Zara Oud

this is really amazing !!! the best of Zara !!! l found it and quickly got it without even thinking!!! It's remind me Armani Prive Rose d'Arabie...oh yes!!!! Of course this one is very cheap and Armani has the best quality , is more sophisticated and last longer...but for the price this is really a gem . l am very happy to discover it and my husband love it . He use and love Rose d'Arabie and now he found this one as a everyday use replacement. It opens with almost sugary ,very sweet vanilla...then quickly l can smell the strong wood and rose (not mentioned here ) and maybe patchouli ...is very strong combo. the drydown is very good , is stong, sweet until the end and rose and wood are very dominant!!!!The sillage is HEAVY and the the longevity is 10 hours on my skin. For the lovers of heavy orientals ...don't lose this opportunity ...l still can't belive l got it for this cheap price...

Unbelievably good for the money! Seriously, I only spent $40 on a bottle of this and it's easily one of the absolute best blended and smelling oud scents I've tried, ever. Heck, this is one of the best of any type of scent I've ever tried. It even lasts a long time, at least a strong EDT if not EDP concentration. I took a leap of faith on this one based on the rave reviews. "They couldn't be right" I thought, "not for such a cheap scent!" But I was the one in for the surprise, this really is a hidden gem and amazing value. Like others have said, this is as good as fragrances costing $200-$300. Must try/must buy for oud lovers.

Oh my God! This WAS in the flagship store in NYC (52nd & 5th Ave.). One sniff and I was thrilled to buy it. I informed them that it was Middle East exclusive and got the blank look from the pseudo fashionista male cashier. It was $16.90, marked down to $4.99, of course I stocked up! This Oud actually competes with some of the $200 fragrances I recently purchased (Atelier Cologne Rose Anonyme) . I'm almost regretting plunking down so much when I could have had this little find for peanuts. If you see it, don't think twice, just buy. Not too woody, greasy, sappy...it's just perfect!

This is a gem every oud lover must try! Having tried all the Zara fragrance line (both masculine and feminine) I believe this one is by far the best launch (along with Intense Vetiver) of the house. Definitely unisex, very oudy, intense and quite long lasting (unlike most of the Zara frags). Oud, and roses which have the key role in the composition get sweetness from honey and vanilla and a spicy spark from saffron. Add a touch of incense for warmth and there you have it : The best oud for this price!

An incredible OUD fragrance. It smells just as nice as any of the super high end niche brands I have smelled. This is truly gorgeous. Also unfortunately it's difficult to find and near impossible in the USA. So pleased to have this in my collection it is like wrapping up in a warm cozy blanket and is perfect for the winter months.

notes (written on box): Top rasberry, green, saffron, rosewood Heart rose, jasmine, iris, clove Base musk, leather, vanilla, woody so you might wonder what are those green and woody notes are like me. well, whatever they are this is so good. for the price, you can't beat it. truly a gem. spicy and sweet. lasting power is ok for the price. I have jo malone velvet rose & oud, so believe it or not this one is quite similar. while testing i was not sure but i've checked both of them side by side. velvet rose & oud a tad sweeter.

I have all three of the new exclusive fragrance set. Oud, Rose Elixir and Musk. They come in the same bottle, tall rectangular with resin ball cap in different color, priced USD22 each for 100ml. They're all so beautiful, I'm at lost of words. Very, very hard to find, especially the Oud. Oud is an EDT, the other two are EDP, but they are all very long lasting on me, about 5-7 hours. This particular Oud is smooth, smooth, smooth...!

It is a very dense Rosy Oud very much along the lines of Tom Ford's Tuscan leather, but not totally similar. It smells a lot like David Yurman's parfum extrait (The dark rose colled crystal bottle) -Smoky -Syrupy -Dark and Dense -Very oriental Found a 50 ml of this in a TJ Maxx for $3.99 (Probably labelled wrong??)

I just got this from the Zara in Athens..Syntagma..Just for 7,99 Euros! Its the round bottle BUT there is another ZARA OUD in a rectangle bottle...for 12,95!!! Apparently new! Got that too PLUS ROSE ELIXIR!!!! NEW as well...They are all lovely and you cannot beat the price!

I hate it when they offer certain scents only in one specific region :-( If the marketing people would have had a close eye on the oud scent trend in Europe lately they would have come to the conclusion that this perfume would probably also sell well over here. *sighs*

This is a heartbreaker of a scent. Warm, sweet, smokey, burning. It is the seductive smell of mystery, the calm scent of the night. A perfume well-suited to scorpios. Bought it for 5 euros on a sale.

I can't find a photo on the internet, what colour is it's box? How is the bottle shaped (does it look like any other zara perfume?) Thanks :)

NOT a perfume for me . Despite of that, Surprisingly long lasting for a Zara perfume . Truly Oud.
