Ilham al Oud

I love this scent, very classy, suit and tie but I wear it everywhere. It has sweetness, and it keeps getting sweeter as it dries down. The most masculine part is the opening which features prominent leather which is only a small touch anemalic which is beautiful. Before long the dry down starts and it transforms to sweet rose jam. It's unisex but leans masculine. I wouldn't want to smell this on a women. This is classiest frag I own and dear I say it it smells the most expensive. It's really smooth modern class and I got it for 9 USD. Ombre nomad and noir de noir are similar to this but in my opinion are unisex and too feminine for me, because this has less fruits and more leather then ombre nomad I like it more. This is a crowd pleasing fragrance for CEOs. There is a possibility that people would associate a fragrance like this with old school women's perfumes, but due to the beautiful leather which has a little bit of a bite I don't have that association. It does have the sweetness & feel of Kirke but if you replaced all the fruits with rose jam and added leather on top. Longevity on skin is 8.5/10, 10 being Lapidus pour homme. Great, one of the longer lasting fragrances I own , filled with oil. Silliage is heavy, it leaves a scent trail but doesn't extremely radiate 8.9/10. Scent profile, for a classy scent 10/10. Not a sexy fragrance per say, not a clubbing fragrance, not a casual fragrance,not for the gym. It is a evening restaurant & coctail bar fragrance, smoking cigar fragrance, business meetings fragrance, wedding fragrance, funeral fragrance, job interview if you're interviewing someone fragrance, church and going to the cinema with your girlfriend. It's somewhat cozy. I would wear this for a dinner in a nice restaurant while decked out. Evening wear, all year long, not a casual fragrance, not playful but it does have the sweetness of a playful fragrance. You should like sweet fragrances before getting this, I don't like rose that much but I love this, you should appreciate leather but leather is noting scary in this one and it's prominent in the top for the first 15 minutes probably, then only in the background. P. S. It doesn't feature any vanilla, not powdery, not fresh.

I mean this scent for the price is ridiculous, you get for me 12+ hours longevity with 4-6 hours strong projection. Its a room filler for sure and the scent is utterly incredible To my nose it's a fairly linear scent with slight changes throughout its duration. For me the scent consists of a smell that reminds me of a brand new car because of the leather note but then the oud accord adds a slight warming and animalic tinge to that scent without overdoing it but boy is it that same oud accord that makes this fragrance last so long. The rose is subtle but it adds a very pleasant and nice sweetness along with the fruity raspberry. The incense and saffron create a very subtle smoky and almost petroleum like smell which is subtle but adds alot to this fragrance in which smells incredible then doing abit of grafting in the far back we have the patchouli and ambers which creates the everslightest earthy nuance and sweetness Scent - As of now 10/10 Longevity - For the price 10/10 12+ hours Projection - 8.5/10

At first, the fragrance smelled underwhelming, having a more synthetic and underperforming profile to it but after smelling it again, somehow it seems much more complex than the price tag may offer. The amber, rose, saffron and leather notes are the most prominent notes that I get from this and it's very pleasant. Only downside I have as of right now is that it lacks longevity. Perhaps after a month or two of maceration it'll prove me wrong. It is more of a classy scent, a smell that gives off the vibe of seriousness if worn by a man. I would say it is wearable everyday since it is still rather inoffensive, but personally I would reserve it for otherwise (special occasions, etc). 8.5/10 overall.

I personally dont know nothing about perfumes, but i like this one. I like the part when it dries down which happens in 10-20 mins, smells sweet and spicy atleast to me (like i said, i dont know anything about fragrances). I never smelled ombre nomade so i dont know anything about that. I got 4 compliments on this fragrance in a week. Ilham Al Oud lasts on my skin for around 5-6 h (2-3h strong, 3-5h normal, 6h a bit but still is noticible) BUT on clothes lasts really long, lasted around 4 days while being still strong. I blind bought this fragrance and i dont regret it. Good cheap perfume, that smells like a rich guy.

I have both ilham al oud and ombre nomade. And I love both. But dare I say I actually like ilham al oud more. For me atleast, it tends to perform better and lasts a but longer, again maybe this is just me. But I also like the smell a bit more. They are similar. However, ilham al oud has more of a sweeter, fruitier, more incense, and more leather. Smelling both, I can say they are definitely similar and u wont be disappointed with either. But 500 bucks compared to 40, id rather take the ilham al oud personally. If ur looking for a new fragrance or a dupe of ombre nomade, I say get this. Ubwont regret it.

I love the scent. I’ve heard it has the DNA of Ombré Nomade. This is a cheap alternative. It smells very much like bakhoor, incense and jam. Sample before you buy please. It is strong, DO NOT PUT ON MANY SPRAYS ESPECIALLY IN SMALL PLACES. I learned the hard way after suffering in a car. It is a night time scent, cooler weather too. Bottle is simple but sleek. I brought it from Notino.

