Abadi Opulent

Talk about a nice find! • Abadi Opulent nails the YSL Y DNA very well. Smelled good right out of the box, and punches above its price point. • Nice bottle, good atomizer, and very good performance, especially on clothes (undershirt). • This is definitely the one to get among YSL Y dupes if your nose is on the "less sweet, please!" side of things. • Fragrance is pretty linear, but in a good way, it's pushing the middle notes (which I love) for a very long time. • For a man in his 40s-50s looking to bridge the gap between 1990s fougères and sweet modern scents, this works! July 2026 update: • Had this bottle for ~8 months, still a great performer, and its scent has improved slightly. • It's still pushing these intoxicating middle notes with gusto, but the opening is now way smoother than it was.

I have had some more time with this fragrance since I got my bottle. It's really good. The opening is not as deep or as sweet as the opening of Y Elixir, in the dry down it gets a lot closer, but with a bit of a twist. It's almost a hybrid of Y Elixir (90%) and Y EDP Intense (10%). It has all of the main notes of Elixir with a few supporting notes of the from the EDP Intense in smaller concentrations: the bergamot, the sage, tiny hints of juniper as well. It's a solid release and longevity is decent for a fresh fragrance, about 7 hours. It's very versatile and can be used in any season. I think it's definitely worth the asking price ($40 shipped for a 100ml bottle) and most people would assume it's y Elixir if they smell it on you.

Best I've smelled in Years!!! Mannnnnnnn! I freaking love this stuf.. Got a decant of this along with others in a trade with Newtype.. Thank you my friend for this... He also sent the original YElixir and I enjoy this so much more!! Much more balanced and i love the addition of juniper berries along with bergamot.. Its not 1 to 1 to the Elixir I would say 80-85% alike with a touch of Y EDP.. Amazing for any season, any occasion.. I find this to be alittle more mature than youthful but if you enjoy it wear it! I bought a full bottle on ebay paid around 50 bucks with tax but I think its worth it.. Besides the bottle looks really cool! This stuff is insane! Rating 10/10 its simply perfect in my opinion

Though I have Y EDP, I haven't tried Y Elixir as yet. Regardless, Abadi Opulent is a nice fragrance. It still keeps the YSL Y dna, but the added Oud and Frankincense make it darker and richer smelling. In fact, the Oud and Frankincense are very well blended. It strikes me as a more grown up version of Y, but can still be easily worn either day and night, and in all environments. Sillage is strong at first and it projects well for about an hour, but then it starts to turn into a skin scent. Instead of being beastly, Abadi Opulent instead radiates warmly from the skin. I picked up a bottle for £20 in the UK, so I can't really complain given the huge cost of the original. 7/10.

This is my most recent acquisition and I can't give a full opinion yet because I have a slight nose cold which is affecting my ability to pick up scents. I also want to let this one macerate abit before I give my final thoughts. But so far, this is a very fresh and masculine scent which is super interesting to my nose and highly pleasant. I can see this one pulling a lot of compliments. The freshness is really vibey and takes me on a little trip. I'm gonna come back to this review and update it soon, but so far I'm really intrigued and I think the low price is a wonderful thing for this type of scent and also as a sidenote, the bottle and the packaging are both super pretty.

I got this recently and it’s honestly better than Y Elixir because of the price point. I tried Fakhar Platin and this is much closer. It’s in the 90-95% range for a fraction of the price. I’ve been obsessed with Y elixir since I tried it on skin a few times at Ulta and Opulent just nails the scent. Cool looking bottle and nice atomizer. Not pressurized but certainly better than most designer bottles. This is my second from Zimaya and I’m really impressed with the quality to price ratio. I highly recommend this if you have smelled Y Elixir, EDP and intense.

Oh wow, just received this today and it is pretty close dupe of Y Elixir! I have Y Elixir in my left wrist and this on the right. The Y smells a bit sweeter and deeper in the opening moments, as soon as the dry down starts, they smell extremely close! This is $40 shipped for a 100ml. I'm a little upset because I was being impatient and bought a bottle of Y Elixir while this was tied up on transport. I will write more thoughts as I get more time with it, but I'm very impressed so far.

