Vanilla Collection 02: Unique, Hypnotic, Seductive

Is good🗿👍 Update: The first ever time I went to Zara was for this specific fragrance lol Owned it for 27 days, this is probably my favorite vanilla scent ever. Smells SO nice and has gotten me the most compliments so far, however, the smell doesn't throw very far, I personally recommend you overspray with this one. every scent must have an Achilles heel after all. But this fragrance makes up for it with sheer perfection, it's just such an amazing DNA, smells. like vanilla but not like shea butter, smells synthetic but not like Joop, it's just right for my nose, and it doesn't sting my sinuses when I spray it even in the coldest mornings. This is an all season steal and I personally use it the most, great bottle, great atomizer, nice cap that stays on well, it's got the whole lot. I've used more than half the bottle in the 27 days I've owned it and will very likely buy a new bottle soon. This is a fragrance I wouldn't mind gatekeeping honestly. gets compliments like nothing else, and differs just enough from the standard DNA you'd see on most people, very impressed from Zara. I recommend you smell test this but spray atleast 3, do the rest of your shopping, and smell it after, the initial hit might throw you off at first, but let it cook. You'll end up going back asap to go buy it. Certified 9.2/10.

This fragrance is a gem for the price. I got a dual pack with the 01 and 02 for $36, and was actually looking forward to getting the 01 because it’s a dupe of gucci guilty elixir. I ended up loving the 02 even more! It smells so good! A really nice and smooth opening with pineapple and coconut, which slowly becomes boozy during the drydown. Definitely worth it!

Piña Colada in a bottle ! Fresh and quite exotic but the vanilla make it quite an all-year rounder. Longevity is slightly above average for a Zara, maybe 5-6 hours. A really great scent, my fav among the vanilla collection, you should definitely try it if you love vanilla and exotic scents.

It's like this line gives you a clean, fresh take on vanilla with powdery undertones in 01, and here in 02 you get a sweet, playful take on vanilla. I love this. It's just so good for the price of the two-in-one pack. Solid for about $19.99 a piece.

This fragrance is absolutely phenomenal It smells nearly identical to invictus victory elixir but this is slightly fresher and i prefer this one. The longevity isn’t the best but for 25$ it’s acceptable

Incredible for it's price and signature worthy. Great vanilla scent that isn't too heavy, all year rounder expect for when its too hot. Longevitiy isn't great gets me about 5 hours but great sillage

Very nice creamy vanilla and amber scent, amazing price for the smell but longevity is around 4-6 hours and projection isn't incredible but what do you expect for around 20€ 8/10

Zara Vanilla Collection 02: Unique, Hypnotic, Seductive is somewhat similar to Mercedes-Benz Club Black, with its warm, bourbon vanilla base and sweet, cozy vibe. The opening is synthetic and a bit harsh, but once it settles, you're left with a smooth mix of sweet, spicy, and creamy notes that’s inviting and well-blended. It’s gourmand and slightly fruity—very appealing and easy to enjoy. While longevity is short at around 3 hours with soft projection, its very affordable price makes it easy to reapply or layer. For the cost, it’s a solid choice if you enjoy sweet, vanilla-forward scents.

I mean, it’s okay. It’s nice. I kind of expected more from it because of the reviews here. It opens with the kind of cardboard undertone that’s kind of present in other Zara vanilla fragrances – mainly Immortal Vanilla – which kind of makes it a bit annoying, but as it settles, it does become more pleasant and beautiful. In the drydown it's sweet and fresh, you can see that it’s a tad on the masculine side, but I still feel like anyone can wear this. Definitely not unique as the name would like you to believe, but nice to have for the price (especially seeing as I bought it on sale)

Opening is fruity, I cannot specify which kind of fruit, but as people have emntioned in ''other'' site, I believe it is Pineapple. Drydown has a lot of coconut as smells extremely similar to Victory Elixir and Dior Hypnotic Poison. Unisex, strong performance, too sweet and synthetic for my taste, but it would be satisfying for the fans of Victory Elixir or Hypnotic Poison. I also believe it resembles Pina Colada coctail, with less boozy notes.

Es un perfume que por el precio que pagas es bueno. Es el que más cumplidos me ha dado y realmente lo único negativo que tiene es su duración (Es un perfume de Zara). Pero siento que vale más la pena comprarlo por su precio y el olor de secado. El de Salida es un poco sintético pero luego en el secado es bastante mejor.

Pineapple Vanilla, sweet balsamic... Reminds me a little bit of Bade Al Oud Honor and Glory from Lattafa.

