Sunrise On The Red Sand Dunes

Omg, serendipity in a bottle!!! I am loving this, wish I was more farsighted in understanding its worth...I should have bought two bottles. I was expecting, reading Zara's description, a citrus overdose of the bothersome kind...instead bergamot, mandarin and ginger are perfectly blended togheter, they present a united front and they are so louminous and airy, even solar in a way...mandarin is sweet and tender, the ginger a smidge spicy and earthy, never bitter! Their olfactive presence is a tad lost in the middle fase, but the sparkly and watery quality they gift to the scent remains, actually...the ginger is still felt in the heart of the scent, it gives something extra to the flowers, a kick of fresh spiciness and a cool sensation! The orange flowers they choose for this are lovely, simply lovely...multifaceted and rich. They are made zesty by the ginger, sweetened by the mandarin, have an intrinsic honeyed quality about them, but in contrast they are also very soapy (more so then the ones in ZaraxJoMalone Fleur d'Oranger); they smell a tad young and unripe too, as if blossomed by just a day or two. They have the sweetness and candor typical of the orange flowers but also the greeness of neroli, probably because they are accompanied by cassis, lots of cassis, which adds something a little herbal and unruly, but no ammonia (or cat's pee) at all, nor yet fruitiness to my nose. The base is light amber and white musk intertwined, I can not distinguish between the two, the effect is warm and sweet but posh, clean and sophisticated. Also this is a sexy musk....dry down is addictive! The scent lasted for at least 4 to 5 hours; it projected quite well for the first three, but then dies down a bit...becoming more intimate, you can still smell it on you though, actually the musky/ambery dry down last until the day after, but it would be detectable only by someone very close. If a man were to wear this, on a summery night, I think I would just jump on him without shame...or at least I would say "hi"! This perfume speaks of freedom, of joy, of a carefree attitude and of someone that would not say no to you...speaks of an "ecstasy like" want for human connection. Perhaps I am a dreamer, a looner or a tad extra but scents always talk to me in this way, and this one managed to make feel less anxious, made me imagine beautiful peopole with beautiful hearts having no reservations in knowing me. Now my wallet is in trouble because if Louis Vuitton Imagination is similar to this, plus a tea note, then it deserves to be in my cabinet! EDIT: I think we should forget about Imagination and take this on his own, for its worth, the major component and what really gives value to it is the way they used cassis, not even the citrus-ginger play. I have my bottle for about two months and after a bit of maceration I can assure you that beautiful cassis remains on skin during the dry down, projection has gotten better too! It has become a slightly more fruity cassis but it is still unruly without being ammonia like. It is a good one, I assure you. Now available in a 30ml little bottle too.

For such an affordable fragrance, the quality far exceeds expectations. Based on feedback from those familiar with Imagination, if this fragrance truly shares the same DNA, there's little reason to spend 30 times more — even 3 times more would be questionable. Of course, the fragrance police on Fragrantica might not agree with me. Is it a perfect match for LV? Maybe not, but does it deliver an outstanding olfactory experience for a fraction of the price? Absolutely. Sunrise on the Red Sand Dunes is a delightful fragrance that offers a little bit of everything — zest, warmth, cleanliness, and a hint of sweetness. I've tried EDB and Marwa in the same "Family" of scents. Out of those 3, this one is the smoothest and dare I say also the strongest, in terms of projection, at least in the first few hours. Compared to Marwa, it has less of an Incense-y feel to it, its brighter and more citrus forwards. More akin to "French Perfumery", when compared to the other two mentioned above. Also I'd say the initial blast of scent is stronger and its projects better off of my skin. And the scent feels more composed, when compared to the other two. Compared to EDB this is way softer in the ginger compartment - which is good, because I realized for myself that, although I like the smell of fresh Ginger, its extremely hard to incorporate Ginger into a perfume, without it smelling off... I've tried a few times in my DIY attempts of perfumery and it just smells off to me most of the time. Kinda salty, kinda damp and an almost synthetic feel alike to pampers or other things made out of plastic like substances (i.E. new Tupperware's, new backpacks and such) o.O at least that's the best I can describe it. And I was using natural, high quality Ginger oil. Didn't matter, just not my note. In EDB the Ginger is just disgusting and overpowers everything else even after 3 months of maceration. In Sunrise on the Red Sand Dunes though, its so subdued that I honestly quite enjoy it. It has the most "Ice Tea" like feel for me out of the three, which is why i started looking into this DNA in the first place. I still haven't had the luck of trying Imagination for myself, this though is the first "clone" of it that is even remotely worth its money to me (at around 20-25.-). so I am still of the opinion that Imagination has to be the best scent ever to justify its very high pricetag! Because if it is just another freshie like this, aint no way its worth paying 300.- for it

