L'Aventure Blanche

I blind bought this based on claims that it is a clone of Creeds SMW.IMO, this is a unisex scent and despite the floral notes, I get something fresh, citrusy and sharp; nothing at all powdery like in typical florals. Also, in the opening I get somewhat of a petrol nuance (black currant maybe) along with the sharp citrus and this is carried throughout the duration of 6-7hrs in a climate controlled environment. I have worn it to work and the wafts I get from 2-3 sprays is amazing.

the best part of this fragrance isthe opening is BUILT TO LOVE, a lady killer....pleasant, wearable and long lasting too.this will pick up lot of complements from ladies....one of the best and wearable fragrance from this house.the drydown is similar to smw and entebaa but i like it more over the other two...no inky note or metallic feel.this is lovely.9/10

Everybody has an opinion so here goes. Due to the fact that Creed has batch issues and most say that the newer releases are much weaker than past releases then hmmm... This is a perfect dumb reach for warm weather and lats and projects great. Almost beast mode and pretty close to SMW so why all the hate?

very good really like the citrusy twist in this fragrance. i have test it one time on my jacket sleeve and enjoyed it. after two days had to buy it. L'aventure Blanche find a respectable place in my collection. suitable for all seasons. high quality reasonable price worth buying.

Very soft smell, I would like to say it’s feminine smell. My mom fell in love with this smell from the first try. Perfect for the summer or spring, it’s lightweight.

**Revised** 10-8-19 After my olfactory got accustomed to this scent now I get Creed SMW for 5 minutes then it becomes more feminine and floral. Then it settles down to a SMW fragrance without the real ambergris. I bought a bottle of Creed SMW years ago & that is a unique fragrance that I will never forget & so was the price point but, nevertheless its a fragrance you don't smell everyday which is a plus for me. I researched colognes that had not only the exact smell but the depth as Creed SMW has & I came across L’Aventure Blanche which I purchased after L’Aventure Knight (Creed’s GIT clone) & was impressed somewhat so I purchased L’Aventure Blanche & I am impressed! It smells at opening exactly like SMW (about 90-95%) until the dry-down compared to SMW. I will say however, the projection isn't as strong as SMW & it seems to be more of a skin scent after a few hrs IMO but, for the price you could get away with this being SMW to the untrained nose.

This was a real what the .... Fragrance for me ! I first get Creed Silver mountain water for 5 minutes that was less bright and less masculine, then it became more feminine and mature with white florals for 5 or 10 minutes, then the fragrance settles down to a silver mountain fragrance that is a little less bright, without the real ambergris, and is more soapy. This is perfectly unisex, but is still leaning masculine slightly, but I was not expecting more soapyness ! This changes everything, I now can have silver mountain water for semi formal snobbish occasions, weddings, or as a show stopper and I can have this for business and nice casual. Imagine Prada l home 20 percent and a ambergris removed Creed SMW 80 percent mix and this is what you get. Lovely and last a good 5 to 7 hours on me with good projection for a hour. Impressed made a big 180 hate, then love reaction on this one. A Steal for 35 dollars.

I don't know SMW so this review has no valid comparative character. First, despite being classified as feminine, this fragrance is distinctly masculine at least shareable. Its sharp, citrus opening gradually calms down and becomes rounder and creamier due to the subtle lavender that appears to soothe citrus fruits. In evolution I feel a sweet and citrus aspect with a creamy character that gives way to a white floral accord that appears with a rose note in its counterpoint. When drying, the rose note penetrates into the woody base, bringing an amber floral citrus character to the end. The white color combines well for this perfume, energetic opening, clean and comforting drying that creates a pleasant and safe dome. projects 2 hours , fixed 7 . It reminds me of a sunny and cold morning with the sun gradually warming the citrus orchard and the flowers

This is by definition a unisex fragrance. I see the claims that it supposed to be a clone of Creed SMW. I will not comment about that similarity, all I can say is that the balance between masculine and feminine sides is very well done. Though, on a deeper thought i'd say 51% masculine. Talking about unisex, there is also a big resemblance to CK 90's version of One. Opening: fresh fruity notes, blast of lemon, citrus and blackcurrant. Middle: flower notes like jasmine, lily of the valley, orange blossom. Dry down: musk, amber, rose. Very long wearing, very pleasant, not at all over intoxicating, nothing sharp or too metallic. Mostly a day fragrance for office or formal events. Overall, a very good quality fragrance (for the price), to be worn all year around by women and men.

