Authentic Moment Woman

This is not a dupe for br540. It’s indeed reminiscent of it but surely not a dupe. To be honest I’m not the biggest fan of cloud and Burberry her (the og), whilst this one I like! This is a dry musky scent with sugary touches (which somewhat resemble this br540 sugary bubble), if br540 gives of burnt sugar, this one is more like a sugar powder. I use it only in hot weather (I live in tropical climate) when something more heavy could give me a headache. For 35$ that I paid for it I’m in love. Lasting power is decent, about 4-5 hours. I will repurchase is when I’ll run out (I have tons of scents so this means something) :)

really love this one. such an underrated perfume. on me this smells very sweet and citrus. like a hint of lemon pie in there but without the creamy notes, it also reminds me of a citrus candy i ate a while ago but i cant pinpoint what it is. after you get that sweetness an extra layer reveals and you get something with more depth to it, although i dont exactly know what it is, but i can smell that cedar note. i find its quite unique and very interesting. the sweetness in this is not a sort of gourmand sweetness, i guess its the red berries, a very pleasant and non synthetic but still lovely sweet.

This is a beautiful light and sweet fragrance. It would be a perfect first fragrance for a young person or to wear at work. I smell the red berries immediately, they’re sugary and sweet. The orange also peeks through, which is really fresh and juicy. Ever so slight powdery note on the dry down. Over all it’s a good value everyday fragrance and I will likely buy another bottle when I run out.

The perfume has a lovely sweet scent that is very noticeable when spraying it. It isn't synthetic sweet but pleasant. It dries down to the base notes fairly quickly which is a shame. I wish it projected more, but it's great for an everyday office fragrance! The only thing I'm not fond of is how little the top notes last but it's not bad for what it is.

This is straight up Ariana Cloud and Sol de Janeiro cheriosa 68.

Much sweeter on my skin than the listed notes led me to believe. The accords here are pretty spot on, although animalic is a bit of a reach. The listed rhubarb isn't noticeable to me, but a fruit note is. Top notes linger to modulate the white florals with a little sweetness. Leather and wood base notes stop this from being a fruity-gourmand scent. It's a reasonably safe starting point if you want to ease into wood or leather perfumes. It's giving fresh-out-of-college 90s girl-com montage. She's a doe-eyed, idealistic go-getter who's going to Change The WorldTM at Office Job. Her parents are upper-middle class and played by Blythe Danner and J K Simmons, second male lead is Adam Brody. Love interest is Freddie Prinze Jr. Projection and sillage are moderate, longevity is good at roughly 6-8 hours

omg why does everyone say it's a BR dupe?! to me, it's not similar to it in the slightest! it's a fruity, leathery clean scent, not anything to wear at night like Baccarat. the scent in itself isn't much to write home about; it's safe, neutral and inoffensive. Nothing bad with that, but not a clean scent I'd recommend - that'd be NR edp pure musc intense!

It is simply not my style. Reminds a lot of BR540, but it is nicer, more airy, fruity and sweet. Leather is also noticeably there. Performance is fine. Just simply not my cup of tea although for my taste it is better than BR540 or cloud.

Are there ANY BR540 dupes at all that don't smell odd in some way or the other? Do these perfurmers know they don't have to make it gross even if the original is? Is it some kind of baccarat curse? Alright now, I don't think I've ever described a perfume as "grandma smell" but this is just that. I don't know what the reviewers below are on about, it smells like old furniture in a grandma's apartment. Rugs that need dusting, rotting wooden cabinets and a couch that's begging to be replaced. As for the similarity between BR540 and Authentic Moment, it is vaguely there save for the iodine smell the former has. I wouldn't say it is entirely devoid of sweetness but to call it sweet per se is a major overstatement. I also don't get any prominent fruits or anything other than leather that just smells like a dusty musty old apartment. What a weird, unpleasant note, can't believe people can get behind it. Edit: when you spray it on clothes it does in fact smell like hospital. 😬

Tested it in a store, and thought it was a very nice everyday perfume, it was a lovely, charming scent which lingered for a very long time both in my hair, clothes and on skin. So I bought a bottle, and it was not like the tester, at all. The fullness in the scent itself was gone and it was basically weak like a body spray. I brought it back to the store and told them about this, they sprayed one paper strip with the tester and one of the one I bought. They could really notice the difference as well, and I got a refund. I wanted to get a different bottle of the same perfume, but I was kind of worried it would be the same bad quality. Such a shame, I really liked this.

I completely fell in love with this when I smelled it in the store for the first time, and I bought it then and there. It has a fruity and sweet opening, and dries to down more musky. However, after I used it for a while I got really sick of it, in a way I don't with my other favorites. It's really strong. I also think this is a unisex. It's definitely not for everyday use in my opinion, but it is unique.
