Highness IX

I feel bad for the previous reviewer because I am having a totally different experience with this fragrance. I don’t really pick up any oud, but then again I happen to enjoy oud in a lot of fragrances so it wouldn’t bother me if I did. I pick up a really sexy, musky, ambery note blended beautifully with the fruits. I get a very well balanced peach and apple note. It doesn’t smell like God of Fire but shares the same ambery fruity profile. This is a sexy night out kind of fragrance that could work great in higher heat. I actually LOVE this scent. The first time i smelled it I remember carrying it around all day and of all the fragrances i smelled this one stood out. The only issue is that it does not project very well, maybe if you over spray but this sits pretty close to the skin. I wish it was stronger because the scent itself is 10/10 for me.

I like that men can get away with wearing this scent. Similar to the other perfumes in the highness line, this is class in a bottle. This leans more towards a mature crowd, and portrays confidence. Very sharp, most likely from the nutmeg. I highly recommend this for a mature woman.

If you like Montale Arabian Tonka, but don’t want to spend the $100+, just buy this fragrance. The scent profile is about 98% similar. The longevity and projection is phenomenal. It’s not a good blind buy though and some people might find it more feminine leaning.

I blind bought this frag because of the (ONLY!) 2 or 3 reviews I was able to find online. They described it as "beautiful", "smooth", "sexy", "plush", "sweet", "fruity", "100% recommended". I was intrigued...and with how inexpensive it was I decided what the heck, I'll give it a go!... They also talked about the 10/10 presentation and bottle, which I actually do agree with. The presentation and packaging of the bottle is insanely good. High quality far and above even a lot of pricey designer or even niche perfumes! I was REALLY impressed with the packaging. What neither the reviews NOR the notes listed ANYWHERE mentioned was the OUD (even on the official website where this is sold)!! Oud is almost all I get from Highness IX. That and tiny bit of pineapple/fruitiness. The only thing that's keeping me from immediately turning around and selling it is the fact that it's cold where I live right now (well, cold for California anyways), so I'm hoping against hope that time passing and higher temperatures will turn this ship around and reveal a whole new fragrance that I too will be able to review as "beautiful". It's happened before with other perfumes in the past so maybe, juuuusst maaaaayybeeee, it'll happen with this one too. I would love for the scent to match the lovely packaging. Obviously for some others it already does. But most ouds just sting my nose so it'll have to change quite a bit for me to enjoy it. I'd love to hear what others have to say about it! Hopefully there will be more reviews on here soon!

All I smell is nutmeg and alcohol. There is a type of depth to this that has no personality.I do not like, my husband do not like it as well. I usually use this when I want to save my more name brand, expensive perfumes. I will not repurchase. I get a very pungent smell. Silage is moderate, longivity is approx 6-7 hrs. I wish more of the rose or fruity notes projected, it just does not, the musk and nutmeg dominates. Smells like a camel out in the desert.

I WAS LOOKING FOR REVIEWS REGARDING THIS PERFUME AND I WASN’T MANY REVIEWS!! THIS SCENT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR! BEAST MODE FRAGRANCE!! SWEET, AMBER, PEACHY, PINEAPPLE WITH HINTS OF PEACH BLOSSOM. TO ME IT SMELLS LIKE IF CREED AVENTUS FOR HER AND BACCARAT ROUGE 540 HAD A SWEETER BABY TOGETHER! TRY IT!!
