Ornament Purple Allure

This is definitely a dupe of Mugler "Aura" with a predominant raspberry fruity note at first spray. Then I smell the Anise and musk in the dry down. I really don't smell the vanilla in it, just mostly the raspberry fruity medicinal notes. It gives me the "Aura " vibes because of the medicinal licorice note of Anise and the raspberry fruit, while Aura Mugler gives me the rainforest princess notes of Rhubarb Leaf, Bergamot, medicinal Green Notes and Bourbon Vanilla. I have both Aura Mugler and Afnan Ornament Purple Allure and they resemble each other on the earthy, medicinal, licorice, type of scent. I would say the Ornament Purple Allure last 6 to 7 hours tops, Great for the spring and summer months and is the "middle-eastern" princess while Aura Mugler is great for fall/winter months and is the "rain forest" princess (weird) to say she is for the fall/winter months due to the projected deepness. FYI: Just as I mentioned about Aura Mugler in my review, you will either love it or hate it. So before buying "Afnan Ornament Purple Allure," try to get a sample of it before buying it, if you can find it. Overall I really do enjoy it.

i've seen this compared a lot to mugler's aura with an added strawberry note. i've never smelled aura but this does smell like a fruity & ~funky~ sweet green (not in a bad way) and i do feel a (rasp)berry note. moderate to flimsy performance depending on the day. ps. i maintain my dislike of the white weapon bottle design that this and the other ornament have even though they are pretty to display.

This is the sweet fruity cough syrup I was given as a child, I feel comfort wearing it. I have a love-hate with this one as I am not into sweet medicinal fragrances, but also I can't part with it...it is really different from anything I own.

Beautiful juicy scent. Smells like ripe berries. Sweet but not sickening

The scent opens with a tribute to grapefruit, raspberry, and a sweet (slightly overripe mandarin). The grapefruit adds a touch of bitterness and a hint of dustiness to the scent. Gradually, a green fragrance emerges, reminiscent of patchouli with a hint of white flowers. After an hour, a truly fantastic sweet and delicious scent of fruity gumdrops and vanilla with a hint of musk emerges. The fragrance becomes pleasantly mild and wonderfully sweet. However, one must endure a rather sharp scent for about an hour before the fragrance truly shines. I actually really like the scent after it settles. The scent lasts a long time, around 10 hours. One should exercise restraint in the amount applied if they do not wish to advertise their perfume too much.
