Driven

I bought a bottle of this at Burlington coat factory outlet store, which I was suprised to find it there, as driven was released this year and Burlington is a discount store. I'm assuming it got there by mistake, but anyways I digress. I definitely get the comparison to boss bottled and boss bottled intense. Driven, definitely has a prominent apple note, but is missing that distinct vanilla note that is the signature of the boss line. Regardless of the similarities, I really like this fragrance, and dont mind that it has been done before. I mean how many aventus clones are enough for 1 lifetime? Driven, is a fresh apple scent that pretty much lasts throughout the life of the fragrance. I get 6 to 8 hours before reapplying, and longer on clothing. I could still smell it on my t shirt the next day. Silage is moderate, but I dont mind because I really enjoy this scent and dont mind keeping it to myself. It leaves me feeling fresh, clean, and confident throughout the day. Its a welcome change if you are looking for an alternative to the hundreds of citrus based spring and summer scents available. I also think you can wear this in the fall and winter months with no problems. Its fall now and close to winter, and I felt it fit very well with the crisp cold weather last night. If this were a $150 fragrance, I would have a problem with recommending this, but its selling for around 70 and though its pushing it, I would consider it. Luckily I only payed 30 for it, and if you can find it under 50 bucks, I think its a no brainer. This is 100% a dumb reach fragrance that will fit most occasions. Ive had really good experiences, with every dunhill fragrance, ive ever owned, with this one being no exception. Its not a world beater, like 99% of the dunhill fragrance line. But it will get the job done better than most in my opinion.

I'm a H.B. Bottled fan and very much the Intense version. I have the complete Bottled line as I do with all the Dunhill fragrances. I just received the Driven edp and It was a total blind buy as I intended to keep my Dunhill collection up to date! I put on my left wrist Driven edp and on my right wrist the Bottled intense which is also a edp. There is very little difference between the two as they smell almost identical. However, I would say the H.B Bottled Intense is a little stronger and it projects a little better too. Longevity is not bad either but I will have to say Driven is Bottled intense copy. but they have their subtle differences and in fairness they both perform well enough. I really like this one and today the Driven but edt version arrived. It's nothing spectacular but another pleasant enough addiction to the collection. Drivenv edp is well worth having and it will not disappoint you. A sold 8.0 out of 10 for me👍😁!! ! Cheers, 👍🍻🥂♥️

All I can say is that I absolutely adore this with every molecule of my body. Was given a tester when I bought my usual bottle of ysl, and immediately it Intrigued me. I wasn't sure what to make of it. Its unlike anything I've ever smelt. It's composition smells natural and organic with nature. The red apple is apparent throughout and I feel like I come out of a walk in the woods. The scent relaxes me and gives me a air of subtle confidence and assurance. The compliments come in constantly, this is one red apple that every Eve seems to want to take a bite from. For me it's the organic element to it that has now made thus my signature scent, and I am a man in my late 20s who should be wearing the synthetic liquids of suavage. This scent is unique, enticing, the Amber elements make it mysterious. This one is a 10/10 from me, and thank you dunhill and David apel for bringing something new into my life that has invigorated me.

I tried Dunhill - London in past. Was not bad, but nothing special... After years, I just want to try something new. I really like Bottled, but performance is worse like in past. So I just try this one, via reviews here... And here is it. I have just six, or seven really favourite ones, and this juice is on the 1. position from now. Eternity EdP, Hugo Extreme or Paco Black XS are all behind it, and is after years and after lot of different types of brands, I ever tried. Absolutly amazing. I think it's even better like Bottled, and performance is way better like actually Bottled is, and even better like it was. Nice, that this masterpiece for price / quality, is not so well known here in my country ;) Scent: 10/10 Longevity: 9/10 Sillage: 8/10 Quality: 10/10 Price: 10/10 Overall: My new favourite cologne <3

I love this stuff. I once again blind bought this from FragranceNet to see if it was good. I once tried Driven EDT, and I really liked it. This starts off very fruity, warm spicy, and citrusy. To my nose, it smells like a candied red apple. Its kind of has a gourmand esque because of the red apple and cinnamon combo. Let's talk about performance. On my skin, I get around 6 hours with a medium projection. This definitely leans masculine. If you're able to pull it off, I can suggest this for the winter, fall, spring, and summer. But only at night time. Lastly, is it a safe blind buy? To be honest, if you love gourmand, sweet scents then I suggest this for you. Overall: Scent: 10/10 Longevity: 7/10 Projection: 6/10 Dunhill Driven Eau de Parfum: 8/10

