Mediterranean Honeysuckle Tiare

I had a chance to test it during my recent visit to a department store and the scent didn't disappoint! It's amazing. How does it smell? It is, especially the first several hours, a light, fresh, and greener interpretation of tiare (as the color scheme of the packaging indicates). It smells luscious, natural and dainty. Lemon / citrus add nice refreshing, sparkling quality. It's a tiare scent for those who want to be surrounded with a tropical summer vibe but without the heavy, sweet, yellow flower or coconut notes. The drydown reveals more classic feel because of the white florals - gardenia, tiare - with green nuances. I can also detect a note that resembles airy lilac. Overall, the scent is nice and has a similar style to other scents from the Mediterranean Honeysuckle line. Unlike many other tropical scents, I would wear it to the office. I'd reach for it during late spring and summer. I would get a travel spray if it was available. However, the fragrance may not be universally likeable as I have witnessed some people having strong negative reaction to this scent.

I got this on a Black Friday deal and very happy I did. Once these limited edition Aerin flankers are gone, they are impossible to find. Such a beautiful summer fragrance. This does have the citrus notes of the original Mediterranean Honeysuckle, but with tiare flower instead of the honeysuckle. It is a relatively simple and linear perfume, I mainly just got the lemon and tiare notes, but it is quite lovely, elegant, and evocative of tropical places. That being said, this did remind me a bit of the tropical floral notes in Aerin Hibiscus Palm, so if you already have that one, you would probably notice those similar “nice tropical resort” vibes from this as well. However, this one does NOT have the coconut notes of Hibiscus Palm, so this would be a great option for a tropical perfume if you’re not a fan of coconut in perfumes.

Tried this today in Selfridges! I want to buy it so bad but patience is key. It’ll be mine within 2 months time. This is such an elegant floral citrus scent. I could not stop smelling myself! This screams sophisticated, elegant and classy! I love I love I love! Tbh pretty affordable as I always buy amouage perfumes.

This is one beautiful perfume. I have enjoyed smelling myself all day. It has been a tiring Monday in March but somehow this scent has kept me happy all day! 'Tiare is the fresh sister of Hibiscus Palm and is a joy to wear - truly uplifting! Somehow summer now feels just around the corner!

I love tiare so this is an easy wear for me. Longevity isn't great, but I still love it. Honestly I get mostly just tiare on my skin and that's fine with me. This perfume reminds me of trips to Hawaii. It's soft and gentle, with a tropical vibe.

This is very nice. It has a citrus blast in the opening, but the tiare comes through fairly quickly while retaining a bit of the lemon. I am not sure why this is part of the Mediterranean Honeysuckle line because there’s no listed honeysuckle note. But maybe there’s a little bit of that flower. But it does follow the OG’s and its other flankers’ citrusy top and then white flower dry down. I think it’s different enough from OG and the flankers to have this bottle as well. No regrets buying without testing it first. The tiare and gardenia do give a bit of summer vibe. Well-formulated. Gorgeous. Update: 03/17/2024. I sprayed this again. It’s so lovely. Creamy flowers on top, gorgeous dry-down with teeny bit of lemon that retains the white flower DNA of OG. This 2024 limited edition is really good.

A nice tropical perfume. Tiare gets thicker and thicker towards the end, although being faint, citrusy and other white floral overshadowed in the beginning. It smells solar, a lot like sunscreens, if that's your vibe. Doesn't get full full tiare, but has some buttery side to it.

Very soft. Suitable for office. Poor longevity as usual with Aerin. Most Aerin fragrances need body creme to help with longevity!!!! I collect Aerin fragrances. The fragrances exude pedigree. Her grandmother, Estee would be disappointed in Aerin longevity. Estee always used "layering" as a longevity tool. Aerin discontues the body creme, if they're available at all!!! Her former body wash lines were superb! All gone! Even Rose de Grasse which had the most superior body wash ever! Bring it back!! The current bath oil foam-y version is inferior.

First sniff - very lime-ish - almost like a toilet air freshener - but after a while the sourness fades and a light sweet fragrance is detectable. I can not distinguish exactly the remaining components, but i do catch the honeysuckle. The fragrance is weak, very weak projection. After an hour, it smells just generic. And they have not bothered to award this scent with an own stone-like bottle cap - just a plain white plastic-looking one. Pity. From Aerin I like very much Ikat Jasmin, Lilac Path and Hibiscus Palm. They are naturalistic, strong and true compliment getters 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I was expecting a sweeter, stronger and memorable scent. and above all - the opening is not nice. I want to enjoy my perfume from the first spritz until it evanishes ☺️.... P.S. I am swapping/exchanging my almost full bottle, if anyone is interested.

Received this as a Mother’s Day gift! It is so lovely. Such a beautiful summery scent. Vacation in a sophisticated bottle. You will not get sunscreen summer here, this is luxury summer vacationing you can get even at home. I’m going to wear it whenever I want, but I see it as perfect for summer lunches while wearing bright white dresses, drinking iced tea at your favorite outdoor restaurant. Bright sunshine, beautiful floral garden, crisp white linens.
