Tobacco Collection Rich Warm Addictive

IT'S REALLY ADDICTIVE! I put on perfume every morning. My wife likes the scent of perfumes, but she views my fragrance hobby with some indifference. Often the perfumes I wear go unnoticed by her. Occasionally, she merely approves or disapproves. Recently I applied three sprays of Zara's "#Tobacco Collection - Rich/Warm/Addictive" immediately following my morning shower. During breakfast, she showed an intrigued face, frowning as if sniffing the air around her, and said "What is that?" ... And I asked, "Do you like it or not?" She said "Wow! It feels masculine, soft and sweet all at the same time.... what is that?" I replied slowly to extend the moment, "You'll never guess....". She thought for a few moments and then added, "Give me a hint, for example, tell me how much...". I just smiled, and said, "About ten euros"! She laughed a little and just said " Liar...", and then walked away, and left me with a big smile on my face. Yes, this fragrance is both sweet and vaguely masculine. It has big heavy notes of tobacco, coconut and honey, over a woody base. I also detect a slight coffee scent, although that note is not listed by Zara. Definitely a simple yet very effective formula! When people other than my wife ask me what perfume I'm wearing, and I answer "Zara", they usually smile and say something like "OK, you keep your secret!". I consider these kinds of reactions to be just great compliments. There is a similarity between this fragrance and "Herod" by Parfums de Marly. I know that "#Tobacco Collection - Rich/Warm/Addictive" doesn't perform quite as well, but for the price it costs, we can spray and respray as we please. Now the blending... A puff of sweet wet tobacco for pipe, with nuances of coconut cakes, over with a woody and honeyed base, with a very linear development... In fact, it is a gourmand formula that is both plain and very successful! Note: The notes published here on Parfumo do not seem to be in accordance with what is inside the bottle, and are reported by Zara. It's unusual to pay so much attention to such a cheap perfume. But the more we try it, the more we feel willing to wear it on many occasions. As such, I can very well say that this fragrance is really addictive! To me, it smells like Christmas gourmandises by the fireplace. In my house, everyone likes it. It suits both men and women and I find it quite unisex, besides being a great winter fragrance! It also presents us with medium longevity, sillage and projection, which means we probably get more than what we pay for it. The bottle is very discreet, and I appreciate it looking that way. The quality? It's definitely great, at least for its price. A 100 ml bottle cost me €12.5. As with any Zara perfume, you don't feel the need to save it. As this first bottle will disappear very quickly, I have already bought a couple of spare bottles. Where do I start!! I have been purchasing quite a few Zara perfumes as of late and let me tell you, this fragrance right here is worth the hype!! The first note your pleasantly dazed with is the sweetness from the honey, which I personally think is delightful and a refreshing alternative to floral scents which I am not fond of. Unfortunately that sudden burst of sweetness fades after only few seconds, 10 at most. Next you have the coconut pushing its way through to be the second in charge. I personally wish they reduced or removed the coconut scent all together as it makes the fragrance reminiscent of tanning oil, however I can see why it was added as it does a good job of blending together the honey and tobacco which is the next scent that comes through. To me I hardly smell the tobacco as it mainly comes in during the dry down, it almost leaves me yearning for more, probably why keep returning to the bottle to spray it! Last but not least you smell the woodenness from the Sandalwood and Cedar, not over powering at all and just enough to bring some body and balance to the fragrance. LET ME TELL YOU!!! I did not think I would love another perfume from Zara more than I love Red Temptation but this is by far my favourite. Its certainly not masculine but if it was on a man I would want to smell his neck all day!!. I spray this first thing in the morning and on my nightwear right before bed. This is an EDT so unfortunately I have to go HEAVY with the sprays, just to ensure I can still smell it on myself and even then its a distant memory on my skin when I go in for a reminder. Overall a beautiful perfume, rich, decedent, ever so slightly musky with all the sweetness you could ever want. It was £14.99 and came beautifully packaged. I also need to mention that the automiser on this is one of the best that I own, with that being said I am off to go and add 2 more to my basket!!!

Tobacco Collection Rich Warm Addictive by Zara is exactly what the name promises — rich, warm, and honestly a little addictive. I've had it for a while now, and every time I wear it, it feels like slipping into something comfortable but still a little luxurious. From the first spray, you get that sweet, almost boozy tobacco note mixed with honey and a soft, creamy warmth. It’s cozy but still has a little bit of a rugged edge to it, which I love. There’s also a hint of coconut in there that smooths everything out and makes it feel even more unique. The sillage is really nice — it’s not a loud, aggressive scent, but it definitely leaves a warm trail around you, like a soft, sweet cloud. People notice it, but it never feels like you're trying too hard. Longevity is also solid, around 6–8 hours on my skin, which is impressive for the price. I think of Rich Warm Addictive as a comfort scent — perfect for fall and winter, or anytime you just want to feel cozy and a little more magnetic. It’s not a "formal" fragrance, but it’s absolutely perfect for casual nights, cozy dates, or even just chilling at home when you want to smell amazing for yourself. For me, it’s one of Zara’s best releases, and honestly, it punches way above its price.

First time I've tried this, I didn't realize there were 2 different versions, the 2016 (this one) and 2018 one which has the same name yet completely different notes. 😒 Anyway, I've tried the latter one first, and it was such a dissapointment, just a boring sweetness with no character or any detectable notes. I was shocked, because reviewers who raved about this described it has a really lovely tobacco note. So I've returned to fragrantica and found out this one was discontinued, and they released something new which is supposed to smell like this, but doesn't. (Thanks Zara) I specifically looked 2016 version up on Ebay and was lucky enough to snatch a sample. And oh my God, it lives up to the hype. It's sweet, but so well blended with the tobacco note, and even though it's not listed, I smell a dark cherry. So yummy, I just love this. It's fairly light as most Zara fragrances are, although I think it can easily give someone a headache if sprayed too heavily because the sweetness is definitely there. If anyone has a 2016 version bottle for sale, dm me :) I'd love to own a bottle of this