Perfume rating 3.69 out of 5?! That's crazy. Do not allow that hold you back. Another thing, if I were to see those main accords prior, I probably wouldn't have cared to even try it as I'm not a huge fan of warm spicy-fruity-citrus-sweet-vanilla fragrances, instead leaning more dry-green-herbal in the fougère/barbershop category. I sampled every bottle on display at our JCPenney Sephora a few weeks ago and this scent spoke to me the most; performance is very good and can be worn year round; only $26.35 with free shipping on eBay. Recommend.

I don't get the hate or low ratings for this. With boss bottles intense being so expensive, you would think this would be a no brainer substitute. I own the est as well, and though it smells like parfums de Marley sedley, I'm not feeling it. But I really like driven edp. I get 8+ hours of longevity and average silage. For $30 you could do much worse. Not earth shattering or ground breaking, but pleasant and great office scent or good for a summer time date night.

Does it smells like a Boss Bottled "clone"? - Yes Quality is better? - Easy, Yes Not as scratchie as the Boss, smoother for me. And even longer lasting than the newer Boss batchies. I'm really like Dunhill fragrances because the quality and a blend is so good and great. The prices is also really great and affordable. Under rated brand which is deserve a lot more love. Looking forward to expand my collection by Dunhill fragrances because they are great!

Sprayed this on around 1pm and it is now 10:11pm and I’m still getting whiffs of it as well as my wife. This is the first time she has said something about my perfumes in a while. She really likes this one. I’ve read reviews saying it has poor performance. It does not. It may also depend on the person. This is suck a great but for $26. It does remind me of Kenneth Cole Mankind Hero. Either way, great buy for the price.

So good. I have a very difficult time finding the difference with this and Boss Bottled #6. The apple is prominent throughout, I find this stuff excellent. Really wonderful. Being that it's so similar to Boss Bottled I really can't understand the low score. I have both and when I spray them on each wrist I literally can't tell them apart. And at the price you can't go wrong with this one. Great Value, Great scent.

It's almost like Hugo Boss Bottled Intense and it was one of my favorite scents. As you know, it is no longer produced. When I first smelled Diriven, it was as if I saw a friend I hadn't seen for a long time. I don't think you need to read the comments written for this perfume, just read the things written for HBBI. Also, I can clearly perceive the orange flower, but no one has mentioned it.

I got this for my husband as a random gift. He loved it and so fo I. You can smell the apple and lime making it bright and sharp then it settles with more cardamom than cinnamon to my nose and some vague woody base. It isn't very complex, it is mass appealing/modern, and it is a lovely every day easy reach for a man. This is clean and comforting. This also seems to lean a bit unisex.

Dunhill Driven reminds me of fresh flowers and a synthetic (but musky) scent. To me, it smells very unisex which is actually a good thing! I normally like spicy warm scents but this is definitely great for the office or casual hangouts. It is a very safe scent but I have gotten compliments with it. Doesn't radiate too long after application but does last long.

Warm and sweet-on par with any designer fragrance. Performance I’ll have to check again this year. As other reviewers have stated-not the greatest atomizer so spray away. Winter fall for me. But you could wear in spring, summer not so much in my opinion. Nice cap and bottle look. Found at tj max for around $20. I think it’s worth around $35 if you see it

Smells like boss bottled with the same DNA however the vanilla note is not quite prevalent and is more fruity with a tart plum and apple note, more woodier and a little spicier. The longevity is surprisingly good with 10 hours on my skin and 1 hour projection. price wise, its quite affordable for such quality you're getting

I'm about to board a flight and the guy next to me is wearing this. It smells like concord grape candy and I LOVE it!

To me it smells like Boss bottled, only it has more sweetness.

