Cloud Collection

I never would have thought that I'd like sea buckthorn so much in a perfume. Here in Germany this fruit is often used in stuff like organic soda, jam or the diabetic chocolate I bought for my late grandpa when I was younger. I was never very fond of it. But it really works as a fragrance note! Sea buckthorn is also called 'the lemon of the north', but the fruitiness in Cloud Collection is not just tart and citrussy, it's also warm and milky like an apricot, but distinct and special. Not too sweet and not too sour. The opening is just refreshing! Then the woody notes unfold. I'm not sure which woods they used here, all I can say is that they smell warm and almost balsamic. It's quite woodsy in the drydown, but not like the screechy harsh wood notes in some other scents. This is a unique beauty and completely unisex. At the moment some voted it as similar to Gucci Rush (which I also love), but I don't see that at all, it's much more versatile and just completely different. It's soft but intense, and kind of nostalgic to me but I guess that's a regional/personal thing. The only downside is the price, really.

This one is lava lamp groovy, with separate liquids rolling around in the bottle. One is advised to shake it for four seconds (shaking a lava lamp is not suggested, though the result is the same) until it turns cloudy, before spraying. Spicy-tart sea buckthorn at the opening, and leather, then thirty minutes later the berries turn sweet and creamy, with a smooth oud-y base. The fruit lasts on the skin for three hours--about the time it takes for the perfume salad dressing in the bottle to separate again--but the sweet woods project much longer and louder, and linger on clothes all day. The scent lives up to the novelty of the liquid. The sea buckthorn (which I love in tea and candy) is unusual, a berry version of the lemon custard in Aqua Allegoria Teazzarro; and the base is rich as any Fort & Manlé, with twice the longevity. I'll wear this one a lot this fall.

Как-то летела с пересадкой в Дании и от нечего делать начала заниматься любимым делом - гулять по дюти фри. Обнаружила данный бренд впервые, но, боги, насколько мне этот аромат зашёл!! Он прекрасен, такой фруктовый, с древесными нотками, будто окутывает тебя в вуаль. Когда глянула ноты, не ожидала там увидеть облепиху. Могу сказать, что он шлейфовый, так как когда сидела с друзьями в ресторане на терассе, легкий ветерок разносил мой аромат и окутывал окружающих. Стал одним из любимых! Один минус - его надо взбалтывать, то есть, отливант в сумочку себе не сделаешь. Хотя, с другой стороны, он держится достаточно долго на теле, а на одежде неделями. Как-то достала кофту спустя месяц, а она до сих пор пахла. Однозначно рекомендую любителям фруктово-древесных ароматов.

Warm, fruity and refined. A fruity perfume for grownups. I was expecting a scent more "quirky" than this one and more raw sea buckthorn. It's there but still discrete. It's different but still somewhat common (leather and jasmine maybe). I agree that it is an all occasion easy to wear perfumes for those who still want something different. Not sure I'll buy a full bottle though. Edit : ok finally it grew on me and this is an awesome scent. Fizzy soft peach milkshake or something like that.

This perfume has been among my go-to favorites for some years now. You can wear it anytime, it's complicates enough without taking too much focus. On me it's a skin-like scent, but a wonderful one. Other women compliment me on it, a few smells coconut in it too, but not me ;-) I wear perfume every day, and this one is perfect for working, daytime, and goes in all occasions, though I would choose something else for going out at night and I do not find it sexy.

Feminine and classy, lasts forever and smells expensive.

The campaign photos look absolutely stunning. Before shaking, the liquid is a vibrant orange; after shaking, it turns a milky white. The defining feature of the Cloud Collection is its water-and-oil separation. The enclosed instructions recommend shaking the bottle for about four seconds before spraying so the two layers can blend together. This isn’t a new innovation. If anything, it’s a return to a simpler approach, as the collection deliberately avoids the emulsifiers used in most conventional perfumes. Traditional perfumes appear as a single clear liquid because they contain emulsifiers that keep the alcohol, water, and fragrance oils evenly mixed over time. The Cloud Collection intentionally leaves out those emulsifiers, allowing the water phase and oil phase to separate naturally into two distinct layers. That’s why the bottle must be shaken before each use. From the very first spray, you’re greeted by a vivid sweet orange. It smells like the juicy flesh of a fully ripe mandarin or sweet orange. There is no bitterness and none of the sharp, sparkling freshness often associated with citrus. Instead, it feels like biting into an exceptionally ripe, juice-filled orange. The fragrance is quite linear. I don’t really detect much of the floral aspect. From beginning to end, it stays centered on that sweet orange accord, only becoming a little softer as time goes on. The evolution is minimal, with just a subtle woody nuance emerging in the drydown. The longevity is surprisingly impressive.

