Incredible scent. Extremely high quality. So far, it's my most complimented fragrance. Has a lot of depth to it as well, the scent develops very nicely the longer it sits. Feminine leaning unisex fragrance. Lasts forever and projects very loudly, even 2-3 sprays can be enough. The only issue is that it has some subtle animalic/fecal notes, and for some people, it's not so subtle. On my skin and clothes it basically vanished. On my friend, it was very noticeable. I think on the people it works on, it works very well, as those notes give it depth, but it's a massive deal breaker for others. So I would say it's not a safe blind buy if you think that might bother you, better to smell it in the store first or get a decant. I don't want this to push anyone away, as I think this is genuinely a masterpiece by Ahmed Al Maghribi. Bottle is only 60ml but lasts for a long time as you don't need many sprays, I think 1 on each collar and 1 behind the neck is enough for basically everyone (3 sprays total). Comes with a nice pressurized atomizer as well. Packaging is very nice and can make a great gift. Alhamdulillah, it's very nice, will purchase it again, Insha'Allah.

So i was waiting for years to get this fragrance, the reason it stopped me from buying is because my broke a$$ coudnt afford 60 ml for 175 aed ($47.65), I get so annoyed when people call this a cheap fragrance, whereas its price is similar to Stronger With You by Armani, which isn’t cheap. Finally, after so many years, I found this fragrance on a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer. I already knew how it smelled, which is why I was so eager to buy this masterpiece. I don’t really need to go into detail describing this fragrance, as it is already widely popular on social media. Basically, it’s a floral, ambery scent with sweet honey and a touch of smooth oud — that’s it. The longevity is easily 9 to 12 hours, and it stays on your clothes for weeks. It’s a head-turning fragrance and an absolute compliment getter. People said to me that this fragrance smells like a true Arab fragrance — a mix of Middle Eastern and French perfumery. Absolutely love this fragrance. Nothing more to say.

So, I already have Paris Corner Khair and this is a much less aggressive version of that fragrance and because of that, it's much better as well...even easier to wear even though it's extremely strong with its projection and longevity. Nothing about this fragrance is challenging for me but then again I've been collecting for some years and have more challenging scents such as some Dehn Al Ouds. The trick is to find the right number of sprays and where to spray so I don't become agnosmic and annoy the hell outta those around me. The notes I got on first impressions are leather, saffron, honey, orange blossom, and jasmine. This fragrance changes up several times as it drys down making it interesting from start to finish. The hype is warranted with this one. Will return in a few weeks for a full review.

An absolutely phenomenal fragrance that can be a signature scent for lovers of oud and fruity perfumes. I stumbled upon this by accident, and my God did I fall in love with it after the dry down. An interesting observation for me is that Ahmed Al Maghribi is making high quality blends that sort of bridges the Middle Eastern fragrances with the niche perfumes at an affordable price. They don't focus on making dupes, rather create something that stands on it's own. There's character in their blends. I've noticed this perfume to transition in a very smooth manner that reminds me of perfumes priced much, much higher. There's no wonder Middle Eastern fragrances are becoming so popular when we are seeing constant quality and performance at an affordable price.

Absolutely the longest lasting fragrance I've come into contact with. Very complex. The opening is a piercing berry fabric softener with a hit of oud and a bit of incense and after ~10 hours it dries down to pure leather which ive come to appreciate as lovely - think fancy car seat. Leather drydown has stayed on my hoodie for a week, smells amazing to me now. Gets a lot of different reactions: I thought the opening smelled like wine at one point, my dad thought I'd been drinking beer when I had this on, someone else smelled chewing tobacco, and my friend who only wears designer frags said it smelled clean. Very Masculine fragrance It's a niche blend in a bottle of Ahmed Al Maghribi OUD• LEATHER• SAFFRON• and NUTMEG combined in a very suitable proportion. Sometimes it feels like a normal fragrance 😔 but when you leave it for a week or more in a cupboard and then Re-apply it again you will be surprise by the Scent profile (Niche). Exceptional Longevity up to 12 hours on skin. Remains for days on clothes. 2-3 hours of strong projection. Edit* To be honest it's my most complimented fragrance Even I own more then 50 fragrances some are very expensive but this one is more inspiring for others My 3-4 colleagues buy it after liking on me.

I got this a few days ago and tested it in my bathroom. I don't smell ANY of the notes listed. It is pungent and medicinal smelling and not pleasant at all. Since I sprayed it I can still smell that medicinal smell and it clings to everything. I am GUESSING this just needs time to unfold so I will tuck it away for a while and try again. Really awful. Take two- It is November 4th and this has done a COMPLETE TRANSFORMATION! I can not believe it went from medicinal stink bomb to a lovely complex scent. I periodically sprayed it and shook it up and it was interesting to follow the transformation.

