4711 Remix Cologne California Feeling

This was a blind buy. It’s good! Fresh citrus-white floral in the opening. But of a fruity note but not too sweet. Dries down a bit powdery musky and warm. I like this one! It’s not as linear as the early remix offerings but a bit more complex. However at the same time it’s more of a ‚commercial fragrance‘ than the early ones which were Versions of an Eau de Cologne. This doesn’t feel like an EdC anymore but more like a summery EdT. It’s insanely good value for money. Longevity isn’t amazing but again, this feels a bit like a designer EdT for summer. These don’t last for an eternity either. Projects moderately. It’s not super loud but also not super close to the skin. Good purchase for sure

I get very sour and aggressive citrus notes right after spraying. Luckily, after a few minutes, they settle and a very light tropical sweetness sets in. The longevity on clothes is easily 12 hours, but the sillage is rather intimate and I get here and there wafts of jasmine from up close. The drydown is more on the tropical fruity side, along with a sprinkle of powder. I know that perfumery relies heavily on marketing, dreams and fantasies, but as someone who lived in SoCal, I must say that “Hawaii Feeling“ would have been a more appropriate name due to its tropical leaning scent profile.

Surprisingly good! A fresh, citrusy and floral Colongne that is well balanced and dries down to an almost classical soft musky-flowery note. A bit sweet and playful but not too sweet or cheap. I think this could easily have even been a summer cologne from an expensive brand. The other versions are also nice. For around 16 Euro here in Germany it's really cheap given the quality. Thumbs up.

Citrusy sweet with a hint of powder. A safe choice for summer days. I would have liked it more if the white flowers were stronger but it’s a youthful and pleasant fragrance.

Good choise to everybody who loves fruity sweet and sparkling scent. Youngful, playful and happy scent. It is lasts a few hours.

i love how almost every year the german house of 4711 is trolling with their 15 eur releases some overpriced vuitton. amazing.

Can anyone comment on silage and longevity of this? I love California dream but it’s so expensive and so weak