Sunrise On The Red Sand Dunes Zara vs Imagination Louis Vuitton Sunrise Zara opens more citrusy and pronounces loudly to the wearer in the initial 5 to 10 minutes with a blast of zesty citrusy orange, so aromatic and fresh. After that it calms down and becomes really close to Imagination. Whereas Imagination doesn't open loudly, it remains pretty much the same from the opening to the mids but on the immediate opening spray you'll be able to get the Neroli in it too. Not for the case of Sunrise Zara. Sunrise Zara doesn't have the nice neroli in imagination and it's orangey cirtusy dna remains to mid. Basically for the Sunrise you'll get a distinguished mandarin orange, orange blossom and black current. Whereas on imagination, you'll get the nice Chinese black tea c02 and Tunisian neroli, Sicilian cedar and ambrox. That's probably the main differences. I'll say give and take 60-70% somewhat similarities. Imagination seems more polarizing as the scent develops into a more musculine with cedar dna while the sunrise Zara remains orangey flora and stays linear to me. Overall I think it's a good alternative despite not so close for $49.90 Singapore dollars. It's good enough to be a scent on its own and smells really nice, doesn't need the comparison to Imagination. Suits our Sunny warm humid weather out here. Generally lasts up to half a day out there or perhaps longer in Air-conditioning. Imagination does smells more classy and better quality and goes in a different direction with the tea and neroli.

Few are the masterpieces proposed by Zara, but this one is one of them. This perfume is absolutely delicious and it is one of the rare non-designer/niche perfume that got me compliments. I don’t own Imagination so I will evaluate this fragrance for what it is. And it’s mervelous. First, a blast of citruses : juicy mandarine and bergamote with just a touch of ginger, so fresh and delightful, not synthetic at all for my nose. It’s an absolute splash of freshness and it feels really classy and sofisticated, not at all like « toilet freshner » as I read below. Then, we can feel the neroli, the orange blossoms that come together with the cassis and the ambery notes. We can feel the intensity and the depth of the fragrance at this point, it is not only a basic freshie, it has something more intersting to say. The only « bad » part for me is the drydown, still pleasant but it’s a generic musk, nothing spécial about it unlike the opening and the middle developement. Longevity is good, 8 hours on my skin and projects for about 2. I have the original batch from 2023, smells very close to the intense version that I own too. I compared my batch of SOTRSD with the new bottles in store and the scent is différent, less sophisticated and even fresher in a bad way. I am wondering if the Intense version is this particular juice, as it’s almost a 1:1. Definitely reformulated for the SOTRSD currently in stores.

Tried it side by side on skin with the LV Imagination. As mentioned in the reviews below, the difference is in the opening. It is sweet but not overly so. Smells a bit like orange tang to me. It's not bad in general, but when compared to the LV, you can tell the quality difference. In the dry down, it is VERY similar to the LV and had a difficult time distinguishing between the two. Was thinking about splurging on the LV because, overall, it is a better one of the two IMO but glad I didn't; I mean, come on, $300 for a perfume? Anything over $200 better start curing cancer with each spray. (To each their own on this) Mind you, LV is an awesome scent. But $40 on a juice that is similar, good longevity, inoffensive and fun? TAKE MY MONEY. EDIT (after purchase): This is nice, VERY NICE. Dry down is divine. Forget about the LV Imagination comparison. Despite its similarities, this is great in and of itself and does its own thing. Highly recommend you give it a try. Truly a hidden gem. Only downside (that I'm willing to overlook because it smells good) is that the atomizer sucks. It almost ejects in a ring with a hollow center. I don't know if mine is defective but curious about others who have a bottle.