Starts similar to fruit loops, dries down to a creamy floral. I'd love it as a candle, but I don't know if I can really wear this. I'm sure it the right scent for someone out there, though.

Peach yoghurt!!! Slowly turning into peach yoghurt shampoo.. in the colder months maybe more like yoghurt with peach jam :D love

This is a soft, woody fragrance on me, with only a slight hint of the fruit that others are getting. I do have a sample and not a full bottle, so it could be that the mix of oils that made it into my vial are not representative of a full bottle.

Memories of clean private swimming pools, Fudgsicle pops and drinking orange Tang. Suddenly fall into a musical interlude "DO YOU REALIZE THAT YOU HAVE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL FACE. DO YOU REALIZE THAT WE'RE FLOATING IN SPACE" but the song doesn't go beyond that point, only the instrumental music and that same chorus on repeat. Followed by a mental kaleidoscope of vintage serene landscapes you never thought you'd be interested in but now yearn for. The dry down is sweet upside down pineapple cake, deliciously eaten in bed with the one you love and who spoils you rotten. 🌋 From the official site: "It is the world's first perfume that reacts to its environment, the weather, and the personal aura of its wearer." Loved! Smells unique, not like any other perfume I’ve tried. Beware: DO NOT TRY THESE CLOUD COLLECTIONS FROM SAMPLES! You will not get the right bi-phase amount of oil and liquid and it will not smell as it should and the importance of shaking the perfume like crazy in order to get a perfect blend, you can’t do that with a sample. I tried a sample and did not like it at all but I read several reviews talking about the same thing so I went ahead and purchased this lava lamp perfume in a travel size. The sample version smelled like chicharrones where as the shaken travel size mist smelled divine; very huge difference so the samples are not worth it. It definitely smells completely different on everyone as I tried it on three other people, so if it smells weird on you, then that must be your aura, (has de tener un Aura sucia) work on it. It even smells different on me sometimes too.

Cloud Collection by Danish perfumer Zarko is the most expensive in the range of now 11 perfumes incl. 3 perfume-oils, but is it certainly also (perhaps) the most lasting... It is worth the price! The notes begin quite fresh and fruity and soon develops into a creamy, fruity, very feminine fragrance! I come to think of ice cream without the vanilla; perhaps more; creme brûlée ..which is varm and sugary crisp. This delicate "dessert" has a very special sauce to go with it: sea buckthorn - orange-yellow and slightly bitter-sweet. Cloud collection stays fresh - even if it tends to be sweet! Worth a try if you want something special; not many people will wear this -- they perhaps wear Pink Molecule or one of the other top-sellers from Zarko..!

Right out of the bottle I love this. Not usually my type of thing. But alas, it was not meant to be. I was abandoned after five minutes. Can’t smell it on clothes can’t smell it on my skin. It’s a beautiful concept, a beautiful bottle and a delicious fragrance fruity without being gourmand or too floral. As a matter fact, I don’t detect the Jasmine at all at this point. Perhaps my greedy dry skin just drank it up, perhaps I should slather myself with unguents and potions before I apply. It is beautiful though

Super similar to their Youth fragrance because of the fruity sweetness and jasmine combination. Not my favourite one out of the cloud collection. Very fruity sweet. Peach tea, yea I would agree. Iced peach tea. I’m not a fan of how it smells on my skin, there is something that is bothering me. Maybe it’s jasmin. Recommend you to test it first, as it smells yummy from the bottle and not great on my skin. Kinda meh but might be cute for scandi summer.

If you are walking through a forest and a nymph offers you some ripe orange fruits, like apricot, buckhorn, and candied orange slices, one might not hesitate to indulge. Thirty minutes or so after the seemingly cinnamon spiced sweet fruits phase, you will be haunted for the next duration of eternity by cathedral incense.

I have got this for a while, and today I layered it with Ombre Leather from Tom Ford. Such a bliss! This perfume is soft and sweet, and tend to be a good one to layer my other scents with. It is sweet and cloudy, yet potent and vibrant. Love how it melts into other fragrances and makes beautiful new ones.

I smell fig! Am I the only one? Cloud no 1 has an enormous longevity and sillage, among the biggest I have ever encountered. The dry down gets very perfumy and reminds me a lot of Santal Massoia by Hermes. I like it but do not love it.

To me this scent is neither fresh or fruity. On My skin it is very sweet and warm. Reminds me of Gucci Rush.

There’s is nothing out there like this perfume! It’s amazing!
