Al Layl

I'm glad to put the first review of Al Wataniah Al Layl :)) I got it 2 weeks ago and I think I'm ready to share my opinion. Al Layl is lovely, cozy, soft and very well balanced fragrance with great presentation and beautiful bottle! It opens up with a great mild citrus note with creamy, milky and delicious cappuccino accord, with very gentle and soft aromatic touch by the lavender note. Here, the lavender is not masculine, old-fashion, raw or piercing. Not much latter, addictive notes of peach, suede, jasmine and soft pink rose are joining the party. These notes make the whole composition more juicy, elegant, rich and completely unisex. The interesting moment here is the cozy and semi-gourmand character of the fragrance. Despite the floral-fruity midnotes, the delicious and creamy cappuccino is still there and very inviting at the same time. The suede note latter become more prominent and give great balance and touch of elegance. Cozy Elegance - these 2 words can describe Al Layl perfectly. The whole composition of Al Layl sounds very interesting - it got delicious and some sweet accords, but it's not a gourmand fragrance. It got suede nuances, but it's not dark or masculine, it got floral-fruity nuances, but is not too feminine or girly scent. Great balance here. There are some scents, that Al Wataniah Al Layl reminds me of and they are: - Mancera Aoud Café - Rochas Man Rochas EDT - Mancera Feminity - some distant echos from Eisenberg J'ose for men If you love well made milky cappuccino scents - please, try Al Wataniah Al Layl. Great bargain that can be worn by anyone, anytime, everywhere. The performance is very good on me - it got soft and mild, but still good projection, and excellent longevity. This is my fifth scent by Al Wataniah and I'm impressed with that brand.

Lovely fragrance! Long story short... My wife, told me that i smell like a sweet/candy that she wants to eat..!! 😈 I mean, what more can u ask from a fragrance!! - Great value for money ✅ (i paid 15€ for 100ml, what a steal!!!) - Totally shareable fragrance ✅ - Amazing raspberry/coffee beans notes combo ✅ - Beautiful looking bottle that looks more expensive than it is ✅

To my nose is way more feminine than masculine. Great scent with above average projection but i prefer to smell it on a woman than on a man. Raspberry and rose are the main notes. Cheapie one (only 10€) but smells way better than its price.

i will tell you tthis is geminine AF. Its hard to say unisex bc the rose and raspberry dominate so much.No way men use this.I gave it to my GF she likes it smells really good on her , otherwise great budget scent .

Nose Note #536 It reminds me of some other fragrance so badly! Maybe it's Good Girl, something tuberose heavy. This one doesn't have tuberose, but maybe jasmine gives me the same feeling. To me this is all about jasminetuberose, and then there's a sweet something on top, something fruity, not exactly raspberry. Coffee? Can't see it. Very strong fragrance. And of very high quality, just like a designer. And unisex?! What's wrong with the ratings?! It's a typical womens perfume, 100% feminine, no doubt about it. I haven't tried Black Opium, but I will occasionally. This is good, but I'm not a fan of such DNA. 7/10, will please the fans

my sister used to have shimmering BO lotions, and they were the first thing that came on my mind when I smelled this. unisex? no way. no one is going to call you a *** or beat you in the middle of the street for wearing it, but this is unisex the same way pink pants are.

Quite unique -- the raspberry is sweet, candylike and dense and the coffee note is light, airy and slightly lactonic, yet somehow they compliment each other well. It gives off a vibe of a warm cafe latte with strong raspberry syrup on top. Coffee purists might not appreciate that coffee is not the main character here-- but I like it as a supporting role in this fragrance. It provides some warmth and just a little bit of bitterness to balance out the fruity sweetness, that would otherwise be overwhelming. It's better suited for the colder months -- mainly because of how dense and syrupy the fruitier notes are. My bottle came with a print error on the front, but I don't care, it's still good. Interesting scent profile and really great value.

My new bottle smells good, not syrupy sweet, a bit janky. But potentially like a proper gourmand by a designer brand. I paid 8 Euros. I believe it needs 6 months and oxygen to settle into its intended design.

The first spray instantly reminds me of Black Opium, as it dries down the sweetness tones down a bit more in comparison with BO. So, can be a good alternative for guys who enjoy wearing Black Opium.