I haven't smelled Imagination in a long, long time, but I have a sample coming either today or tomorrow. I'm anticipating Zara's "clone" to be more of an inspired by--the main reason is I doubt LV Imagination has the strong fruity (almost mango tropical fruity opening). Red Sand Dune's opening seriously reminds me of an old soda in a red can called "Hawaiin Punch". Is that soda still around in America? Anyway, that tropical fruity note (whatever it is) is fairly persistent, lasting an hour or more. If you've never smelled the soda I was talking about, the next best comparison of the opening might be the Starburst candy, if you've ever smelled their tropical version. That fruity opening reminds me of a body spray from Watsons? or somewhere. The drydown still retains some of that sweetness, but it's very pleasantly musky at that point. No woods detected. The whole thing is definitely unisex. In any case, once Imagination comes in, and I smell it again, I will edit this review to include a comparison to all the clones I have of it (Aqua Dubai, Marwa, Zimaya, Kobra, and Imaginaire). But I will say that the ladies really like Red Sand Dunes, even the dry down.

First spray is really really close to Imagination, but that's about it. After that it gets pretty linear, but really good at what it does. It is a citrusy sweet and slightly floral fragrance, mostly appropriate for warm weather or fall if you fancy smelling tangy, but it is NOT refreshing since it is very, very sweet. Where does this divert from LV's? Well, there's no ambroxan so forget about the soapy end. No tea notes so it is not a calming or relaxing scent and also it is much more orange and ginger oriented than Imagination. Performance-wise, it can last you a decent bit if you have a moisturized skin but it does not project well at all. It has the same flaws as every other Zara fragrance but it does smell way better than the rest of their collection. It is lovely tho and you could easily put a more expensive designer logo on it and charge £80 and no one would complain. Nice smelling and much better done that the crap brands are launching every other week nowadays. TL;DR: Not a good clone of Imagination since it is not clean and calming, but a very nice sweet citrusy cheapie.

As a fan of Zara perfumes, I had a certain expectation that this was going to be good. Let me tell you - it was good and even better than I had anticipated. The scent is spicy and fresh at the same time, and it gives me the best of both worlds from those repertoires. Usually, I am not a huge fan of fresh citrusy scents, but since it also has that spiciness to it, it works great. I don't know (nor care) about whether it's a dupe, as most Zara frags are, but even on its own, it's a strong contender. The best thing now is the projection and longevity. When I tell you, I put this perfume on during the day (sometimes in the early afternoon), and I could smell it by the time I went to bed last night. Since I shower in the morning, I could smell it throughout the night, and I couldn't wait to put it on again after the shower. This morning, got my first compliment for it. :) Simply, I am beyond satisfied and impressed with it, ESPECIALLY for the price. If you can, snatch it, but don't forget that it is strong and spicy, something like really intense ginger candy on a hot summer day.

I see so many performance issue comments. This stuff projects and lasts absolutely great on my skin. No issues with staying power and projection whatsoever.. Me and my wife could smell this on my neck and shirt 12+ hours later. It just varies from person to person, so anyone reading these comments thinking about buying this fragrance don’t take the performance issues comments too serious. You could have great performance from it. As for the smell it’s a beautifully done citrus fragrance, it can be a little loud and screechy right out of the gate but it dries down into a wonderful scent. I have never smelt it’s apparent predecessor Imagination and could care less about it, this is a great fragrance all on its own especially given the price point. (Update 4/10/25) I had a chance to get my nose on Imagination and Zara got extremely close. Imagination smells more polished but for the price difference Zara is an extremely well done substitute. Anyone that denies these two smelling extremely alike are just your typical LV snobs.

Comparison to imagination: The problem with this is that it has a very fruity top note reminiscent of mango. Whatever it is, it smells tropical fruity, and of course Imagination does not contain this. This "tropical mango" note persists too, and from this opening people will not get Imagination from it at all, at least not when smelled up close. However, it has the orange and ginger, and in the air, you can definitely sense the similarities. But the closest in the air that I have tried (out of testing 6 clones of Imagination) is Marwa. Still, it's a good scent on its own, and I'd say leans fem because of the tropical mango note mixed with a smell, and I kid you not, the Hawaiian Punch softdrink that may be discontinued, but was around in the 80s and 90s. It eventually drys down to a nice skin, musk scent. But I would never buy this thinking I was getting Imagination, as I have smelled both side by side. Even Marwa cannot do Imagination justice, but in the air they're sitting very close.

