Tuberose

It's lovely and quite sweet without being sickly. Light and feminine and uncomplicated. I ordered it because I am having a moment with tuberose (even though tuberose is not listed in the notes somehow). Lasting power is not great. I won't rebuy but I'll enjoy what I have. It's pretty but ultimately forgettable. Just heard a fragrance reviewer say this is a dupe for Byredo's Bal D'Afrique which is amazing because this is so bland to the point of being nondescript. I mean, it's pretty but so generic. Maybe there's more going on than my nose can detect.

This is an absolutely wonderful perfume, I love it so very much :)) -I don't know what a "tuberose" is, but if this is what it is, than I'm addicted to it. I havn't got a clue of what "pomelo" is, for sure it's something extraordinary ET substance, but I defently can smell the vanilla, it's so perfect blended, and the musk and sandalwood is there, and than I think the scent of "the mothership is waiting for you" is there, peace and love-love-love-love :D

i love it. very nice everyday smell. it lasts very long on clothes which i appreciate. it might linger a bit if you hug someone as well. it's very fresh and floral. i like powdery smells so that's not a complaint for me. i love the dry down and it lasts me for such a long time. very worth the price, especially if you like light, girly perfumes.

I love this scent, it's very comfortable and addictive. Edit: want to add that it's good for winter, during summer it's too strong and intoxicating. Also, I got rollerball and 30ml spray versions, and the rollerball version is much more pleasant to me.

I used to wear this in 2018-2019 and I miss it so much.. I couldnt find it again.. It’s not flowery, I dont know why they chose the tuberose name but it was my favorite fragrance for a long time

I really love the scent! This is my current go to perfume. Nearest Zara store once ran out of this and I bought the Joyful Tuberose but they didn't smell similar so I gave it to my sister.

Very comforting and uplifting in the same time... it lasts for 20 min max but i don't really care because i have the 200ml bottle and i only use it at home. once again...well done zara!

Amazing smell! Definitely my favourite zara smell. and even high on my list of all perfumes

I’ve been exploring Zara perfumes in the past few months. Based on the complexity and projection-longevity, I categorized them in three groups: bed time scent, daily companion, and statement scent (mostly in Jo Malone’s line). Zara Tuberose is nondescript, I feel like wearing it more as bed time scent or when I feel tired of heavy complex perfumes but still want to smell nice. It’s very soft and comforting, well balanced combination of vanilla-citrus-musk-sandalwood. Don’t expect sweet fluffy or creamy gourmand vanilla, and of course as many have said -DONT EXPECT TUBEROSE. It’s more musky and sandalwoody with fair amount citrus in it, and I wouldn’t say it’s powdery (maybe lightly?). To me it smells like you just got shower with a floral musk soap bar, it feels nice but nothing distinctive, it’s just the way it is. Projection and longevity are weak, but with that crazy sale price point I might want a full bottle of this so I can re-apply as often as I want.

It's indeed reminiscent of Armani's Si passione albeit more citrusy,sugary and lacking the pepper note. First things that came to mind when smelling this was 1. tropical fruit candies 2. Daiquiris by the beach. The name is quite misleading as there's no tuberose to be found here. If you're intimidated by the screechy fruit notes in tropical scents like I am, this is a nice alternative. I can totally see this being worn at the beach as it's very airy and summer appropriate.

Ok. It should be a floral fragrance, but on me is kind of frutty, sweet and no tuberose to be found🤔. I was impressed about this fragrance on my co-worker(she had it for a couple of months now) , so next day I went to buy it. Different bottles, different fragrance, same name, same shop so what the hack!!! Is it so difficult to maintain a line?? So disappointed about the longevity, and it stays very close to the skin. Actually it is worth exactly the 10.95 € I paid for.

The name is misleading, it smells nothing like tuberose. The opening is slightly more citrusy but overall, this is an inoffensive sandalwood and vanilla with cookie dough vibes, a bit aromatic. I can tell there's a flower in there but I can't recognize which one. It is pleasing to me and others (I have received compliments) but it's also quite boring. This is mostly a skin scent but has good lasting power on me.

