Rafia Gold

My dad always got me Al Haramain perfumes (he lives in the M East and gets time to sample them). This was the one he had chosen for my Mom and she had several bottles of it in different countries apparently. So when I finally got the audacity to ask her if I could use it, she whole heartedly gave me a brand new one he had bought for her. I adore this. Sillage is big but not ugly or muddling the person. You can think clearly still so I use it often. With some perfumes they surround you but also keep your mind preoccupied whatever you do. This is a good backdrop. It's regal, majestic, well balanced, no sharp edges, heavily floral, lovely perfume oil which makes me very happy. It has a cardamom smell too

I love this fragrance. I bought a bottle when I saw it on the local 'random stuff' auction site. If nothing else I thought the bottle was pretty. It is now my new favourite scent. I'm trying to work out how many of the rest of the range I should try. So good, so affordable.

I love this perfume for summer! The hotter, the better! It radiates such freshness and lightness in summer. Aldehydes and woody notes make me feel like I’m in a cool and shadowy forest that is full of roses, geranium and saffron 🥰 It doesn’t work like that for me in winter and just lies like a flat floral during colder months.

I have the oil version of it. I prefer the sprayer ones so I can apply on my clothes too, but I like this applicator, it is so authentic and mysterious as the scent itself. At first I did not like it, and still when I first apply it I always have doubts. It might be the saffron mixed with Geranium, kind of a wet savory smell... But then it goes away as the oil dries and leaves a soapy, aldehydic rich rosy musky romantic fragrance And I don't think I have to mention but the bottle is gorgeous

It smells slightly unisex for me. Silage & smell are good. Longevity is moderate. But worth for AED50, is cheap