Sweet > fruity > floral > leathery > woody band-aid smell in that order. Like a funky sweet leathery laundry detergent. Strong AF. As a white guy in Australia I find this challenging to wear, but I love the smell. I like it because there's nothing too sharp or spicy in here. It's very smooth but still "funky" enough to be interesting. I think it's unisex, fruity-sweet-floral edge is more feminine and the leathery side is more masculine. A western man may find it's slightly more on the feminine side because the florals are quite noticeable.

If you just got this it might take some patience until you can wear this. Over time it becomes smoother and less harsh. In fact, after 4 months I have just upgraded my rating from 4 to 5. It truly smells great now. It has also gotten stronger over time. If you like white florals and that clean white sheets vibe, then you are gonna like this. I get less oud and more amber/honey from this combined with cashmeran and orange blossom. Longevity is around 12h with strong sillage in the first 3-4. After that it sits closer to the skin.

This is a unique, well constructed woody fragrance. I am blown away by the quality. I picked up a dozen AAM about a year ago and when they arrived, I wasn't too much of a fan. I threw them in the back of a drawer and am now revisiting them. This is a very creative blend. The backbone is a very masculine woody, oud accord blended in with some white florals, amber, and a touch of fruit. It has excellent performance as well. I am going to go ahead and purchase a bottle for next year. 8.75/10

This is my love is citrusy, piney, spicy, ambery, woody with the most beautiful musk that smells like detergent. A lot of ambroxan with some fruity floral I don’t find this oudy In the winter I have worn this perfume in the summer and the oud does turn a bit funky but I love it tho. Very unisex leaning feminine in my opinion. Got one for my mom as well since she loves it. I need to try ahl next.

Mind blowing. Sweet oud opening and smooth leathery dry down. I applied 4 sprays when I applied it for the first tims which was a mistake. 2 sprays are more than enough. Honestly, I finally got something which agrees with other people's view about BEAST MODE, NUCLEAR etc etc. It is perfectly balanced and smooth. It is unisex and crowd pleasing ( contrasting to some reviews mentioned below).

Ohhh no! I sometimes think some people's noses are messed up😂 ain't no way you smell gasoline when smelling Marj. I'm so confused because this smells great and is long lasting. I won't lie when the initial spray touched my skin I was so unsure what it smelled like then left it for 2 hours. It was an instant love after that. Give it time on dry down time and it'll start to develop further

Found this ME gem when I bought a bottle of Ignite Oud (!!) and this was a sample. Full bottle immediately secured. There is a freshness to Marj that is quite intoxicating. Oud is present, but not overtly strong, just enough to let you know it’s there. I do 2-3 sprays and am good to go. At least on me, women seem to love this. Stay fragrant, friends.

Wow, Wow and wow. This is a stunner of a fragrance, I say that becuase i love leather. if you do not like leather then DO NOT BUY. The leather is rich and dark, it has a strong aromatic vibe with a bit of sweetness and oud. It's fn amazing. Also, performance is through the roof. One of the most unique and magical perfumes I have come across. Classic vibes, east meets west. Dark yet powerful. Almost indolleic white florals fight deep woods, cashmeres and oakmoss. Stunning and extremely powerful on all fronts. Almost offensive how powerful this is. Only for the confident.

I love this one its like a detergent a expensive smelling one it projects like crazy it stays on skin and clothes and its well blended with the notes 📝 definitely a 9/10 sad its a 60 ml but the high oil concentration helps it along the way very unique and pleasing scenting would highly recommend

God bless this stuff is so good. It has 60 percent oils which is insane. In my opinion ahmed al maghribi is the best house in the fragrance game. This lasts forever and projects like a monster. I own 13 fragrances from them and they're all 10/10.

I'm a 58 year old woman. I have over 300 scents. Ive been a fragrancianado for years now. This one is bizarre. It was a blind buy for me and this is NOT A BLIND buy friendly scent. I'm intrigued. To Me, it smells like I took every single scent I have and sprayed it allll over my body - but, I only sprayed 1 spray of Marj ON the BACK of my legs, WHILE OUTSIDE. It's headache inducing.🤦🏻♀️ This scent is BEAST!! It's fruity, but smoky, but woody, but flowery, but fresh n green, but Dark... It's all over the place. I don't know what to think. I weirdly kinda like it. It's headache inducing, thus the reason I sprayed it on back of my legs - OUTSIDE. Just be warned, it is STRONG! This IS NOT office, airplane, public transportation, close quarters friendly! It's atomic strong!!!! I can really detect the strange elemi in this. Elemi has a sharp lemony note. Kind of a band-aid smell. I can't WAIT to sniff this up after it sits a bit. Never smelled anything like it. I kinda want to try some other scents from this house. So interesting.