The vanilla smells cold and slightly medicinal. It has some fruity/boozy like qualities. There's also some suble coconut in the blend. On skin it gets much smoother and creamier in my experience This is a less aromatic and medicinal take on Invictus Victory. It's more powdery and smooth with simple layering. They're not that similar IMO.

This smells like a soft brown leather jacket with hints of leathery vanilla . I didn't like it at all. It's not bad for the smell of a leather jacket but on the skin it's a no.

Blind buy. At first whiff, I sort of liked this one over Vanilla 01. It starts as a 99% pineapple scent: almost, but not quite, entirely unlike vanilla. Then, after an hour or so it turns into a disgusting, piercing chemical smell that makes my nose itch. I haven't gotten my hands on any "expensive" perfume so far, but this definitely feels very synthetic and cheap to me. It might just be my skin chemistry (or a bad batch?), but my experience with this has been terrible... Vanilla 01 smells like baby powder for about an hour, and then turns into a fairly pleasant "clean" smell. I don't think either of these are worth it when better ones like Cocoa 01 or Tobacco 01 are available for the same price.

An interesting release for sure. Really smells a lot like piña colada during the opening and roughly the first hour. There is no coconut but I think the combination of pineapple and the creaminess of vanilla gives the piña colada sensation. Pineapple and vanilla are the dominant notes here, I barely get anything else (but not in a bad way). It's a very sweet scent and to me it has a very "in your face" kind of sweetness. The sugary sweetness is not in the back of the fragrance but rather fills the whole of the scent. The pineapple is nice and juicy, don't imagine the fresh and kind of sour bergamot that sort of smells like pineapple that you might know from Montblanc Explorer and such. No, the pineapple here is clearly pineapple. I don't think this is a clone of any designer or niche fragrance. It doesn't smell like Aventus or Le Beau or other fragrances with pineapple you might know. Nor is it similar to Victory Elixir to my nose. There is no pineapple in Invictus, how can people vote for that similarity? Vanilla 02 is its own thing, a pineapple-vanilla bomb. If your are looking for something sweet, happy and in your face then this might be of interest to you. Not work safe but evenings or fun events or vacations safe. Just be careful not to overspray, it's the kind of fragrance that can become cloying very easily even to me who enjoys sweet fragrances in general. The performance is average on my skin. Strong for the first hour or ninety minutes for sure. Then you start to gradually lose the pineapple. After 4 hours it's mostly a vanilla skin scent with some traces of pineapple. Not bad but I would expect a bit more from such a sweet fragrance. There is also a fairly new Infinite version available at Zara that is not listed here on Fragrantica. I tried that one only on paper but it smelled identical to this version, but it's parfum so maybe it's stronger?

Currently wearing this and it was a blind buy. I am into chocolate, vanilla or coffee scent coz these are compliment getters among ladies. My previous perfume was Rochas Man (purchased based in the comments here on Fragrantica) and so I was ready to move on to another vanilla scent. And based on the reviews this Zara Vanilla Collection no 2 is one of the best vanilla scents out there. I am on a budget btw hence my choices. Anyway this is a good choice as well. Rochas Man is kind of sweet almost like a woman perfume. Vanilla Collection no 2 on the other hand is manly sweet prolly due to its balsamic note. Anyway I like the dry down of this perfume really smells good on clothes or skin. Now I’m looking to add more vanilla scent in my collection and I am eyeing Grandeur Elite Tribal Gold which I am told a dupe of JPG Le Male Elixir and alao Club De Nuit Lionheart which is highly rated on this site too.

Just got this and it’s so good. I HATE cheap smells like lataffah khamrah and mercedes benz club black. but this smells expensive, i get a lot of pineapple warm vanilla and some coconut. If you wanna smell clean and get compliments get this. Projection for me 7.9/10 prolly less when it dries down but there’s nothing wrong with that as i’ll be using it daily for school.

Perfume super doce, que exala inverno, noite de inverno... de momento é o que estou a usar dado o clima e altura de Natal (perfeito também para oferta). Uma explosão de baunilha, o rotulo não engana. 4/5 perfume bom para quem gosta de doce, rendeu-me alguns elogios. Talvez alguém que não goste de perfumes doces não deveria sequer cheirar, fica a dica.

Zara now sell a 30ml of this for like £10/$16, ideal if you don't want to commit to the larger size ones. This is a really nice scent for the price, it's not too heavy gourmand/sickly with a touch of freshness about it. The Vanilla 03 is the best one out the collection though.

Surprisingly good quality for the price . At the begginning projects like hell , Sorry that only for 3 hrs . Sad about longevity but the scent itself is awsome . Got more compliments on this as other expensive scent from my collection . Good Job Zara.