Every time I jump in among the crowd, grab it off the shelf, and pour it all over myself :)) The reason I haven't bought a bottle for myself (or my husband, of course, because it’s totally unisex) is because I want to use up the perfumes I have at home. It's so sophisticated, refined, fresh, and transparent. It's a very stylish everyday item for a woman, especially for summer days. But it's also very clean and definitely attractive on men. 🌸 Zara Türkiye’de bunu erkeklerin bölümüne koyuyor. Ben de her seferinde bir sürü adamın arasına dalıp bunu raftan alıyor ve üstüme boca ediyorum:)) Kendime (ve tabiki eşime de, çünkü tam bir üniseks) bir şişe almamamın sebebi parfüm koleksiyonerliğini çok mantıklı bulmamam. Bu yüzden de evdeki parfümleri kullanıp bitirmek istiyorum. Çok sofistike, rafine, taze, transparan. Bir kadın için özellikle yazın çok şık bir gündelik. Ama erkekler için de çok temiz ve kesinlikle çok çekici.

After wearing it for a day and smelling it on tester strip its definitely a L'Immensite dupe and not Imagination. Like quite close to L'Immensite... idk 80-90% there. So the main accord brakedown is now also wrong. This is first spicy (green spicy) then a little aromatic and citrusy. Or they changed the product or something but the bottle sold today on Zara official stores is this one (https://www.zara.com/uk/en/sunrise-on-the-red-sand-dunes-edp-100ml---3-38%C2%A0oz-p20220240.html) Just a headsup for anybody buying today and expecting Imagination. Not even close. But if you want L'Immensite for 20€ its quite good considering the price. Its quite obvious your missing the tea note here which is essential for Imagination. And blackcurrant here makes it deeper and havier. Imagination is light and airy which this definitely is not. Its like L'Immensite Intense. A bit spicier and havier and a little lacking this effervescence and calming effect of L'Immensite.

I bought a bottle of this at a Zara in Lisbon Portugal and have been wearing this fairly regularly over the last few months. I just love it. Of the hundreds of bottles of fragrances I own, it's easily in my top 5. Like others say, there's a sort of mellow sweetness-not sugary, but sort of like a bitter-sweet fresh orange rind. There's some airiness about it as well and a light spiciness. I'd say it's Imagination adjacent, but not nearly the same. I remember being very surprised by it when I smelled it in the store for the first time. And it's so ridiculously cheap. I think I paid like 20 euros for a 50ml. Projection is not great, but sillage is good for a couple of hours. For me it's an anytime fragrance because of the combination of bitter, sweet, citric, and spicy components. Really excellent and smh as I look at it amongst my bottles of frags that cost 10x and aren't nearly as good. Peace to u fragnuts.

Picked this up at Zara while on vacation as I have always wanted to try LV Imagination. First off, this is beautiful. Citrusy and bright, but also warm and cozy. Soapy and seductive, which I never thought could be possible. It makes for the perfect spring/summer scent with its bright soapiness. Second, the batch I have is newer but the performance on this is crazy good. Projects very well and lasts on skin 8 hours and beyond for me. I thought the performance would be light due to word of mouth. Not the case at all. I'm not sure how close this is to Imagination but, again, from the word of mouth it's pretty close but no matter. I received compliments from this within the first 10 minutes of sampling and got compliments the next day. Never have I caught on to the power of this DNA. Makes me want to head back to a Zara near me and see what I've been missing.

Just buy this. It has a beautiful scent, decent performance (6hr), and an incredible price. The new batches have improved considerably compared to the older ones. The components have been fine-tuned. I tried a late 2023 tester at Zara (white label) and understood what some reviewers mentioned. That one had a harsh synthetic lemon opening that was a little off-putting, but the dry down on the skin was the type of fragrance that I needed for my collection, so I decided to buy it anyway. In the May 2024 batch, I didn't notice any of the harshness. The citrus in the opening is a little strong, but after 1-2 min the floral tea qualities shine through. I compared it directly with AdP Fico di Amalfi and it's 70% similar. However, I prefer Zara (!) due to the citrus and the performance. Considering the price, this is a 10/10.

