4711 Jasmine Eau de Cologne

I am first trying this in the middle of a summer heatwave, and I don't know if it's the weather or the scent itself, but the jasmine is super light, almost undetectable on me. It's definitely more fresh than floral, which is great, because in this weather I don't want any cloying, indolic florals. It does smell like hairspray when first sprayed, but disappears as soon as it dries, like 10 seconds later. And it can smell a little sharp, like a cleaning product at times, but that's what I want when the weather nears triple digits. And the projection is quite intimate, which I also prefer in extreme heat, as stronger scents can feel overpowering. It's clean, fresh, and more unisex than the name suggests (as I typically associate jasmine with very feminine scents). I really love this, especially for the price. I bought a small bottle to try, but I'm definitely getting the bigger size when this runs out because I will be spraying this all summer

I love Jasmine. Its my favorite floral beaides violet. I have real jasmine attar oil as well as al rehab full and Montale Jasmine Full. Al Rehab is a bit darker, grapier jasmine, and Montale's is a beautifil jasmine animalic power bomb. 4711 Jasmine is a light beautiful airy jasmine, really capturing its white floral qualities without the depth of al rehab's Full or the animalic intensity of Montale. The tea and Neroli offset the jasmine in a beautifil sweet and soft accord. Its feminine but those of us who grew up ob middle eastern attar or from middle eastern cultures, this is definitely unisex and works for men as well. Very intimate sillage and aboit 2 hour longevity. 5-6 sprays. But the price is so great, its worth it. I lobe spraying it on after a shower in the summer or on my thobe for the masjid.

Jasmine is there, but it's mixed with a potent neroli and perched on a musky-woody base. Super clean & woody jasmine . I also get the reminders to Neroli Portofino Tom Ford, due to the prominent neroli. Dries down to a smooth woody-soapy & white-musk scent. I wonder if the jasmine will pop more once the bottle has aged a bit, as with the other 4711 floral collection scents I've tried (lilac & magnolia), but even before that, this is an enjoyable, clean & fresh unisex scent. Fresh EDC, lovely Jasmine and Neroli notes. I put some ml of the juice into a old bottle with pressure ball atomizer and it fits perfectly into it - it's how I imagine fragrances from a long time ago, since Jasmine is one of the cornerstones of classic French perfumery. Sometimes I spray this when at home to freshen up. It's perfectly unisex, but I rather wear other stuff when going out - this is more of a scent to relax at home for me.

Beautiful! Just beautiful! I get a creamy, uplifting and slightly sweet jasmine with a touch of neroli and tea. It’s heavenly! For fans of white florals this is a must try! It would also be great to layer with others fragrances to give them a sunny, happy floral touch. I must say that i am positively impressed. It also projects very well. This goes to my want list. This is just my kind of fragrance. Final note: 10/10

I bought this one blindly and the thing is, if you know the smell of jasmine you will love this one, if you don't you must try it first (as any other note). It smells exquisite and comfortable, I can imagine myself in a castle or in a fancy mansion.. idk exactly. It's more feminine than unisex but I think a man can wear this without any problem (in my opinion). Over all I loved it :)

Absolutely beautiful. Jasmine seamlessly blended into the familar scent of 4711. The jasmine note is light and perhaps a tiny bit funky. The neroli is not especially noticeable to me. If only this lasted even a teeny bit longer! It's very fleeting. Aside from that, for cool elegance I'd put this on the same shelf as some of those exclusive Chanels. A fraction of the price of course.

Freshness, purity, an enchanting riot of jasmine and neroli that evokes enchanting spring atmospheres. The opening notes are citrus, the almost evanescent bergamot re-emerges lightly in the whole olfactory evolution. The white floral notes are victorious and glorious. At the dry down the blend becomes enveloping, boises, reassuring. A white floral fragrance of great charm.

Beautiful stuff !! Pure pleasant jasmine and neroli. some citrus too. Very similar to "Eau de Givenchy". For less than 10$ for 100ml its a loss for any collector if you miss this. More suited to female though. Easily lasts for 4~5 hrs and they still want to call it a cologne ? this is high quality EDT stuff.

Oh lord this is good.... it's giving.. extra large bouquet of white peonies meets a splash of jasmine tea. It's so good. I don't care how many times I have to reapply it either because of how inexpensive it was. I will be drowning in this after every nightly shower until further notice.

This is soooo close to the original. You can smell the original DNA incredibly well. 4711 with a bit of Jasmine and tad less bitterness. How wonderful. It smells so well blended and is a brilliant flaker from the original.

It is amazing neroli fragrance, jasmine is not a main character here, which is even better. It starts unisex but after a while it is more sweet with beautiful neroli. Performance is not great. Great optimistic fragrance.

Love this! The original 4711 can get a bit astringent with a slight TCP note. Not so with this version - softer with more Jasmine (who’d have thought!) - fresh enough to be a great summertime white-shirt-wear for a guy.

absolutely gorgeous. opens soft and slightly musky, immediately fades into beautiful white florals with a green citrus undertone. the citrus isn't too punchy or loud, but it provides a nice element of complexity to the scent. this is delicate and all the notes blend together beautifully. this is the scent of a hidden garden oasis where time melts away, replaced by an intoxicating symphony of scents that dance through the air. a small gazebo stands in the heart of this enchanting refuge, its wooden beams worn smooth by generations of visitors seeking solace in its embrace. the mysterious gardener, a beautiful woman of unknown age, serves tea whose leaves were plucked from gardens cradled by ancient mountains, where the air is clear and fresh. an ancient jasmine vine climbs towards the heavens, its delicate white blossoms unfurling like secrets whispered to the moon, as though the stars themselves had lent their ethereal glow to the soft petals. cool breezes bring in the delicate scent of bergamot, like a fresh kiss on a dewy morning. the senses were overwhelmed by the sheer poetry of scent and taste which wove together a tapestry of enchantment—a place where the soul could find respite.

