Oud

I wonder where fragantica got their notes of this fragance, as on the packaging of the perfume it clearly says : oud, violets and cardamom. And you can def smell the violets and the oud. It's a nice soft smooth oud. I'm not the biggest oud fan and imo oud gets quite sharp, barnyard-y or overwhelming fast. Not in this one. There is a nice balance between the violet and the oud. The hint of spice in it makes the fragance have more depth and more interesting. The longevity of this fragance is eternal. It's a beast. I sprayed it on before I went to bed at 1 am in the morning (use fragances a lot to calm down and unwind, soothe nerves and anxiety), and I can still smell it on my skin the next day at 3pm. For the 20 euro 100ml, I paid for it on sale, this was an absolute amazing find. But tbh I would pay the original price for it as well. It's this good imo, but pls don't blind buy, you have to like violet and oud a lot. It has a bit of a darker gothic vibe to it, which I love. A man could def wear this but they have to not mind the BIG more femine floral note. Maybe the more romantic/artistic/eccentric/sophisticated type? But that's just my interpretation and opinion. ;-)
