Adidas Dynamic Pulse

This is a great scent for what you pay for which is roughly about $10. This fragrance definitely gives off a nostalgic vibe but in a good way and not outdated. There’s definitely this clean guy, sports player athlete type of vibe to this which for me is amazing, cause that’s right up my alley lol. This is a fragrance that people will associate you as a clean smelling guy and not the guy that’s wearing a fragrance if that makes any sense lol. It sits close to the skin but with a few extra sprays on say your t-shirt, I myself can catch its projection in the air even after a few hours of wear, and this freshie shines at its best in the middle and the heart of it all (VERY FRESH). This is a perfect reach for a summer day specially if you work out doors or do outdoor activities. Some would say it’s youthful but to me that’s ok and I can see anyone from age’s 17-30’s wearing this. I think this is also a cheaper alternative to Mont Blanc Legend Spirit just with less Musk to it which I really enjoy.

I have had this sitting around and didnt put it on my skin for a couple weeks until now. was not expecting much but, man, this is a SOLID banger. very tasty, semi-sweet, woody, fresh, warm, very inviting and youthful but definitely masculine and can be worn by a man of any age. i'm 40 and i'm going to wear this to work tomorrow. very nice scent.

I use it for gym/bike/outdoor activities so basicaly everywhere after work. It's fresh, manly and it always brings back memories (in my case because it was my first ever fragnance). It's a good, safe, classic budget pick.

Out of all my fragrance collection, this was the fragrance I got most compliments on. It doesn't last that long so I would take it to work and reapply during the day.

Adidas Dynamic aftershave is cheap and gets the job done. This is a very sporty/manly scent that was common in the 90s but is in no way outdated. You can pick this one up at Walmart for cheap. This aftershave also passed the wife's test. You will not be disappointed if you blind buy it. Could be a Burberry. Chavs are mentioned down thread. A number of the Adidas sprays have a "fans in the bleachers of the local stadium" insouciance. Smells good and not piercingly designer. This is one of the fresher and summery Adidas. Respect to products that deliver pleasure, popularly priced. Bottles are 5 bucks as I type. I adore most of the Adidas line and routinely use their aftershaves. Tip: add a drop or two of the essential oil for the note that you enjoy in the Adidas frag, to the aftershave. They come in splash bottles. A dash of witch hazel and one of glycerin, too. For Dynamic Pulse I recommend a non phototoxic citrus oil (mandarins for example) or lemongrass. The result is something natural and very sporting.

This perfume is very similar to the Turkish Caldion Hunca classic men's perfume. It is a typical summer perfume. Fruity, minty tones dominate, with cedar wood notes in the background. My favorite perfumes in Adidas products are Victory Leauge and Pure Game. Unfortunately, I could not find Active Bodies in our country. Its distinctiveness is average. Persistence summer perfume values of Dynamic Pulse perfume. It can be used in hot periods and is spacious. But weak for a nighttime perfume.

Mentled and beautiful opening.It seems to perceive electricity in the nose. Citrus and fruity notes come together making the fragrance more sparkling than ever. A very warm and sensual woody fragrance. It reminds me of an imaginary journey on the internet, in space, technology, sportiness, being dynamic. A fit for all seasons except for summer, as citrus notes could become bothersome and acidic with strong heat.

Good balanced minty citrus fragrance. There's something that reminds me of pinewood in the base note. I like the combination with the aftershave! That said, Dynamic Pulse has no depth at all and a bit of a synthetic vibe but I find it enjoyable to wear. Not a great match for the office, definitely more sporty. Season really doesn't matter for me, good for doing something active.

This was my first ever fragrance when I was about 9 years old. The one that kick-started my collection. It's not anything special, but it isn't horrible like how some of these other reviews are making it out to be. It's good for young kids who want to start a collection, however I wouldn't recommend buying this one as an adult.

This is a very nice scent, even if it is slightly synthetic and a bit generic. I find it quite versatile and you can use it for every occasion. It starts sparkly, with a lot of wood and fresh mint. This is pretty much your classic aftershave scent and the drydown is quite bitter and musky. !

Cheap and good, very versatile scent. Fresh, sporty and never annoying. This synthetic gem makes you feel clean and smells way better than more expensive fashion perfumes. Perfect for hot weather, starts fresh, turns bitter and -on my skin- ends into a salty drydown.

It's a nice smell. Sporty, minty fresh vibes with this one. Typical men aftershave type of scent. I really like this to freshen up after a shower. Perforrmance is quite low - become a skin scent after 1 hourr. Good for home use, not overpowering at all.

Poor sillage and longevity, but a nice fresh 'sport' scent. It is cheap, so why not give it a try? Good for the price. I recommend it after sport events (like training), for every day use.

I hate the opening. But the dry down is really good and simple; sporty, fresh and masculine. I get decent longevity of about 4-5 hours. It is not a loud perfume.

I have a fondness for Dynamic Pulse because it reminds me of the Axe sprays from the 90s, which is a fun trip down memory lane.

Had this one a long time ago, decent smell , not too strong, fresh soapy, perfect for early morning before work or after gym.

I just picked up the Body Fragrance and to me Dynamic Pulse smells similar to one of the early AXE sprays.. I like it!

I have a bottle of the after shave from (I think) the 2000s. It's clean and sporty, gonna wear it in the summer.

Smells nice for a little while, but the mint note is very sharp and gets eventually to much for my nose.

I like the smell, but its SOOO WEAK, You could drench yourself in this and it's a skin scent in 30 min.

