Unusual Fruit

Such a great fig scent. Unique for Zara. It's probably my 2nd favorite scent out of all recent Zara's new releases (1st one is Sublime Rose). The fig here is creamy and green. Unisex. Better than Philosykos by Dyptique. Philosykos is slightly more green. Worth trying.

Very nice fig scent. It opens slightly tart and green, and fruity (almost a faint citrus nuance); then turns more floral, and then gets milky and creamy while remaining slightly green. Nothing complex or groundbreaking, but just a fig with its multiple facets. A bit shampoo-like as it is so simple, but I don’t mind it. Easy daily reach for spring and summer. Soft, light and creamy sillage with moderate presence and moderate staying power (and it is autumn testing - could be even better in summer, however I doubt it would cross the moderate performance lines). It almost gives some DKNY Be Delicious vibes in its mid-drydown, just smoother, less crisp and not as sharp.

The inital spray is a bit alcoholy and vaguely citrusy. In the drydown it is a close to skin green fig with a very mild sweetness. Compared to Dipytique Philosykos the latter is more sweet, fig fruity and natural smelling where as the Zara also has a more masculine note. But since the sillage and longevity are similar on me, I feel like by layering the Zara with something a bit sweet like VS Coconut Passion I can get a very similar experience for a fraction of the cost of Dyptique.

i ordered this because i loved the notes and i have to agree with some of the other reviews on here. it's very green, and the fig is creamy and quite a delicious note. the longevity isn't great, but it does absolutely remind me of philoskyos by diptyque. it's not an exact dupe, but it is reminiscent. unusual fruit is a bit woodier on the dry down.

It arrived today. My feelings are mixed. I kind of like it because it's fresh and very juicy, sweet but to be honest it's too girly for me. I mean not in a bad way, this screams like a group of high school girls ready to enjoy their summer, feeling full of joy. It's really nostalgic, reminds me of my own teen summers with all of my friends. Festivals, parties, nights out in the town, drinking alcohol, dancing and laughning all night while blasting music on our phones. Relaxing on the veranda couch drawing, helping my mother cooking lunch and gardening. Quick napping on a sunny afternoon after lunch. Oh, so many hometown memories brought up by this scent. I am in my mid twenties now and kind of an ice queen type so this doesn't really suit me because of the happy teenage vibe, but I think this will be my summer bed scent and chilling home reading scent, maybe I will use it for some long summer walks at night. Overall, this is a great EDP from Zara with good longevity and moderate sillage and gives a lovely feeling. Green, sweet, juicy, a bit aquatic for me and fruity of course. Full of youth.

I've been on a fig kick as of late...and it's the one note I do enjoy smelling and a fruit I love to eat. This fragrance is just alright, bright citrus sparkling top note that lasts 5 seconds, then fig flesh and leaves blend beautifully is the mainstay, atlas, the woody dry down after 30 seconds. Like with many of the Zara fragrances, don't expect a huge cloud, no sillage, and longevity is nonexistent. This is a blind buy - safe for fig lovers but if you can find and afford a bit more, get the Figue by Molinard, a world of difference with triple the staying power.

Smells to me like the middle notes of Philosykos. Less green initially with none of the green bell-pepper notes I sense in Philosykos and this one has more of an aquatic note as well. Sillage is medium-low but it’s lasted on skin about 4 hours so far. It’s definitely worth the money and I’m a bit sad it’s discontinued. It’s a greener wood sage and sea salt byJo Malone and a more watery-less-green version of Philosykos.

Where did the smell go. The 1st spray it’s amazing then 5 minutes later of fig the beauty gone 🏃🏻♀️

Surprisingly good. Don't understand the philosykos comparison. Soft and happy fig, ok longevity.
