Orange Kush

First time testing today in the August summer heat. On my skin this is predominantly orange as the star of the show. Second to that is grapefruit, followed by supporting players of petigrain, red apples, a touch of florals and cannabis. If you're considering purchasing this because it has Kush in the name, you may be disappointed. The cannabis is there but it's not super prominent on my skin. What's strange about it is I don't really pick up the base notes. I can see a little similarity to Atelier Des Ors Choeur Des Anges in a sense that they are both focused on orange. But Chouer Des Anges reminds me of chewable vitamin C, and Orange Kush is more like orange flavor Starburst.

This is the same orange used in choeur des anges with maybe that sparkle-y-ness you get from atelier orange sanguine! The orange is done beautifully here and is the star player. The grapefruit is detectable just as much as the cannabis is and both play a subtle role. Think Bois Cannabis with a much less earthy direction that veers in the citrus realm with a hint of sweetness. The orange starburst reference is a great starting point but that is more on the drydown I feel! Strong like as this reminds me of smelling the dreamsicle strain from a tin can and it had beautiful citrus notes combined!
