I now agree with the review below. I had not tried on skin since I first received it. I actually sprayed it on today and it's very much in the Cheirosa 62 family. Yes, a smoother take with an added slight lemon zing. But the lemon zest doesn't stand out too much. It's just adding the perfect hint. It dries down to a vanilla cake like scent with a bit of saltiness. Delicious fragrance. Also this seems to be one of those scents that balloons up & gets stronger on skin. Unisex, leaning feminine. Fragrance started off on the weak side(received mid Feb) but only a few weeks in and it's already quite strong on the skin. 10/10 rating Edited: Also wanted to add that there is a bright glowy amber freshness to this scent. It's the perfect gourmand for summertime. Edited #2: I hadn't smelled this for a little while. Got it out today and it must have reached it's peak(coming up on 6 months soon) because it's suddenly beastly in strength. It was fairly strong before but it's on another level now. One spray is more than enough. So I guess be forewarned for those that don't like strong scents. I'm still enjoying it. Update after having for over a year; This is still a very airy, slightly salty amber & caramel scent. Very long lasting. I'd overall describe it as a more classy version of Cheirosa 62. This is more casual dressy vs 62 being only casual wear imo. It's a staple in the spring/summer but I wear it all year round.

@CaptainReggie I'd say the votes above are a good representation of how it leans. If you're okay with a unisex, leaning into the feminine side than you'll be good with it. Or if you've ever smelled Cheirosa 62 and thought it could work for you, then this scent probably would too.

After maceration, this is sooo good! It has a bit of spice to it, similar to Angel Share or Khamrah. Imagine Angel Share with added coconut. It's also long lasting with good silage. A complete love!

definitely inspired by Sol de jenero 62 . This one I actually like though it’s alot more smoother and well put together . Beautiful packaging too 👌🏽if you like gourmands you’ll love this fragrance

One of the best gourmands in my collection, ambery-vanilla and coconut. My bf loves this one on me. It also projects really well and lasts a long time. So underrated.

Simple but SO good! Very warm and I think it's great for layering

This perfume does resemble Cheirosa 62 by Sol de Janeiro – but it’s a less caramel-heavy version. It has great projection and longevity – on my skin, it lasted a solid 10 hours, and I imagine it would last even longer on clothes. Don’t judge it by the very first spray: the opening comes out strong, with a bold ambergris note that dominates. Let it macerate a bit, and by the second or third wear, you’ll notice a more balanced blend of notes. It’s sweet, yes, but not overly sugary – Cheirosa 62 is sweeter. Here, the ambergris stands out, accompanied by subtle coconut and caramel notes that are present but not overwhelming. The ambergris is detectable from the opening until the dry-down. And no – it does not smell like Baccarat Rouge. This is its own character, with ambergris as the star. If you like ambergris-forward fragrances with a soft tropical sweetness, this is an excellent dupe of Cheirosa 62 – just more refined and less candy-like.

For an Arabian fragrance, this composition is rather light. A gourmand sweetness of vanilla and caramel with moderate projection and longevity.

You are walking through the Sahara desert, the heat is merciless. At last you reach an oasis, but instead of a cool spring with crystalline water and palm trees casting shade, there stands a solitary candy shop. Lollipops sag and melt beneath the brutal sun. Exhausted, you sink onto a divan draped in rose-gold silk. You reach for some warm, sticky cotton candy. It brings no headache, only a drowsy weight from its cloying sweetness. You drift into sleep and dream of thick caramel and vanilla ice cream, liquefying, meandering in the shimmering heat of the desert.

I truly don’t know what I’m smelling. Super faint, caramel is barely there. It was a blind buy and i would never paid for that had i knew it’s like this.

Ok, this really smells like SDJ 62. However, there is some strong note that makes me nauseous. I blind bought it and it was a mistake.

It is not Cheirosa 62, not at all.

Sadly, a strong ammonia nose to my husband's nose and I get it slightly too. If you note this in other perfumes, it might affect you. I am sad as I had high hopes.

This is without any discussion THE best SDJ 62 dupe EVER! It’s even better than the original. It stays on the skin forever. This one is on my top 10 best gourmand fragrances ever made. Top class!

I may need to update this after maceration. Straight off the delivery truck, it smells like a lighter version of Khamrah- if Khamrah had a transition flanker from summer to fall...

As reese3005 said, this smells like a lighter Khamrah. It might change with maceration, but for now I detect spices and musk, no vanilla or caramel, lemon zest or coconut.