A cup of Silver Mountain Water plunged in black currant and lemon-scented ink. Opening is sharply analgesic, but as it tapers off, projects beautifully and consistently. Beastly projection and lasts for ages (10+ hrs) Best suited for warm weather, preferably spring & summer. Could get away with it on warmer than average autumn days/nights. Another great dupe/homage fragrance by Al Haramain

A soft citrus scent definitely unisex and mostly for warmer weather. I get CK One vibes. Fresh and clean at the opening with a warmer and smoother dry down. Good performance and lasting power.

For me this is Al Wisam Day plus citruses, I get also some laundry vibe in it. I prefer AWD, it is more serious, more elegant. In fact I am shocked how similar they are especially that dominant notes are different (black currant vs. rose). For the time being a bit redundant buy but who knows. I hope I will appreciate it more in summer.

The only way I would wear this is by layering it with some verbena, the flowers have made this very feminine to my liking and for some reason the vervain really tames down the flowery mess, I will experience layering with some other oils and report on what works best

The white floral in this ruins it for me, I can tell it's fine though. There's no harsh chemical scent from it. It smells a little like a nun.

I ended up throwing this one in the trash. The opening has some potential but it's just simply an out dated fragrance, I got a 30ml of this with a recent order not expecting a signature scent but there's always that possibility. I had so much savings in my last order it was essentially free so I walked into this very unbiased as Al Haramain L'Adventure the black bottle was one of the best purchases I made in 2020. I got 3 friends to buy it and it was the best find of last year so I am a fan of the company. What does it smell like? At first it can totally be a feminine scent dressed up right. It's got way too much floral notes in the opening. Sure you get this almost stunning opening as if you're on the top of this beautiful snowy mountain like opening, crisp cool air, aromatic, some light bits of citrus. However there are far too many floral notes in it that kind of ruin it. Alright the dry down is always more important. When it dries on.. all I can really smell is a less intense Calvin Klein One for the opening. CK One is in my top 5 of worst colognes I've ever tried. I think I found a 100ml bottle of it in my buildings recycle room and if that doesn't give you an idea how mediocre CK one is. It has this strong, headache smell if you breathe it in deep enough after a while. This strong wall of citrus and what smells like white florals that just create this white laser beam of almost unrecognizable notes. If you're an older person you'll probably like this, 40 or older who may have worn CK one back in the day maybe you'll like this. It's a day time scent, casual,I would not want this on with a suit. Even a wedding with a white suit. I honestly can't see this being used as a date night fragrance or anything. That's just me. It struggles to find an identity. The dry down and overall scent to me is just out dated. Yes Creed Silver Mountain Water is far from a 202x release but I wouldn't have made this knowing how out dated it is. You don't see sports car companies copying 1920s Ford cars or people covering unpopular songs by their favorite band or singer. I found this just boring, by the end before giving up on it. It became just this aromatic uplifting in the most dull way possible lemon like scent. There's nothing sexy about it, it's too safe, it's like working a new job or going to college and you don't know what kind of jokes you can tell without offending any snow flakes. If you're younger than 40 and want a white styled fragrance try Lacoste White instead. The new EDP of it will surely turn more heads it is way better in every possible way think Old Spice Swagger but better. Some other suggestions if you want a clone of a creed fragrance for cheap. Al Haramain - Knight (Creed - green irish tweed) - a longer lasting cool water Sean John unforgivable or Ed Hardy love and luck. (Creed millesime imperial copy) Paco Rabanne XS (not pure xs) - Creed Himilaya This is a try it before you buy it,

Absolute Javanol bomb. If you own or have sniffed out Molecule 04 (which uses the synthetic Sandalwood, Javanol, as the main and only ingredient) you will quickly recognize that smell in extreme abundance in L'Aventure Blanche. If I was to guess, I would say that this fragrances composition is about 70-80% Javanol. If you absolutely love Molecule 04, but wanted it to have a slight Silver Mountain Water twist to it, then this is the fragrance for you. However if you are looking for a solid SMW clone, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. I have a decant of SMW and directly compared the two, and they are very very different in a lot of ways. IMO L'Aventure is only about a 50-60% clone of SMW due to the insane levels of Javanol used. Granted SMW also has that strong sandalwood vibe, but is balanced SO much better with the other ingredients and likely uses a different variant of Sandalwood (probably natural, vs synthetic). Now on the other hand, if you have trouble smelling Javanol (it's absolutely nuclear to my nose) then maybe this could be a decent clone of SMW for you since you wouldn't notice the super strong Javanol scent as much as I do and would only smell the SMW clone-characteristics of the fragrance.