Nice scent, it feels like an air version of Ombre Nomade, it is light. Unfortunately I found that the fragrances from Zimaya, at least the ones I got, are not long lasting, although for this price I did not expect much. Otherwise, I like this very much, I would rather look into better alternative for Ombre Nomade, if you are looking for good performance (6+hrs).

What a great blind buy just got this today it smells a lot like jean lowe noir by maison alhambra, but this is smoother and clean better done as well, I'm not say Jean lowe one is bad I like that too.This one has more of the rose and a tiny bit sweetbI think. I will be getting the LV at some point.

It's a flatter version of Nomade, saffron and Rose are quite prominent in this one. I like it. I paid 15 USD and it's definitely bang for a buck because it smells luxurious. NOT SAFE BLIND BUY THOUGH!

The bold opening is quite a rich wave of smoky agarwood that resonates with ancient traditions. It is quickly softened by the allure of rose and a delicate veil of incense which creates a nice mysterious and sophisticated aura. In the heart the jus reveals a surprising blend: the sweetness of raspberry intertwined with the warm, spicy notes of saffron, complemented by the resinous richness of benzoin. This phase is quite harmonious and adds a layer of complexity, making the scent both intriguing and captivating. At the end of its evolution Ilham Al Oud unveils a deep and elegant base with a rather robust essence of leather and subtle floral hints of jasmine accord. Warm amber and earthy patchouli round out the composition. The whole leaving a lasting and refined impression. Its DNA incorporates Ombre Nomade as well as Tuscan leather, providing a very sophisticated and elegant olfactive experience. The longevity is on the average with a duration on skin between 4 and 5 hours, projecting well above 1.5 meters for a good 2 hours. This has pulled compliments from the first usage. I don't see young fellows pulling this off, nor probably liking it.

First spray 2 weeks ago gave me a agreeably warm rosy raspberries with deep oud base, a slightly smoky sweet rose. I thought it was really good and i was going to like a lot but it was sharp and needed to sit a couple of weeks. Tried this properly yesterday and its lost its mojo...its actually just a weak rosy raspberry with oud basenote minus the smoke to bring it out. It doesn't last long, maybe 4 hours and projection was very low. I had to respray later in the day. Still didn't last long or project on two layers. There's nothing to hate about it but nothing to love about it either. I don't think its a keeper because i only get 30 days to return fragrances for refunds/exchange and i doubt its going to mature and set my world on fire with its majestic beauty in the next 2 weeks. If it was stronger it would perhaps make the cut but even then its pretty linear and nowhere close to something like atomic rose or aqua di parma, which is what this is aiming for probably.

I find this to be a very clean oud scent. I do see the resemblance to Ombré Nomade by LV but this doesn’t have that “crispy” feeling to it, it’s a much more smooth scent. Lasts a long time and easily can be layered as it works as a great base for other perfumes. I would not say it’s blind but safe, as you should always know what you’re walking into with oud scents. But this is a very elegant and mature fragrance.

The scent is a good enjoyable smokey rose and light oud with a soft amber under it all but the performance is average or below average its nice for the price and would work well for special occasions and since it's light could be worn as a daily in winter

Price wise great deal perfume and performance also not bad

If you want to wear this fragrance...please spray it aprox two hours before you leave the house. This is a monster of fragrance. I won’t wear this one much, it’s very brash and will get in peoples faces I think it’s the rose. Not my type of scent. And no trace of sweetness at all. The dry down is significantly the best part

Not a huge fan of how it smells initially, but the dry down is pretty nice. I haven't properly worn it outside of home yet, so idk if people like it or how it projects. I think it might be a good base to layer it with Guerlain L'homme Ideal EDP tho.

Performs well for the price but won't be rebuying.

If you’re thinking of buying this as you want an Ombré Nomad clone then don’t bother. It leans more feminine than Ombre, it is slightly similar but a far reach from the OG. Smells really cheap like a £1 shop item. save up your money and get the real deal.

If you like to smell like a sweaty flip flop that's been rubbed along some flower beds with manure soil this is for you.

In the same family as Ombre Nomade, definitely. The original is a fragrances I consider incomplete as a stand-alone composition, but is ideal as a layering base. So I'm pretty happy with this inspiration by Zimaya, it serves the same purpose.

It's a very classic rose and oud middle eastern fragrance. It's very cheap but it doesn't smell cheap. For the price (around 10 euros) it's a banger.

Got this on Notino for £11 . It's a good buy , pleasant fragrance and nothing offensive.

Can pass as a Tuscan leather clone easily. At least the first hour or so.

VERY long lasting, VERY leathery, anyway pretty good. 7/10