For me this is much closer to l'immensite by LV than Imagination. Imagination is much fresher and lacks spiciness while l'immensite is much more spicy. I have both Imagination and L'Immensite. Just dont know which from the sunrise on the red sand dunes I have bcs it lacks the writing of Intense but its more yellow juice and corresponds to Intense more than the previous version. First sniff is nice. Have to give it more time. This is only first impression. Its definitely not 1:1 with Imagination thats for sure. Not even close. More like some aspects are close but not same at all. If your buying bcs of Imagination similarity youll actually get L'Immensite. At least my bottle is like that bought in EU Zara store. Idk how but this is 90% same with L'Immensite. Maybe a little less creamy and more spicy.

WONDERFUL but short lived even on tester strip. Prefer to the intense version which disappeared sooner from test strips [I wish the website saved drafts, I edited this and switched tabs... Lost all edit a 😡] I found older clear tester and also sprayed onto strips...the newer light urine colored strips mixed not separated. It's possible the older version was also longer lasting. I may try again but I have a number of similar fresh scents that am deciding whether to keep. The store person loved the intense over this one. A version of me would get both and then use both together but too much. If it lasted longer would be perfect. I'm basing all this without having tested on myself which is really incomplete I know.> Price is great vs LV but...

Updated review: last time I tested this, I treated it like it would have a good atomizer, turns out it doesn’t. Smell - smells like citrus peels which turns into a sweeter lemonade smell. 10/10 Longevity - a good 6 hour fragrance. 7/10 Sillage - moderate. 7/10 So, the atomizer sucks and it barely sprays any of the cologne. You’d have to spray it like 2-3 times in one spot just for it to have the same amount as what you would expect from a regular cologne atomizer. I sprayed it on a piece of paper and compared it with the atomizer of like 4 other fragrances - SWYI, Toy Boy, Glacial Essence, and Gentleman Givenchy(2018) - and I could tell the atomizer for this fragrance didn’t spray as much as the others. Before: 6/10 Now: 8/10

The comparisons of this to Louis Vuitton's Imagination have been inescapable, but I recently tried Imagination in the London duty-free shop and just didn't care for it--it was too soapy. On the other hand, I tried this perfume when I returned home to the United States, and greatly preferred it. Admittedly, the LV fragrance is made with better ingredients and lasts longer, but this just smells better--this is very pretty, with bergamot layered over sweeter fruit notes like mandarin orange and cassis. with a nice musky finish. The difference in cost was remarkable too. This is a lovely summer fragrance, and I recommend it highly as a great value for the price.

I own this and 1 year ago, several people in the street asked me if i was wearing Imagination. I sprayed Imagination on me 1 hour ago and to me those two are not similar. Maybe the sillage makes them somehow similar for people aroung you but on skin to me they are different. Just the tea note present in Imagination and absent in the Zara Frag makes a real difference. Same thing with the cassis note in the Zara frag that is not in Imagination. Bottom line, those two frag might be in the same fresh citrus ginger white floral idea but they're different. Sunrise RSD smells very good on it's own. If you look for imagination, keep looking.

As a follow-up to my review, I finally tested this side-by-side with LV Imagination. The openings are similar - strong citrus with floral aromatics. From then on the dry downs are different. Imagination becomes distinctly fresh soapy and tea-like, round and blended. Meanwhile, Sunrise becomes more floral, fruity sweet, and still sharp. Sunrise is 75% similar. It also has some of the sweetness of AdP Fico. However, LV Imagination is certainly the better fragrance. It does smell expensive, high quality, and refined. Is it worth 10x the price? No. Sunrise is truly fantastic and a steal considering the quality of the fragrance.

Love at first spray! Fresh lemon and ginger with a soapy vibe. Simple, clean, easy to wear, works for any temperatures, season and occasion, very well complimented too for women and men. It is a must! Cheap, good quality and so confortable. The perfomance realy surprised me. usually is around 6 hours but sometimes has 8-10 hors longevity and good sillage for 5 hours easily even you don't feel/smell this perfume, everyone around you can feel it, say and love it (again, very compliment) Just buy it! * I never tested Imagination to tell if this is similar as most of Zara Fragrance are clone from other fragrances

The more I wear it the more I love it. I thought it’s going to be soft spoken fragrance without not much longevity, but I was wrong. After 90 minutes travel by train here in Jakarta and spending another hour to walk around, suddenly a friend said to me that whether I was wearing beautiful tea fragrance. I was surprised because here in the tropics, most fragrances would have trouble in terms of longevity and projection. So, i am happy with this one. Bought it a year ago and still have 80% juice left and now it is mostly my daily frgrance.