The perfume bottle I have is Tuberose Weekend 02 from a few years ago, and I do know Zara sort of dupes their own scents from years back, so i'm riding on the assumption that what I have is the replication of this 2017 one. immediate herby note that threw me off but otherwise very sweet floral and inoffensive. would say this is perfect to wear as an everyday in the spring or anything like that.

I'm guessing this got reformulated. The production date for my bottle is 2020/10/05 and the listed notes are blackcurrant, tuberose, and vanilla. I got this only recently and I like it quite a bit so far. The opening is sweet, slightly sugary, and vaguely citrusy. It dries down pretty quickly to a subtle floral vanillic scent that's also oddly masculine. Lasting power is rubbish.

Opens with a burst of Citrus and dries down into a musky vanilla. It's nice but kind of bland and linear imo. Does not last either. I'm almost through with my bottle. This was the fragrance I used to run errands or wear at home (I work from home). Will not repurchase as there are so many more interesting fragrances for me to try!

This is my favourite at-home fragrance! Feels so cozy and clean in the same time. Makes me just feel happy at home. If only lasting power would be better I would definitely wear it out! Sweet, slightly tart, and mouthwatering. Kind of reminds me of soft yummy pink lemonade. Im usually picky with citrus in fragrances but this one is done perfectly! Has a candy like vibe with some soft florals, I love this but it doesn’t last very long, maybe about 3 hours.

I brought this one with me everyday (I had the 10 ml roll on version) for the last 3? years and it was quite good - not too strong or overpowering, just a nice and sweet everyday scent, and it was right in my bag when I needed it. Would I buy it again? I don't know.

feels like the younger, more demure cousin of gucci bloom. white and sage green come to mind. sweet, but in an understated way. soft. scent of a gentle lover curled up next to you in bed next to a window overlooking a vast, hilly expanse.

The sandalwood really pops to me, also kinda smells like candy. It has a 'sweet and innocent' feel to it. I like it more before drydown and I generally wish it were a little stronger/more longlasting

Nothing at all like tuberose but still pretty decent. The woody patchouli, sweet, spicy and powdery notes come through just fine and for the price it's pretty good. Just don't expect tuberose.

Lovely scent, and it's got a reasonable staying power, I'd say it is rather very good comparing to the other perfumes of Zara

Meh, I like it but no sillage or longevity. I would wear it more often if it would wear me. Sad because its a good fragrance.

To me, the dry down on this (after the musk dissipates) smells like Mugler Angel EDT with a little more warmth.

It was my signature scent when I was in highschool. Smells soft, fruity & energetic.

Gentle, powdery vanilla. Easy to forget. Good for spraying before sleep. It's a scent to give a hug, relax under blanket, wear a fluffy sweater. I'm suprised it is described as mainly citrus - I smell citruses only the first seconds, then it transforms into creamy but artificial vanilla. AND important thing - the fragrance is not even close to tuberose smell. I wonder who and why gave it such misleading name. It also disappears very quickly, so constant reapplication is a must. However, I really like the bottle (I have 30 ml version). It's easy to hold in hand, atomizer works perfectly and it's twist-off so you can reuse the bottle. Cap sits tight, nothing leaks, glass is thick. I wish other brands in this price range made such good packagings.

Powdery, tangy, and sweet. Absolutely no tuberose or white floral to be found. My mistake, I purchased this impulsively on Zara's website. I never fathomed a designer would call a fragrance a scent/fragrance note without having that specific scent/note in it! This is identical to Kim K Gold, JLo After Dark, and Liz Taylor White Diamonds Night. However, it's rather restrained and discrete with its performance. It's cozy and nice smelling scent... it's just that this will be the 4th variation of fruity, tangy, musky fragrance like KK Gold, JLo GAD, and ET WDN. I definitely wouldn't have spent $10 on it had I known beforehand.

There is no strong tuberose note in this perfume, if it’s there it’s very faint and it’s more like a musky, vanilla-y kind of perfume. I am a tuberose fan and I don’t get the point of naming this perfume with a flower name if that note is not predominant. My nose detects pink pepper in the middle notes but this is not listed here. An inoffensive, daytime perfume, just don’t get it if you are expecting the tuberose note.

