Black Forest Elixir

Opening is sweet and slightly citrus, a little synthetic. Notes are indiscernible but give a cool vibe. After about 5 minutes I could barely detect anything, maybe I went anosmic but then hours later I kept getting whiffs of Valaya and I was like what the heck is happening? It was Black Forest. I check here and BF does share many of the same notes. I like it but have a Valaya travel size which will last me awhile because she is a huge projector. This became very beastly on the dry down. Not sure how it happened. Pretty interesting fragrance. *Update second try I'm getting more citrus. It's like if Vibrato and Valaya had a baby!

Supposedly a dupe of PDM Valaya. Never smelled Valaya but this is awesome. White peach with clean musk and depth. I think it can pass as unisex if you confident. Name does not match at all. In fact quite the opposite which I noticed is a trend with middle eastern houses when doing an "inspired by" but they're trying to be super secret about it. I've seen this pattern.

This is a love at first sniff. I have over 100 perfumes and this one was a pleasant surprise as i had never heard of this brand. Its almost like Valaya and Vibrato had a baby .

Big burst of clean Aldehydes and white florals in the opening, joined by mellow orange-driven citrus and a really pleasant peach note. Musky Ambrox keep this thing chugging along for quite a few hours, but the opening notes never seem to fade. Basically a pretty, clean, aldehyde floral musk with decent longevity and nice sillage. *As a male, this is on the cusp of about as 'feminine' I will go. Aldehydes mess with my head for some reason, always have.* Update - After several weeks, decided it tipped a little 'Too Feminine", in my opinion. Gave it to my missus. She really likes it, so score there! **Never tried Valaya by PDM but the note list is almost a carbon copy so assume this is some sort of dupe.**

Very good! Very airy it just radiates off the skin. Performance is great. Definitely unisex maybe even slightly feminine. I generally like masculine scents but I will definitely rock this with confidence. Think Lafayette St from Bond 9 but with a peach note.

The fragrance name does not match the scent profile at all. Almost candied fruity and citrus notes, bright aldehydes, ambrette, and more distant white floral notes, musk, and ambroxan
