Mashkoor

i smelled it on a friend (woman) of mine, but I thought it was at least an unisex if not a men's fragrance. It is stated to be a women's fragrance, but I love it an i wear it. I bought it and i wasn't disappointed. I have the perfume oil, not the edp. It is a very complex fragrance with sweet almond, mandarin and woods surrounded by floral notes. I also get a spicy-peppery vibe on it. It smells luxurious, even though it is a cheap one. RECOMMENDED BY ME 100%

Quite similar to Mugler Angel... yet, dare I say it? Better. Some of the notes in Angel that I find a bit obnoxious (coumarin, and that green lily-of-the-vally note) have been toned down here... It actually reminds me more of the 'Angel Forever' flanker (which also scented the now-discontinued 'Celestial' products) with its smoother texture, and fruitier vibe. Mashkoor EDP seems to be sold out everywhere, but the CPO can still be found.

Starts off pretty generic-perfumy and acrid but on skin it soon enough turns nutty and engulfing! Perfect base for nutty/cakey gourmands! Wouldnt apply on fabric as the ugly first layer might linger.

When you first smell this from the bottle is comes across in my opinion as very masculine. It reminds me of brut. However on my skin, within an hour maybe less it turns into a pure almond scent. I love ❤ it. Silage is moderate and longevity is good as it is a cpo I will rebuy this as it is different from my western fragrances

This was my first try of Arabian perfumes. Definitely different from Western perfumes but I find it totally agreeable. It would be hard not to like this one but less is more! A little goes a long way!

Don't get attracted with the opening. Dry down is a horrible performer. Scent is good though.

If you like that smelly flower peony, then go for it, but if you don't like it or you are doubting, then stay away from it. It is screaming peony first of all, then almond (screaming also). It is my first try of arabians and now I am afraid of them. The scents are so natural smelling and you will feel exactly the same smell (just only a bit synthetic) like from the original flower. So, you must very cautiously evaluate all the ingredients, every single one. And NO, NO way it reminds Agent Provocateur. Not even in 1 percent. Agent Maitresse is very light, subtle and this is screaming scent, pretty harsh. Suitable maybe for old women, who love gardening.

I have lots of Middle Eastern oils but am not a fan of this one. It is a sweet mish mash of not too pleasant synthetic weird notes. It smells very sweet but almost the green bitterness associated with an almond. I don't get rose at all. In the opening, there was ylang, heliotrope, woods, a little poppy and orchid. But as it dries down there's lots of musk and that saccharine almond syrup like the torani that you put into coffee but here you are drinking it straight out of the bottle. There is also no peony present.

I have an oil version in small red 'flask' shaped bottle. Hate the smell. Reminds me of an alcoholic's body odour. In summer heat.

The 15ml oil comes in a solid red metal flask. Gourmand perfume impact that keeps a bit of camphor, which I want, and which separates it from food notes. Many of these oils, when they are well done, invite constant skin sniffing. This is aromatherapy. Yes it projects from pulse points so can be enjoyed that way, but I just put skin to nose. It's the PERFUME BLAST that transports in a flash. Skin ➣ nose ➣ brain ➣ imagination blast off! Souk. Evocative, lively and comforting. Timelessness. Even the box smells wonderful, and the bottle hadn't leaked.
