Lavender without the usual dry and harshness to it. Clean, soft, juicy and creamy. Perfect to apply after a shower or bath when you want to have that super clean feeling last, those days you don't feel like getting down and dirty with your barnyard ouds. Absolutley mindblown by this.

I usually hate lavender in perfumes on me but this one I liked a lot, with the white musk and fruits and cinnamon hint.

Let me start this by saying that the house of Al Faransi is fantastic. I found this house on facebook. And I m glad that I did. With my experience and love for oriental perfumes esp the oils/ittr/attars I can that AKAF has created a wide range of scents in its catalogue. And I love the fact that they have also worked on scents keeping the western taste in mind as well as they are based in UK. Their oud blends and musk blends are of excellent quality and the nature feels very natural and complex. This particular gem starts with a beautiful note of lavender and berries dipped in honey laid on a bed of beautiful white musk devoid of any skank. It's very sweet and feminine. It's delicate all weather wear and shines on a woman's skin. It is pretty potent yet sophisticated. Lasts an average 6 to 8 hours on the skin and clothes. The applicator is a glass dipstick inbuilt with beautiful artistic glass bottle with a metal knob. The best part is the pricing. I am glad they are gaining momentum everyday. I was pretty overwhelmed with my first round of purchase and will review each of those. Already looking forward to my next purchases. But I highly recommend the white/clear musks to ladies and the darker mukhallats, musks and ouds for gentlemen.

At first it smells like sharp lavender reminding of soap or bath foam. Half an hour later, the magic begins: sweet honey appears softening the scent and turning it into a perfume instead of a bath product. After that, it doesn't change much, just gets softer and sweeter. The scent is very calming, I sometimes wear it in the evening before going to bed. I am still not sure about wearing it out, lavender seems to have a tranquilising effect, doesn't it? I listened to one of Abdul Karim's videos on Youtube where he mentioned that the first version of Massilia had cinnamon in it and that they still make a limited batch of it from time to time. I would be very curious to try it, because I love cinnamon! Apparently it was discontinued because many people dislike a cinnamon note in their perfume.

This is a fantastic fresh clean lavender and white musk attar and the performance is also really nice on this one. Solid 8 hours and sillage not bad too. Very happy with this one and another great attar from this house.