Batch: 32190 / 2023-08-07 Without having or smelling Imagination by LV, this is a very bright and sparkling fragrance. The opening is quite citrusy without being uncomfortable or annoying. Then, in the middle, the floral notes stand out with a touch of citrus and amber, calmer and more bittersweet. It smells very good in the air. The projection is moderate, and the duration is good, 5 to 7 hours. One of Zara's best perfumes in composition and duration, easily in the top 3, if not the best, from Zara. Rate: 8.5/10

The opening smells like lemon drops candy to my nose. I got my bottle when it was launched (white label), I don't have a problem with its longevity or projection. It smells nice, I sometimes wear it when running errands, hanging out with friends, or simply going to the mall. I prefer the drydown to the opening. Ignore the comments saying it smells cheap/synthetic because people who aren't into collecting fragrances (the majority) won't be able to tell that. This is good for a cheapie.

Blind bought this for $45 CAD. It has some parallels to CK One on the top note from the mandarin and bergamot, but less musky and the similarities end at the dry down. It's floral but it's a very fresh/clean soap smell, like you just hopped out of the shower. Sillage is quite strong, leaves a trail in tight enclosed areas. It's office-friendly if you use it sparingly. Lasts ~6 hours, it's an incredible value. A bit pricey to use a gym fragrance, but will stand out from the rest.

Strong and warm orange scent but also very fresh smelling. Do not expect a citrus fragrance.. this is nothing like your average citrus fragrance. It has that "fresh out of the shower" vibe but with a strong hint of orange with it. It however does not smell like soap or soapy, like others here are saying. Imo it's a lovely scent that has a great balance of freshness and warmth. It lasts ~5-6h and after spraying it projects quite strong for like 30min, then it projects moderately.

I have never smelled Imagination, so my review is based on this fragrance alone. I am not an expert, just got back to being interested in fragrances a couple months ago. My honest opinion/theory is that if this juice was on a bottle of Hermès, people would be paing 100€ for this easily (maybe just needed a little better performance - longevity and sillage). Very unique. Very good quality. You get way more than what you pay for it (i paid 19,95€). Solid 8/10

Absolutely great alternative to LV's Imagination BUT It lacks the Ambroxan Giga dose that sets Imagination apart in addition to the natural citruses. SOTRSD tends to be slightly fruitier and sweeter due to the cassiss note. Insane money to value you get out of it. In case you wonde how this smells like : This is a light citrusy, fruity (more like red grapes) smell with a dreamy soapy accord that recalls some of the 90s frags. Easy wear and unisex. Cheers

I wish people could learn the difference between the regular and the intense version. There is no mango in here. There is a black currant type of smell in the opening, but after 20 minutes this is straight up imagination. Intense lasts longer but in my opinion it strays further from imagination dna compared to the og SOTRSD. Lasts about 4, maybe 5 hours if we're really pushing it, but remains a skin scent after the first hour

This fragrance is my comfort fragrance. It's a scent that relaxes me. It's very familiar, like from my childhood. That mandarine jelly bean I ate when I was little. That's exactly what this scent is. I don't care about the price, I care about the beauty of the scent and this scent really makes you happy and energizes you. And it has a really good sillage and longevity. It's a price performance monster!

Never smelled LV Imagination so i can only talk about this fragrance and tell you it's a gem. 25 euros for this ? You got to be kidding me. The opening is sensational to my nose. Dry down is also great. It's an addictive scent in the sense where when wearing this you know you smell very good. It boost your confidence. It's a compliment getter. Sillage goes intimate quickly. That's the downside of it.

