Mazaaj Infused

Spending a few days with this one, I have to say that it reminds me a lot of Guerlain Neroli Outrenoir... Smelling them side-by-side there are differences, sure.. I have a sample of that Guerlain and wore it 2 times... Still have some juice to compare Mazaaj Infused with that one... In the air, if you are familiar with the Guerlain, you could say it's spot on, but it is not... The Zimaya has a clear ambroxan note and the ginger is clear as day when you smell them side-by-side.. As for the fragrance itself, Mazaaj Infused starts off with a well done mandarin note + other citruces in the background, but the neroli quckly comes into play followed by a tea note that makes a smooth transition from the top to the mid so that when the mandarin fades away, the fragrance does not lose its green aspect.. There is a green smokiness that comes out as the fragrance dries down and a white musk alongside the ambroxan joins the party... I am not familiar with the LV to compare it to that... Performance is sick for a fresh fragrance - it projects well for about 2-3h and it lasts easily all day... I find it crazy that I could get a fragrance like this for a little over 20$... With all the little drops jumping out? That's the smell... It is very addicting... I don't get that from Imagination or from Neroli Outrenoir (fragrances I associated this with)

Im geuninely like dumbfounded at these reviews. As someone whos smelt lv imagination in store multiple times and has owned decants of it, i can say that this smells 90% similar to it. I hear people saying it smells like pickles in the opening, aswell as a straight ginger bomb. ???? like what are you saying, the projection is decent it isnt the best ever but it does last decently for me. The bottle i got was 2nd hand so maybe its from maceration but this smells very very similar to imagination and everyone else is lying to you holy. Edit: after some time, it's still a really great fragrance. However, the projection does kill it for me. Im fine if it projected for 4-6 hours, but this only projects for around 3. Using 10 sprays it did not project as well as some say. Most likely going to need to heavily overspray 12+ times. It could end up like a situation like Maahir legacy, where it lasts a little bit, then after maceration it becomes very strong. We will see. Still, a great lv imagination dupe. Edit edit edit sahur: Okay so it lasts longer now but by only an hour or two so max like 7 hours. Still a good dupe but saheb intense is much better as a dupe and lasts longer.

I have never smelled LV imagination so I can't comment on how close it is, however what I can tell you is that my first impression on the fragrance was overall pretty positive. At first I didn't really like the opening, it was a bit too harsh for me but after spraying it a few times it got less and I actually really like it now! The dry down is where this fragrance truly shines, I really like the smell of it. The performance is also pretty good for me, it lasts around 5-6 hours (which in my opinion is pretty good for a fresh summer fragrance and especially for this price) with a medium projection. All in all for a blind buy I'm very satisfied. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a very cheap but good summer scent, it should not be compared to more expensive designer fragrances though. But taking everything into account (smell, longevity, sillage, price) I would rate this an 8/10.

This fragrance basically smells better than the original for me for some reasons, it opens up very citrusy and fresh and surprisingly sweet, it smells amazing on women and men for sure, i tried it next to art of Arabia 1, and imagination, and i can definitely notice that it's missing the tea note, but that's the thing, it allows it to be sweeter just cause it doesn't have that note, if it did it will be like all the other boring dupes, but keep in mind, this is not a dupe, this is a twist of the original. the only bad thing is performance, it sucks only like 3 hours max maybe 4, makes it an amazing gym scent just cause it last exactly as much as you would need for an intense workout. I spray it at work on my decant bottle and it freshens up and it gets too many compliments, which basically means the opening is way better than the dry down (although the dry down is a tad sweeter )

For me, this was a performer right off the bat. I got it this morning and I'd read the reviews so slightly over-sprayed - more than I would normally - and here I am, near 8 hours later, still getting hit by the scent. I would say it is a strong projector for about 4 hours and then settles to a skin scent for a further 4 hours, but you still get wafts tickling your nostrils. Excellent freshie. It has a citrus hit from the off which settles to a dry ginger scent, not sweet, with a intriguing white floral note which sticks around for the rest of the party. Leave it an hour and things get ambery and incensey (not smoky incense but resinous and aromatic) but I don't get much of the woody notes. Would definitely recommend, but I might have just got myself an exceptional batch!