Havent smelled Y Elixir, but have ordered this as a replacement for Fakhar Black, which I have finished a whole bottle of. Smells really, really nice after a week of maceration. Its very rich - this is something that I could really see at a duty free in an airport, far better than usual clone quality (and that of Fakhar). Wish it was a bit sweeter like Fakhar, but its an all around great scent and I cant wait to get some use out of it.

Abadi Opulent is a very good clone of YSL Y ELixir and I would say 90% similar. From the first spray you got that spicy fresh and woody/oud smell. Dries down to a lavender, resinous/earthy, fruity/appel smell with ambroxan shower gel vibes. Definitely worth trying, and very cheap for such good quality and a must have if you like YSL Y Elixir. Longevity is about 5h, I will let it macerate.

Most of you are paying way too much for these clones. I got this for $25 USD from JomaShop. If you're buying this stuff for $40 off eBay, I feel bad for you. This IMO is a great buy, but at a reasonable price. It smells similar to Y Elixir and has great performance. Don't pay more than $30 though.

Amazing stuff. Perfect all year rounder, all day, every day. Gym, office, date,.shopping, hanging out, it fits all. Masculine, fresh, shower-gel-like, with a hint of apple and incense-highly recommended. It's the type of fragrance that doesn't stand out loud, but is appreciated when noticed.

Out of all the YSL Y Dupes, this is my favorite. it's very rich, smells amazing and lasts longer than all of them. Keep in mind I only tried Y EDP dupes in store. This has become one of my favorite "Grab and Go" perfume, it just works for any situation. 9/10.

Very close to OG. Close enough for me, thankfully (blind buy) Needed to mature for bit but is quite pleasant office/everyday scent. Easy reach type and believe or not gets a compliment from time to time. I'm a fan and would rebuy for this price.

I blind bought this on a discount not knowing what to expect. I've gained respect for zimaya so far since my blind buys have not disappointed me yet. This one is close MA yeah! Man but there is one note that really separates the appart. I'd say it's less smoky and a tad sweeter as well. It's not bad but I'm not that impressed to be honest. Reminds me of a bath gel we used to have when I was a kid. A big bottle with green liquid from a brand called Fa. So I guess this scent is somewhat greener than Yeah! Man which tends to lean towards bluish scents. In conclusion: Not bad for the price but I prefer Maison Alhambras yeah ! Man perfume. Black bottle. Perhaps it needs to macerate. I'll get back of that is the case.

Just bought this from the Jakarta x Beauty 2025 event. Sprayed it 7x on clothes and 5x on body for today's full wear. I have to say that the scent profile is amazing (especially for the price point), and this is 90% similar to YSL Y L'Elixir. Based on my recent test, this perfume performs moderately. I ADORE the scent profile. However, I am not disappointed with the performance. Spray this now and then to get the maximum satisfaction! Overall: 8/10 S: mod-high P: high in the first 2 hours L: 7 hours Best time: Everyday use, but can't survive the high heat.

Good all-rounder fragrance, gets the broad strokes of the Y Elixir smell and is very pleasant. Definitely not as good as Y Elixir, but at the price point its hard to complain. Wish it projected a little more and lasted a bit longer, but it's still a great daily wear, especially for an office scent.

I was afraid this was going to be a synthetic gymbro scent due to some people describing it as a gym fragrance, but thankfully it smells classy and natural. The lavender note is very relaxing and I see it working in both summer and fall.

Oriental soap done right. Has a bright lifted fruity top layered with a nice resinous body, notes blend so well that creates a distinct character. Not as fancy smelling as y elixir but it works out in its favor.

This is like a brighter version of the og. It is not a 1:1 as many people claim. Yes the scent profile is cloned nicely and it has exceeded my expectations but this has a very prominent soapy shower gel note that the og doesn’t have. It’s like a more generic more youthful version of the og. Given that the Y elixir is one of my favs exactly as it is, I don’t appreciate this twist that Zimaya made on this. To me the og is a statement of a mature man that stands on business. This one is a youthful gym scent at best. Another big issue I have with it is its performance which I must say, in cold temps is pretty nice and the projection is huge, but the moment you step in room temps, it completely stops projecting and immediately turns into a shower gel and this just pisses me off so much. This behaviour has been there since the beginning and hasn’t changed in weeks at all. I’m gonna stick to the og.