A love/hate cologne for me !!! I say love/Hate simply because I LOVE the plum and lime note in this as it balances very well with the apple here and the musk in the drydown is very nice as well ! However there’s a scratchy note in the drydown that smells like an off brand ambroxen that sometimes just ruins it for me ! Which is a shame because that plum note in this is delicious!! This is also very similar to Boss Bottled but Boss Bottled is more well rounded and smooth ! It’s a decent smell for the price but not as good as what it’s cloning. Performance on this for a cheap fragrance however is excellent!! It projects above average for 2 hours before it dies down to a nice skin scent ! It lasted me consistently 8-12 hours which is actually better than boss bottled. Overall rating -6.5 out of 10! Love the plum note but it’s that scratchy note that just kills it for me

Listen to the people that say they don't understand the low ratings on this one. It's a cheapy signature type parfum, which I'm a fan of. I really get the warmness of this scent, the amber is an amazing note that frames the citrus really well. I can see this for a night out with the family, but also an at work scent if you spray a little less, it's super loud at first but calms down after about an hour or two. Wouldn't wear it in front of a girl I'm trying to impress though. Also, some have said it smells a little synthetic. Overall, yes.

This is good. Doesn't project like an edp but is better than boss bottled imo. Performace similar on my skin (4-5 hours) not all that strong but smells higher quality than Hugo line, more refined by alot imo and easy wear unlike bottled intense. I like the lime & it reminds me of spicebomb edt in vibe & quality being less complex. I found at burlington for $30. Safe blind buy if you like boss bottled but want something more modern. Its solid. Verry happy.

Did not have bottled intense but I have a sample of French Avenue Pinace Noir which is clone of it. And Driven is very close to Pinace. But Driven is more synth. Especially right after you spray it. Then it it ́s more powdery but still pleasant. You simply have to go through the begginnng then it ́s fine. 60ml of this fragrance for 12 euro is great. I like bottle colour and design too.

Very reasonably priced mass appealing citrusy spicy scent. From the opening you get most of the layers, the cardamom and cinnamon, but also the lime and the plum, those last notes get a bit lost in the first hour, but the spicy side remains for a couple more hours. Very interesting, very friendly, won’t offend anyone, a very good clean scent for everyday usage.

This smells great! However, the atomizer is horrible. One spray is more like half a spray so you have to over spray this. Extra points for versatility, can be worn anytime of the year for any occasion in my opinion. Solid 7.5/10, if you can find this for a decent price on discounters this is so worth it!

Picked this up for 14 bucks at Marshall’s today and what a steal it is for the price . Reminds me a lot of Guess Los Angeles 1981 with that plum note but the muskiness tones down the fruit and makes it the perfect scent for a fall day where you’re wearing a light sweater .

The worst release by Dunhill👎 why this generic scent by Dunhill? Unworthy to be released by Dunhill! No need of this average release! PS it's a clone of boss bottled intense? Why Dunhill became a clone maker? Wrong policy by Dunhill in my opinion🤔

At first Apple and Bergamot appear then Cardamon follow them. This notes are balanced and nice combination. Warm and smooth, good for night time or cold weather. I really like this scents than Eau de toilette version. And price is affordable. 7/10

#132 of My Fragrance Journey - Alfred Dunhill Driven: A well-built room that never quite opens the door it showed you. It's marketed as the fragrance for risk-takers. Racers. Men who carve their own path. So you spray it expecting a racetrack, and what you actually get is a comfortable, well-maintained highway. The opening is good though - genuinely. Red apple, bright and juicy, citrus lifts it further. Slightly synthetic if you're paying close attention, but there's a clarity to it, like sunlight off glass. For those first few minutes, there's a real possibility here. You think it might go somewhere interesting. Then, within ten or fifteen minutes, the fruit folds away, and cinnamon and cardamom take over. Smooth, polished, warm. The transition is genuinely well done - seamless, easy, like walking into a temperature-controlled room where every corner's been softened on purpose. And that's where the problem starts. Because that ease is also the limitation. It becomes predictable fast - the kind of warm, spiced-wood territory a dozen designer houses have already mapped out. The vibrant clarity from the opening just disappears, replaced by something safe and steady that stops surprising you within the first half hour. It's not bad. It's just exactly what you'd expect, which isn't really what the marketing promised. Performance sits in that same comfortable zone. Moderate projection for the first couple of hours, then it settles into a warm, spiced skin scent for another five or six. Good for cooler weather, good for offices, good for situations where you want to smell refined without anyone really noticing you did anything. It excels as an environment. Pleasant, coherent, easy to live in. Like a tailored jacket hanging in a room of polished wood and smoked glass - comfortable, stable, nothing wrong with it exactly. But it briefly showed you it could've been something else, and then chose consensus instead. Vibe: Apple in smoked glass. Warm wood holding the last light of the day. I picked this up on sale for $15 from a TJ Maxx a couple of years ago, and I was really hoping it was going to be a nice addition to my fall/winter daily driver rotation. Unfortunately, this one just simply lacked any real substance for me and didn't make the cut. Plus, for an edp I expected much better than the 6 hours of longevity that I was getting. But hey, it's a $15 fragrance what can you expect lol! It also barely had any projection, after about 30 minutes, it was already a skin scent for the entire 6 hours of wear. It smelled pleasant though, the scent profile is very warm and sweet. It certainly resembles Boss like other reviewershave said. Overall, it was very mediocre and forgettable based on my personal experience, or a wallflower fragrance as I would call it. I just simply had to give it away to a coworker after a month of owning it. There's just no one out there looking for this one to sell or trade it to lol.

