Is it good? Yes! Is it worth Blindbuying? No (unless you like strong leathery animalic) Longevity? Long Collection Worthy? Yes I love it, but its hard to find a time and place where you can wear this. It kinda smells like horse stable with one horse and a ton of horse saddles around. Its doesnt have an explicit horse manure smell but i does kinda smell like a horse. The leather here is beautiful and I really mean beautiful. If you've ever bought a Leather duffel bag its the smell of the inside of a brand new bag. I think this can be bought for fairly cheap and if you are a collector i think its worth adding. Ive smelled Orto Parisi Cuoium and this in my opinion is more wearable and I genuinely just enjoy this more. Keep in mind its incredibly masculine, strong, and in your face. Since i don't have too many opportunities to ever wear this in public I sometimes will wear this in autumn at night while at home. Theres a slightly sour note in this that i don't find unappealing but i could definitely see someone being put off by this. There is absolutely no sweetness here, its dark, dank and super leathery, the oud is slightly indolic but not straight up barnyard just kinda there, for the price I would say pickup it up if you like animalic leathers. Not for people who like mass appealing fragrances, sweetness, freshness or soft fragrances. this is very well done. For people who collect: The best way I can describe this is the oud from Chopard Malaki Oud or Penhaligon Halfeti mixed with some Cuoium with horse smell. Although I find Cuoium way dirtier than this.

The coriander and geranium opening give a slightly soapy pepperiness that somehow mixes with the leather bursting forward from the base into a sort of tobacco essence that is very surprising for a fragrance without any tobacco whatsoever. It mellows out to be very sexy. Not too close or cinnamon forward, the spices just rounding-out the gruffness of the leather. The iris really, really shines through. A remarkably sexy masculine scent. And I mean sexy. In a refreshing way though. No cloying scented candle yumminess luring feminine intimacy with promises of cookies after Netflix. No over spiced amber cheat code. No unisex iris sensuality. Just something classy and masculine that manages to smell classic without smelling outdated. Manly, but not boyish or geriatric. Clean, but not hygienic. Marketing and remarking on the sex appeal of a fragrance is overdone and YouTube-core, but you can really hear a woman purring in the back of it all, when you smell it. Very, very nice. Great packaging presentation, like Al Kaser. Nice, heavy cap on the bottle. Great fragrance. Easy to recommend for its price. There's no reason not to have a bottle.

It starts an unusually fresh (citrus) tobacco-leather accord, which, fading, reveals soft, “carbonated” green, slightly powdered leather, on a cedar stump overgrown with oak moss... I bought this fragrance to pair with Zimaya Al Kaser bottle, which I had purchased earlier, and I was pleasantly surprised then, just as I'm delighted now. Firstly, this is the MOST comfortable bottle I have ever held in my hands. Secondly, the whole presentation-from the box with a cartoon sleeve to the quality of the atomizer-is just fantastic, considering the price. But you also get the perfumes! This is a complex composition, one chord flows into another, all the notes can be discerned, but everything sounds well-put together and complete. It lasts for half a day for sure. However, the fragrance itself is unlikely to be hyped in the “mainstream”, it sounds too masculine. A real niche for ridiculous money. How did they manage do pull it off?!

9.2/10 Disclosure, I'm in love with Ghayeth. It's an amazing leather combo scent that approximates almost a plum type fragrance, but everything goes together so well and is gentlemanly. I've been sampling a lot of different scents since I rejoined the fragrance world a few months ago. I'm stunned that perfumers like Lattafa can put these frags together for so inexpensively. The designer and niche frags are certainly good, but when this stuff can be had for sub-$20? ANYONE can smell great now regardless of your means. After a week of maturation, the leather note shows up to the party. After a month, WOW, leather bomb with nice staying power. I applied less than I did previously and it was almost overwhelming for me, kinda made me queasy. Less is more in this instance. It's one of my most worn during fall, winter, spring months, but I THINK about about this fragrance a lot more, and that counts for something.

#1615 in my "Tour de Fragrance" Bought this on Amazon for $24. Dead on dupe of Memo Paris "Iberian Leather" in scent and potency. I prefer "Iberian Leather" to "Italian Leather" which smells like they threw in some marinara. The dry down of "Iberian Leather" smells like the inside of a saddle shop with that hint of saddle soap in the air. Trying them side by side the difference is negligible. So, considering "Iberian Leather" goes for $157, getting this Zimaya dupe is a no brainer that's safe to blind buy. Go easy if you carpool. Personally, I stick to fougeres in an office environment, but this evokes the leather furniture of a long-established gentleman's club, so you could get away with it in a formal office. If you like Memo Paris leathers, Atkinson's leather scents like "Born for Eternity", "Oud Save the King", "His Majesty the Oud", this will definitely work for you. Good Luck and Good Hunting!