Mint Mint Mint Mint Mint I don't know how is this considered as a perfume but not a s a after shave lotion. Tbh it smells like a typical aftershave with a huge alcohol blast and mint. Also perform like a shaving lotion with huge projection for about 5 to 10 mins and then vanish completely. Rating 4/10

Dynamic Pulse is an old school cheapie for under $15. It’s not complex at all but it’s an iconic smell on its own. Rating: 6.8/10 Classic drugstore aftershave freshness that still holds up in today's world. Also it is not a strong scent by any means. But it's okay!!

This scent defines the word "AVERAGE", starts smelling like coconut oil after 10 mins, hey if you're into that kinda thing great. If you dont want to offend people in the gym or any workout space,overall don't like the attention, take it. I'd give it a 5/10

my dad bought this the other day and it's alright but would not have bought it for myself, if you want to smell fresh out of the shower, this is the cheapest cologne that you could get if you want too fresh

The cedar makes it smell dirty, it's like if you got Terres d'hermes, and original santal and just used the cheapest materials 5/10

Pros: - Extremely minty - Unique fruit scent - Cheap Cons: - The mint and fruit are overpowered by the musk of wood notes - It slightly smell liks cigar after a while in a bad way - It actually slightly assualts your nose after a short time - Smell a bit too much like chemicals and less like the notes - Best description from a past review (Joeri) "Not yuck... but close" I put this scent on hoping for some great things, and the initial smell did not dissapoint. It was extremely minty and being a fan of mint and the fruit-scents I was hoping that would stay. Unfortunately after a short time the smell started to become much more musky and more like a harsh chemical cleanser of some sort. It also had a hint of cigar, like the ones that make you cough when you get a gasp of them in public. Not something I could wear for myself, not something I would recommend. Good attempt, just wish that musk didn't destroy the rest of the scents.

Very mediocre mint and citrus. It has a chemical like smell that is off putting. The best thing about it is it does not last for more than 2 hours. Check out Fujiyama if you need a super cheap fresh/sporty scent.

Bought this for $5 online thinking it would be a steal and all I can say is that its smells like very sweet mint candy. Kinda smells like mint-scented body soap or deodorant too. A little bit cloyingly sweet for me. Honestly better to spend your money elsewhere, or add $10-$20 more for better options.

I don’t know if Adidas stores smell like this, but once I smell this, I get the perception of a “sporty vibe” that it’s not describable. My dad gave this to me because he didn’t use it, like never, so I kept it. Not bad but not awesome. Great if u want a sport, cheap, versatile fragrance. I wouldn’t wear this on any social occasion unless I’m in a Country Club or practicing a sport and want to smell classy but sporty. The mint is a bit overwhelming right after spraying, but the other notes finally balance the smell nicely. I can’t sense the wood, probably because it’s a very cheap woody vibe, that isn’t even recognizable. Don’t buy this for anything but sporty events. You’ll smell as if Roger Federer went with his Wimbledon sport clothes to a friend’s wedding, just NOT appropriate. Scent: 5/10 Sillage: Not sure, but I think 6/10 Longevity: Not bad. 2 - 3 hours strong and then stays as a skin scent.

This was a "super cheapo" purchase for me ($2/100 ml), so keep that in mind. I like the mint at first, and in fact wished it would last longer with some strength (3 sprays to the chest). After an hour it's mostly generic "woody/amber" and a bit of "laundry musk" (a lot less "synthetic" to me than many other, more expensive scents, Sauvage being an obvious example, but of course this isn't nearly as strong). There may be a tiny bit of something else, but I was surprised I didn't get much tonka here. Overall, a reasonable choice for someone on a tight budget and who likes mint. I have Roadster so I'd use that when I want mint that lasts and doesn't get irritating, but I might layer this one with Roadster and see what happens.

If Myrsol Formula K is how mint was done in the 1940s and 1950s, Dynamic Pulse is how it was done in the 1990s. What a difference a few decades make! Instead of natural herbal peppermint, Dynamic Pulse "pulses" with lemon, bergamot, and grapefruit, all poured into a "grey citrus" synthetic accord that smells very fresh but also very dull and a little off-balance (too much grapefruit, and a hint of ill-judged coriander). The drydown gives off a very placid and ghostly spearmint note, over a smidge of sweet tonka and tobacco. I think the tobacco note is the best part. The aftershave is pretty much where you would want to use this fragrance, as it has that bracing cooling effect, but I warn you: you'll also smell the alcohol.

To be practical This is a aromatic super clean scent, can be kept in your car cupboard type of fragrance, whenever you need to freshen up a bit before grocery or something like that. this can last 10min-30min mark, get the job done and then shoooooh vanished. If you like aromatic scents this is right up your alley.

The scent profile is so good! You can notice its not a high end fragrance but you dont care after you smell it. Very fresh, very sporty sweet minty. I didnt notice for now, but it smells a little bit like Armaf Legesi

I have Dynamic Pulse on my list of elites! Great fresh manly scent, long lasting, great for any occasion. When I can't decide on a cologne to wear, I go with Dynamic Pulse. A great all year around fragrance!

The after version is the one I have. Not bad for an after shave. A sort of fresh synthetic smell. If you like this smell, just go to Rue21 and buy CJ Black. Similar generic citrus/musk smell.

Got it as a gift, rests on the shelf for a couple of years now. Not yuck ...but close. Too basic. Warehousescent.My kids kinda like it though.

I can confirm this was my first-ever fragrance. Good ol days, weak but it can bring nostalgia.