I bought it yesterday.Another blind buy failure. Scent is very bad. Absolutely doesnt deserve 3.90 scor. It is expensive in Turkey but not good at all. Dün satın aldım. Bir başka kör alış hatası yaptım, kahretsin. Koku çok kötü. Bu puanı 3.90 olarak kesinlikle hak etmiyor. Türkiye de çok pahalı ve kesinlikle güzel bir parfüm değil. Kokudan nefret ettim ve gitti paralar maalesef...

WTF? Blind bought it from Notino as it was described as an unisex one. The opening is so mature and feminine, i started to hate it. But after 1 hour it became much more wearable and at the drydown i got some rose/sandalwood combo. Scent 5/10 Longevity 9/10 Sillage 7/10 Uniqness 8/10 Compliments 2/10 (mostly negative reactions)

I want to say I like this but that Elmer's glue opening is not for me. The mid and dry down smell like a more citric silver mountain water but sometimes the opening lingers. I love silver mountain water from start to finish.

After buying entebaa and rasassi I bought this and once again I disliked it. SMW isn't for me i guess. I will say this however was a little less in ur face as the others. So I still own it just will never ever use it

definately unisex and I must say it smells cheap and unpleasant... Lavender & citruses are very prominent in this one. No jasmine, rose or black current :(

I got this about a few years ago as a new fragrance guy not knowing about decants to see what SMW smells like. Since then I've tried actually SMW. While this does have some similarities it has some huge problems. When I first sprayed this is smells repulsive and it's not the inky note that's in SMW it's like a overbearing musk and citrus note that project beastmode like a Mancera. The note does fade down and it starts to smell really close to SMW, but the repulsive note is still there in the background. I will say it does last twice as long as SMW, but in this case it's a bad thing. SMW is just better quality, better blending. I love Knight and the original, but this is rough.

I blind bought this because Youtubers said this was the feminine version of Silver Mountain Water/Club de Nuit Sillage which is my favorite fragrance of all time. BOY WERE THEY WRONG. This is really really bad, it is like spraying air freshener in your body, it is very sharp, not smooth to the nose. Not sexy, not a nice smell you want to have nearby. I cannot stop smelling it after minutes but not in a nice way. :( I will use it only for the gym or when working out outside so I don't get to smell it so much, and only because I unfortunately spent the money on this already. 1/5. DO NOT BUY THIS!

Applied this a few hours after applying its Fraiche twin. Its totally different. I get a little bit of that white floral, but that is about all. There is zero performance. I need to sniff my arm to smell it. Fraiche is a good performer for what it represents. Pass on this one for sure. 1/10...

My first impression is that it smells pissy and vinegary on my skin, mixed with this cleaner like lemon, especially the opening. Smells nothing like Silver Moutain Water to my nose.

Wow, this is bad. Smells like a lemon degreaser cleaner. Absolutely repulsive.

I agree with everyone pointing out that this is a unisex perfume. I've not bought it yet, Ive tried it out a couple of times to see how well it performs with my skin chemistry and on clothes. I love this scent, it does lean slightly towards the feminine side but still an amazing frag for any guy. It's next on my list, might just compare the two and see how they perform before commiting

Absolutely SHE opening , Don has SMW and testing g on both wrists, opening is pretty much same. Dry down , to me at least heads towards Sauvage but maybe it's my skin? More masculine to me, definitely strong and long lasting. Sprayed two bursts 7:00am on skin and Defoe detectable now at23:00

Had this two years ago and it reminded of Bond#9 Hsmptons. Just got a new bottle today andits been reformulated. This to me does not smell like SMW, butsomething else that I cant quite identify. If you want SMW get sillage. That is as close as you can get.

Not sure why this is getting so much hate. I adore the SMW DNA and this is also gorgeous. It’s like a darkened, more citrusy version of Al Wisam and SMW. Feels quite linear and two hours in I’m definitely loving it.

Got this a while back as a SMW clone. And for a long time, i thought this is what creed smw is like. Then i got a decant of smw. Ferrari and fiat are both cars also.

Almost Identical. This is %90 SMW with less of the inky note and more of a floral base. The Jasmine is very prominent. This is slightly more Feminine than SMV.

At a lower pitch than SMW. If the latter had a cologne version, it would smell like this. A great option for the office, I’d say.

it`s the chemical version of SMW from Creed, very sinthethic smell, like some sort of detergent you wash your tiles with

I haven't smelt silver mountain water so I can only compare it with al rehab silver, and it is pretty much similar.