I have had a bottle for a couple of years now. It's just meh. Probably the most boring perfume Zara ever made,the olfactive equivalent of those weirdly proportionated people in corporate graphics that plague visuals in the last decades. Definitely wouldn't repurchase.

A nice simple, cozy and clean scent. A little bit of citrus, some musk and a bit of vanilla. It's pretty linear but would be an easy throw on perfume on days that I'm indecisive. Probably won't repurchase when my bottle runs out.

This is my dumb reach fragrance, nothing special and nothing offensive, just smells good like what a teenage girl would wear

smells like something my mother would wear in 2010 and not in a good way

Just plain old fresh citrus and florals. Hate it on its own but it lifts some perfumes when it use it for layering. That’s all I can use it for.

The tuberose is nowhere to be found. Their “Gardenia” perfumes also have no gardenia. Zara keeps doing us floral aficionados dirty.

I'm unsure on how long I've had this fragrance collecting dust in my fragrance cabinet, I do believe since 2017/2018 and six years later and I still don't find anything special with it. Every spring I bring it out and put it back only seconds later. My nose doesn't even pick up a scent. No vanilla, no citrus, nothing at all, however, I felt sick every time I wore it. Weird. I finally gave this away and I hope it finds a home where it feels appreciated.

Headache-inducing, flowery, kinda sharp. Pretty long-lasting, but way too tiring to wear.

Citrus (that's tangy) and wood with a musky warm vanilla base. This is a really nice perfume. At first sniff, right when I sprayed today, I got grapefruit. Then I looked at the notes and there's pomelo and other citruses, so that's how this eau de toilette opens. The rest is warm, powdery, sweet, woody and pleasant. Nice perfume. Light but that's why I have a gorgeous bubble gum pink 180 ml bottle! Sprayer's good too. Elegant, woody, lush, slightly sweet, classy, citrus, light. I also feel this is unisex.

I was scrolling through Zara on line looking to score a few cheapies I can at least wear to sleep or use as a linen/room spray if I don't like it. My understanding is that some of their offerings are really nice. This is not a review, but I have to ask - why is a perfume that lacks tuberose called "Tuberose"? Guess I will find out, because for the price I'd say it's a safe blind buy! Will update...

I blind-bought this in a two-pack with Wonder Rose for an insanely cheap price. Why not? Initially, it's a very bright, vibrant, somewhat artificial citrus. The opening smells a bit like Tang but that doesn't last long. Dries down a little sweet and more powdery and musky, maybe even a little soapy. It's nothing groundbreaking but it's a nice, clean, cozy scent. I like it.

I used to love this perfume and would use it every day. Had to buy a second bottle because I ran through the first one so quick. I eventually stopped wearing it every day and was left behind in the back of my closet. I recently tried it again and find it to be way too powdery, I don't remember it like that but now I can't really stand it. Weird.

Very sweet but classy, I feel like this could work for night as well. Not very much tuberose going on but is a really nice scent and is reasonably strong for a cheaper price. I think it lasts OK, the vanilla makes it quite a cosy scent so I'd wear it in spring and autumn. Overall a good buy.

I don't know why they name it Tuberose when the perfume itself neither smells like tuberose nor has tuberose notes in it. Typical Zara. Zara Tuberose is a heavy citrus powdery fragrance. I imagine this as the scent that moms would love to wear. I personally can't stand it.

One of the worst performances ever in fact I spray it on my clean sheets before going to bed during the colder months, it gives me comfort. Somehow the scent mixes really well with the smell of freshly washed sheets, it's almost soothing

Generic, grown-up and slightly mature scent. It's just like J'adore by Dior has aged 20 years and it's trying to convince everyone she's still young. Also kinda smells like Avon in the 2000s.

Smells fresh and clean, yet sweet. I like spraying it after shower. At the first spray it smells like a very cheap and low quality citrus but then it becomes a very pretty and clean smell.

This must be another formulation, nothing about this tuberose (2021) smells like Bal d'Afrique, I own it. This is not even a nice scent, even if it's cheap - save your money.

Isn't this a version of one of Mugler's Angels? Smells a lot like the eau de toilette version, bit more anise/licorice like....

Its been my signature perfume for so long , the smell is fruity and sweet. Might give you headache if youre so sensitive