I was in Delhi and bought an attar from Gulab Singh Johrimal which aims to replicate this. Liked it so much that I decided to get a full presentation bottle. Very pleasant opening, fruity and sweet but masculine to my nose. Does have an oud / incense-y dry down making this more suitable for the colder weather and outdoor occasions / parties. Should be blind but safe for most people. Prices were high for a while, luckily they are find down now. I got mine from a seller I discovered through Amazon - jerseyperfume.com who have legit fragrances, super fast shipping and still have it at the best price currently in the IS. Check them out if you’d like to (just a tip).

Don't judge it immediately after you purchase it. It will smell like a hot confusing mess in the begining. After 10-12 sprays, let it mature for at least a month or, better, two. It is beautiful when it matures, quite complex, smells quite close to Imperial Valley Gissah, or Blue Diamond Aqua by IBRAQ for that matter, but it's different from both. It's a beast mode too and lasts for eons! A solid 8.5/10. Having said that, I feel it's way overpriced per-ml. Between Marj, IVG, and BDA, I will go for BDA to enjoy this DNA. BDA for 200ml is really cheap per-ml. Gives me the same DNA. And a beast as well. I don't think I will buy Marj again.

Long lasting with enormous sillage. Sweet and flowery, not my type of fragrance but definitely great for those who love Sweet and woody fragrances. Amazing value and beautiful packaging.

It's very strong and screams out loud not for everyone due to higher oil concentration, it smells incredible in the air close up it smell very synthetic , to some people it smells like an air freshener due to being highly synthetic,,, Its for outdoor only , very rough and potent not smooth at al . If you want attention then it does get you it, like ysl kurous used to.

I blind bought this after the influencers influenced me into buying it. As other people have said, it smells like fabric softener. It's on the feminine side and as a bearded 6'5" guy I'm unable to pull it off so passed it on to my daughter. If pink flowers had a scent this would be it.

Every time I wear this I receive a compliment. I tend to spray it 8 times at 7am and it lasts until 9pm. It definitely leans unisex but it smells fresh and clean, like a nice smelling moisturiser. I will definitely buy it again when it runs out.

Way overpriced (even in the middle east). Get Gissah’s imperial valley instead which is what essentially this is a clone of. Saying that, it’s not a bad scent at all since what it clones is a great scent. In short, get Gissah Imperial Valley.

I wanted to like it but it has this quasi freshie /ambroxan thing going on that I dislike a lot. If it didn't have that then in theory I would like it going by the notes. Glad I only got a tester!

This is an 80's honey spice animalic with an Arabic twist with the saffron and oud. Unsurprisingly I smell this more with the 40+ crowd.

Opens with a strong, synthetic blast that may cause headaches for some. Leans masculine, with oud and saffron notes, reminiscent of Coco EDP by Chanel in the dry down. Just 1–2 sprays are enough—projects powerfully and lasts forever.

I’m going to ruffle some feather here perhaps but...that to me is pretty much Eau De Insulin. Have a family member who has to inject basal insulin every morning and it smells exactly like this.

🥹 I received a sample of this and I'm sorry but upon spraying it on my skin it just had such a strong smokey scent that comes off as burnt wood/hair to my nose. It took quite some time for that smell to go away before I could smell all the other notes. Unfortunately, it just reminds me of an ashtray so I will be passing it along to someone else.

Incredible. It's clean girl meets arabian. It's quite synthetic but very clean. If you've experienced the gorgeous luxury oud fabric softners in UAE supermarkets- It's that but with ultimate projection. Simply stunning. I see why it's a best seller. It's luxury. It's longlasting. It's projection is next level. You'll love if you like Gissah. It gives imperial valley vibes and a hint of voila by Gissah too. It's quite complex. It smells different on everyone. On me it's clean girl arabian style. On my husband it's bold and masculine. I also tried the new gold version called Ahl. Marj is far more superior. It's better opening and well blended. It projects longer and louder than Ahl. Ahl has a bit of an animalistic opening but nicer when it fades. MARJ is simply stunning from the first initial spray. I will stock up as I predict this brand and this fragrance will blow up and increase prices... everyone loves it!!

I think this one may take several months before being wearable? I just opened it two days ago and i gave it ten sprays in the air. That smell has not gone away since, despite not being directed onto a surface, or clothes, or skin. all i've got for 3 days so far is a pungent interminable stench of washing powder/detergent. Abominable so far, and i'm sick of that stench already, and I'm regretting not doing what i usually do and take it outside for any intial test spray to open it up new. Its not giving any notes, nothing. Just Laundry powder, unscented plain bio laundry powder. Maybe i got a fake? Has anyone out there had similar experience with this? so far 1/10

Idk if its my nose, though i’ve been through a lot of fragrance testing/sniffing and also into middle eastern parfumery as well, but this comes down as a “blue” designer dna for my nose with a slight middle eastern twist, and by slight i mean the slightest you can think of. Can’t really get any oud/leather/animalic aspects of this, or anything groundbreaking that would make me feel like this a true unique ahmed al maghribi fragrance... except the performance. Please do let me know if its just my skin + nose or anybody else feels this way
