't see myself wearing this as a fragrance, it's almost like those fruity body sprays people wear for summer. But that's just me, if you like very fruity/aromatic fragrances this is great for you!

A great dumb reach for spring, summer, and that first awkward 2 weeks of fall before it gets really cold. It's cheap as hell and fresh enough to pull off comfortably. good when you don't wanna use the expensive stuff. As long as it's in production, its in my wardrobe for great amounts of versatility.

great one for the beach, going out in a summer day its soooo fresh , the only problem is that it doesnt las long, but for its price its amazing' , i will always have this in my collection

I bought this one first, then a few weeks later smelled Hugo Boss Bottled Unlimited for the first time. Zara's is to me an exact clone of Boss', scentwise.

Opens quite green and airy, very pleasant opening. Dries down to something reminiscent of CK Eternity, at least that's what my nose is picking up. Not sure this is the kind of drydown I'd want to smell around on a hot summer day outside. And then the very fresh green opening makes it unsuitable for spring/fall day wears. As far as performance goes, I'm a bit torn. It does last faintly for a while, but again, it's the heavier sweeter drydown, which is not much of a surprise to last longer. I wish they could find a way to make the bright openings of freshies stick around a bit longer...

probably,my less liked Zaras summer fragance for men,pure alcohol and zero projection,vulgar,nothing to do with some of their past summer wonders for men like Zara limited or the best of all,not listened in fraganticas database,Playa del Carmen.

Fragrance -Summer Collection Zara Bottle from - 2017 Summer Collection by Zara is a green,fresh,minty and citrusy interpretation of violet leaves with a nice touch of sandalwood and musk and with a wisper of spices.It has some similarities to Boss Bottled Unlimited by Hugo Boss.This is another nice relese from Zara and it is perfect for hot summer days. Longevity - 6/10(6+ hours) Silage/Projection - 6,5/10(moderate projection for the first 1-2 hours) Weather -best in summer Age - 18+ Compliments - 7/10 Scent - 7/10 Main notes according to me - mint,violet leaves,grapefruit,geranium,cinnamon,sandalwood. The drydown is woody,musky and spicy and I get some -sandalwood,spices and musk. Emotions -green,fresh,minty,clean,pleasant,likeable. Occasion -perfect for casual activities,college and office.

Greetings, I will put it short, as others have already commented on the notes. It is a homage to Boss Unlimited, which is hard to tell apart from the original it tries to imitate. Unfortunately it is a rather weak fragrance that inherited not only the minty citrus appeal but the flaws of the original, namely weak projection and longevity. As I wrote in my previous review, I find Boss Unlimited a bit overpriced and Zara is a bit cheaper. I can and will recommend it as a replacement to Boss Unlimited and Lacoste white. However I personally have decided to use a third option, which is Jfenzi Desso Green (made in EU Poland), which costs about 5eur. All in all all of the fragrances mentioned are good simple minty summer fragrances which are unisex rather male oriented. 8/10

The projection on this is very strong for the first hour, and I got a small 12 ml bottle in store for just $5. Smells like a summer version of BOSS Bottled with a bit of a soapy vibe. Tart Pineapple instead of Apple. Sadly, the longevity is terrible, and it is completely gone from my skin in under 4 hours. Different batches of Zara fragrances vary widely in the longevity department, and I don't know why the company can't make their products more uniform. Some last a full 8+ hours on my skin and are the best cheap fragrances you can buy. Others are barely worth your time because they disappear so quickly. Although they are hit or miss, Zara almost always smells good, and you aren't out a lot of money if you happen to miss. Buy/sample in store if you can.

nice frag for summer or tropical climate country, but only if you're a fan of cinnamon! the opening smells too sweet for my liking and after awhile cinnamon comes in to take over until end of day but it blends well with its woodsy base... sighh I would never like to smell something that is sooo cinnamon-y on summer days but I love it during Fall season, so I should try again this frag on colder days .. for longevity I rate this 9/10 because I worked in the climate-controlled office (I sprayed from 12noon and I could smell the base notes even during my shower time at 11pm) And yeah this one smells a lot like Hugo Bottled (on which am not a fan...)

Just copy of Hugo Boss bottled Unlimited. It doesn't have the cinnamon and hence is not so warm aromatic. Considering that you can get Hugo Boss for like £40 /200 ml, then Zara is not worthy it as it is definitely worst quality. Performance in both is not great but Hugo Boss still is little bit better. Overall both good, fresh juicy frags with after shower like freshness. Great for summer and can't go wrong for the price. Peoeple mentioning these Hugo Boss and Zara similarities to Lacoste Blanc better check their noses. Apart from withe colour of bottle (in Hugo Boss case) these has nothing in common with Lacoste.

Available again as of May 2022. A decent Zara release, funny enough, I like to wear it around Christmas, not really in the summer when it can be a bit cloying with that bubble gum note a violet leaf. Unlike the reviewer below, I do detect some cinnamon in the background here, and it can actually be quite a cozy fragrance. It's not a bad deal, Boss Bottled Unlimited isn't any less synthetic and they both last about the same (not that long). Don't get fooled by one being a designer and one "only" a Zara release, try them for yourself.

On testing in the store I immediately thought 'Boss Bottled Unlimited'. It has virtually the same opening, in fact I found it a little stronger than Boss initially ! Quite like the dry down too, reminds me of a very pleasant citrus fabric conditioner. Lovely bottle too ! If you like Boss Unlimited and/or the lingering smell of freshly peeled oranges, give it a go.

Got a 12ml for 1,99€ and its bombing. Citrus/Mint freshness with good projection in the first 1h/1h30 and moderate longevity. People say the 100ml is weaker than the small 12ml bottles. Don't know about that but for the price is a great summer fresh to take on vacations. Overspray wont offend anyone and the drydown is pleasant.

I have a bottle from spring 2020 and it feels noticeably weaker than the small one I had bought in early 2019. Never really projects and goes straight to skin scent for me. It's almost completely gone from my skin after 5 hours. It saddens me, I used to regard this as a great Zara offering but not like this.

As of March 13, 2019, they brought this once again onto shelves. At least in the Northern America markets...expect the same overall smell of Hugo Boss's Unlimited, and enjoy the fragrance that may only come every other year. Both 100ml and 12ml available.

Try Zara Store yesterday... Copy of Joop Nightflight... Very similar and fresh smelling. I like this frangrance :) Longevity : 7/10 Sillage : 7/10 Season : I think all season... (Great for office, meetings, gym )

As of January 2020 this is back in the Zara online store in Europe. Both 12ml and 100ml available, bottles look the same as last year. Yay! This is one of the best fragrances Zara has released in my opinion.

Lovley bright summerrrr fragance. But :( it's like a body mist. Very transperent, no one wold hate it, not expencive so you can use it like body mist (sprays 10 times) and enjoy it alot.

2 new ones today: #MidSummer Collection 1 Deep Fougere 2 Orange Zest Each € 12,95 for 100 ml, Bottle / Packaging same as the Tobacco Series Names sound promising for summer.

Too sweet and rather cloying for a summer fragrance.When it sets down it reminds me of Zara 8.0 for men.
