Despite the name (pour femme) this is truly unisex and beautifully designed with indolic white floral and a thick, warmth of musk that has the best your-skin-but-better powdery sweetness to it. Made with naturals so sometimes I get more floral up top and sometimes more skank than musk. That’s just how naturals will settle, age and wear on skin. I get more longevity on clothes as well as skin so spray a cloud to walk through for best application. Skank meter hovers around Another 13 by Le Labo or Kiehls Musk.

Pheromone pour Femme is a sensual, but subtle perfume. I don't usually like indols, but the perfumer really adds just the right undercurrent of skank in his perfumes to make them addictive. The perfume opens with an indolic white floral that melts into a lovely buttery floral. It is not overtly animalic, but it has something going on that is more than a flower. Unfortunately, it quickly becomes a skin scent.

I wanted to love this more. I understand what Dominique Dubrana was going for, I think. But I get no floral at all. Leather and maybe some leather softener (civet?) with an ever so subtle muskiness. I hope he continues to work on this. It could be grand but this formulation is very Meh.

This fragrance seems to be the main composition of civet and ambergris. It smells like vanilla butter.