The only out of the three florals that has some merit... both rose and lilac are painfully artificial, almost offensively artificial. Not sure this was that much of a good move for 4711? Being a long-time fan of the original 4711, I always keep a bottle open and comeback to it now and then; it always feels real, vaporous yes, but true; which nowadays is a rare value in perfumery. These florals could have been a creative off-shoot, yet only for Jasmine it came out right – there is a presence of original 4711 architecture in the back and the note of Jasmine plays to the front, making the cologne whiter, less crispy and more romantic. All three will die out, forgotten like a cut flower in a vase without water.

I would wear this in a formal situation. A delicate yet wearable white floral sitting on a bed of slightly sweet musk. A moderate sillage, with a dry down that becomes muskier, I will use this to layer with something non-musky (I haven't quite decided what to pair it with yet). Extremely good value - £14 for 100ml. I think this would suit a spring climate the most. Right now I am writing this review in early September in London, UK, and the weather is fresher but not quite settled into autumn. I am excited to wear this once life becomes busy with life and with exciting projects again, as it always does in September.

For the price, I think it smells very nice. The jasmin isn't "dirty" or "sexy"; it's not the most photo realistic, fresh, fragrant jasmin neither; it's rather tamed, but I heard that jasmin is one of the most expensive perfume materials, and you're not paying much here, so... Overall, the scent is fresh, floral and slightly powdery. Not a typical sweet women's jasmin scent, this is very unisex imo. It reminded me of Ruth Mastenbroek's Dagian. Doesn't project, but I can smell it on my tee after hours!

A gentle summer-evening cologne. I like it. Refreshing green notes (what you'd expect from the classic 4711) are followed immediately by the jasmine, which is creamy and understated, with something woody (couldn't say which wood though) holding it together. It's rather like a very reserved version of Caleche. Don't expect a lot of sillage or staying power - this just puts a veil on your skin and lingers in a ghostly sort of way.

Definitely similar to the original 4711 Cologne and Neroli Portofino. Not entirely special, but there's a tiny bit more floral to this than 4711 original and a slightly scratchy quality that doesn't present in Neroli Portofino. Can't complain for the price, was only 15AUD. Really enjoyable when fresh out of the shower.

Fresh tarty bergamot opens and cedar from the base supports the cologne. The Jasmine, neroli add their white floral lift. Tea gives a slight bitterness but not off putting. Further along the musk surfaces. I really dont get a huge tonka presence...but its a nice freshie in spring or summer.

absolutely gorgeous for the first 2-3 hours... but then ends up smelling like empty(???) rubber on the drydown. kinda airy, maybe its the musk. I still think its good for the price point and easy to layer

On paper it is very close to the 4711 Remix Cologne anniversary edition, which I love. i don't get any jasmin but I'll try on my skin next time. It's long lasting, that's great for an Cologne!

Arabic Jasmin With bitter citrus opening and cool musky base... Lovely for spring and summer nights..2-3 hours logivity and moderate projection... Affordable, very easy to use and like❤️

I wasn't really into neroli & musk at the opening but after an hour or so, jasmine comes along with sweet, creamy tonka bean. A truly nice bed scent at an amazing price point!

Jasmine by 4711 is a jasmine in a barbershop. This fragrance captures the essence of a traditional eau de cologne, delivering exactly what one would expect from this genre. The scent is reminiscent of some of Anne Flipo's creations, combining floral elegance with a clean, crisp finish.

I hate it. It was a blind buy, I appreciate this brand for it’s history, I really like original cologne scent, and I’m collecting bottles in all shapes and sizes from this brand. So ofc I needed to have one bottle from this collection. I was reading reviews that Jasmine one is less artificial. And I was actually looking ( and so collecting ) for a perfect Jasmine scent I had a pleasure to sniff in Amman Jordan. For me it smells so cheap that I can't even use it as a toilet sanitizer. Sorry. But I love the bottle and packaging and marketing photos. Later I tried the rest of 4711 scents in Germany and this floral collection is tragic in my opinion.

A beautiful, photorealistic jasmine, like the ones used to make the hair garlands worn by the loving and gentle Indian aunties of my childhood and used in Hindu prayer. The opening is a soft tea and citrus, without harshness. The fragrance dries almost immediately to a soft jasmine-neroli that lingers close to skin for hours. Don’t be fooled by its simplicity- while this is not heavy-lidded, indolic jasmine, it’s still discreetly erotic. This is high-quality, ‘watercolor-style’ perfumery, with no showy grand effects, just perfect simplicity. This would be a great scent for any occasion. I see it as being perfect for a gentle, soft-spoken, romantic woman. I also think it would read very sexy on a brave man.

This was the second one from the new Florals line I have tried. Even more disappointing then the Rose one. It reminds me very much of the original 4611 which I actually like, but it is a weakened down version with some sharp, fairly synthetic jasmine. I like jasmine too, so I feel sad that this one is such a no-go for me. The design is lovely though, but not enough to make me want to own this. No lasting power at all.

Light, refreshing, pleasant. Barely noticeable silage and longevity but it's an easy wear when you just want to spray something on while chilling at home. A relaxed and clean floral skin scent. Smells like a lightly sweetened cup of jasmine tea. Love the vintage appeal. Attractive bottle. Pairs well with L'eau Papier by Diptyque. 10/10 cheapie

The citrus and green notes (from tea?) are leading with the white floral harmonizing in the background creating a scent that reminds me of hand sanitizer. Fresh and fleeting, I like non perfumey fragrances but this one almost feels like it has no body at all.

Smells litteraly like 4711 the original only much weaker and without this babrber shop undertone. No jasmin for me here be any means.