Oh my god this might be the best smelling cologne in my collection, im not really a fan of the imagination DNA but this one changed my mind i wore this before the gym did a whole workout and was still projecting off me by the time I was done my girl adores this stuff its her favorite too its so fresh that lemon orange smell goes so well woth that strong ginger definitely safe blind buy

I've finished my fourth or fifth bottle and i have to admit this has been my most complimented perfume of all times despite being the cheapest. I've been told that i smell so good by so many women it's just crazy. I have never smelled LV Imagination but from what i read SOTRSD is not an original creation. Still, props to Mylene Alran and Zara for making this available for so cheap.

Bought this out of curiosity. I have tested Imagination, and I own Zimaya Masaaj Infused and Aqua Dubai. All I can say that all of them have similar DNA, and I really like it (albeit redundant to own all of them). Sunrise is sweeter in the opening compared to other. Drydown and transition is nice, and it lays on the sweeter side. I really like this DNA and scent profile.

Highly affordable high heat performer. Haven't tried imagination itself but i have tried aqua dubai and I can say that this is a bit sharper and more cologne-like. The main smell you get from this is some sharp ginger tea but also some light pepperiness which later settles down. Great for the gym and good for layering as well. Easy dumb reach, appropriate everywhere.

This fragrance is sexy, fresh, and perfect for summer — like a super sexy lemonade in a bottle. I don’t get that many compliments wearing it, but I absolutely love it for myself. It’s playful, seductive, and just makes me feel confident. Longevity isn’t amazing, but a quick respray every 4 hours keeps it going, and honestly, it’s worth it for how much I enjoy it.

I purchased this cologne yesterday and it is my best purchased in years. Beautiful scent and very similar to LV imagination. The new 2024 batch is very strong, and projects great. I understand that Zara reformulated it due to all the negativity online but this new batch is easily 8+ hours. The batch code is 41620.

Imagination is a beautiful ethereal citrus with a ludicrous price. Sunrise (90pc cheaper) is 95pc Imagination, but warmer, with a soupcon of sweet amber. Performance is good. I don't think this style of fragrance is a 'wow' though, once my Imagination decant runs out I'll be perfectly happy with the Sunrise. 4/5

Es un perfume que me sorprendió bastante a fines del 2023, super primavera/verano, de uso diario, bien fresco y citrico inicialmente, en piel nunca me han durado mucho los perfumes pero este me acompañaba entre 3-4 horas. Lo recomiendo harto para aquellos que buscan salir de las notas muy genericas

Wow!!!! This is an amazing impression of imagination! I only just received it today so I cannot comment yet on longevity and sillage (but so far I’m impressed, seems really good!). How can it be I had never heard of this? (Given all the hype around imag). Now I want to try the intense version.

Yes, Sunrise On The Red Sand Dunes & Les Heures Passent (both from Zara) smell identical. Both are very similar to LV’s Imagination, maybe a 75-80% likeness. I used to love Sunrise & LHP both equally, that is until Zara came up with Sunrise Intense, making a great fragrance even better!!

Lemon ginger tea that evolves to a citrussy and musky ambroxan soap with hints of sweet. Perfect for warm/hot weather, so spring and summer. Lasts around 5 hours on my skin, sits at arms' length projection-wise. First cousin to LV's imagination, a likeable dupe if that's your interest.

Citruses, ginger and mint, well blended - love it and the vibe it gives. On the other hand my girlfriend hates it. Similar to Spectre Bronzite from Maison Alhambra which is even better in my opinion (LOVE that not overly sweet grapefruit ginger combo!!!) and she likes Bronzite too.

@Bosnjak You should probably shower before spraying any fragrance on your skin. Some fragrances (especially citrus-heavy frags) smell disgusting on unwashed skin. You're the only one who thinks this smells like shit, don't blame the fragrance, blame your hygiene. Just saying.

Was getting nose blind to this like half of the reviewers here. A friend put 4 spreys of this on a Zara store and the fragrance was projecting crazy, leaving long trails behind. It was eye opening to see how people was turning their heads to spot the source of the fragrance.

Much much more citrusy than Imagination. Honestly smells fresher but it won't have the same effortlessly clean effervescent feel that Imagination gives you. If you want imagination get full house. If you want a good fragrance in general you could consider this one.

I’ve never tried LV Imagination, so i can’t compare, but this one really smells nice. Very unisex with interesting and unique opening. It doesn’t smell like some cheap clone, but like a classic designer fragrance. I really like it, 9/10. Smells like mango..
