Tropical Boost

Ok here me out : I love to experiment with roller travel size zara perfums and sometimes something good comme out of it. This, layered with deep garden, give me such a good vibe scent. I dont know how this dark magic works, but it brings the best of the botch of them : it gives "deep garden" a direction, a boost; and it gives tropical boost a cleaner, softer feeling, a deeper dimension. At least on my skin it works like a charm.

Perfect by Marc Jacobs DUPE! Saved me from running out of the original scent. I also have the travel sized version and reapply it during the day if needed . Perfect for spring-summer! One of my favorite scents<3

Not as tropical as I would have hoped, I was expecting more coconuts, pineapple, mango, guava, hibiscus or even lime. The fragrance was more citrusy very fresh it’s really sweet very nice but the name is kind of misleading. I layered it with my Mango Manga by Montale and it works really well.

Like. yes it is tropical, a musky tropical. Smells like something I have smelled before. pleasant, inoffensive, easy to wear summery scent.

I expected a lot more from this, which in hindsight was silly for the price. But I usually love Zara perfumes and wanted something tropical, summery and cheap - I didn’t get that from this unfortunately. The fruit smell isn’t unpleasant, but becomes really sickly and artificial after first application. Definitely agree with the comments saying it smells like shampoo - and I do see the resemblance between this and Perfect by Marc Jacobs. This perfume isn’t for me, but if you love an artificial fruity smell and a cheapy this will definitely appeal to you. Definitely more of a kids perfume in my opinion, but for the price I’m not too devastated that it didn’t work out for me.

Sweet and fruity with a hint of tropical, creamy, musky warmth underneath. It's a fresh & clean type of fruity at first, reminds me of those see-through fruity soaps we had in the 90s, usually shaped like fruit or animals or something. Eventually it gets sweeter and becomes too sugary, like generic fruit sweeties on my skin. Not for me personally but i can see why people would like this - it's a pleasant, easy to wear summer fragrance.

I was expecting notes of a few tropical fruits (coconut, guava, star fruit?) but the only tropical fruit I feel here is pineapple. It’s definitively a fruity perfume but more on the citrus side. It’s a fresh, fruity perfume for a young audience, I don’t see myself wearing it, even in summer.

not unpleasant but for me it’s far too sweet. personally i don’t think it gets the tropical element quite right, instead it’s very fruity in an almost artificial way - think orange/yellow starburst. the woody notes ground it a little but still not enough to round it off nicely imo.

It smells rather generic and is reminiscent of a basic fruity/floral shampoo. I can see this appealing to pre-teens and teens. Not for me.

Nice pineapple summer scent. It's a little creamy and easy to wear because it's soft and airy. I think of it was more powerful I couldn't wear it in summer. I like it for everyday use. Happy, a little fresh, a little sweet. It's not too much of anything. It is puts me in a good mood. Wish it lasted longer in my skin, I can not smell it after two hours... Somehow it manages to give me clean vibes too.

Tropical Boost by Zara - more like Sugar Rush Explosion lol. It’s so sweet it could give cotton candy a toothache. I was expecting a refreshing tropical breeze, but got a syrupy fruit cocktail instead. Maybe it’s “boosting” my patience because I’m trying so hard to like it... and failing gloriously.

Am I the only one who thinks it smells like Burberry Her? It smells woody, musky, and sweet!