Dunhill Driven smells good mass appalling it reminds me of Hugo Boss Bottled but not identical just a similar style fragrance I tested it on a test strip but it looks like it will perform average if you can find it for less than 30 euro it will be worth it but don't pay much for this kind of fragrance don't worth it. 10/6,5

Starts out fruiter than Boss Bottled Intense EDP, and really starts smelling like it about 10 minutes in. I'd say it stays fruitier but one could easily mistake it for Intense EDP. Decent alternative but Hugo wins this one for me because it's a bit smoother.

Citrusy, fruity, sweet and synthetic, pleasant enough, a perfect going out scent for young men although I wouldn't mind a young lady wearing this as well, feels like it shouldn't be worn by anyone over the age of 25...!!!

This is Heavy on the Apple, there is Citrus here, Spicy, Powdery! And it appears, to my nose, there is Mint, though not listed!

This was my first cologne and it just smells like a freshly juiced lime, that's about it lol 6/10

I picked this up at JC Penney on sale for around $45 for a 2oz. bottle. At first I thought I was going to be into a sharper, spicier scent since it is getting into winter. For me, this was too spicy and musky. If you like that, then this is a good cologne for the value. I went out shopping all day and the scent was still strong to me on the way home. It was actually giving me a headache because of the spiciness. I'm not knocking it at all, it's just not my preference. Or maybe it didn't react well with my skin/scent. All in all, a good quality cologne at a good price for those who like a musky, spicy, warm tone.

This reminds me of Scuderia Ferrari Forte, which is also a eau de parfum that has better presence and performance than Dunhill Driven. Scuderia Ferrari Forte is around the same price on Fragrancenet and FragranceX as Dunhill Driven is at Burlington. For the money, Scuderia Ferrari Forte is a much better overall choice.

There’s no mystery as to why Dunhill Driven EDP and EDT are already popping up in rack stores; this stuff is the definition of phoned-in mediocrity. Whereas the EDT is a slight twist on Versace Man Eau Fraiche, the EDP is more or less Boss Bottled. There’s nothing noteworthy here. Even $30 is asking too much. The bottles aren’t even cool. Save your money.

Dunhill Driven is very similar to Boss Bottled Intense edp, it's more fruitier and it's been a pleasure wearing it during the cool summer nights here in NY. As of now it's selling at fragrancebuy.ca for $70 plus dollars, I would wait until it's in the $35 dollar range. All in all, a nice addition to the collection.

A Burlington find. It appears this one leans to a younger market than Century in design of bottle and scent. I get shades of Halloween Man, but not as sweet and intense. Longevity and silage are very average on me. I have better interpretations of this fragrance in my collection.

I get the points of view of those who find similarities between Dunhill Driven Parfum and Boss Bottled. But trust me....you need to sample Chopard Miglia Chrono....then you'll find the real similarities. In the air...they smell almost identical.

Just sampled it yesterday. Although the notes looked interesting, this ended up smelling very similar to Boss Bottled EDP. Also moderate projection and longevity, nothing out of the ordinary. This is going off my want list.

Underrated, my first ever fragrance. Loved everything about it. Was my daily through out high school. Got discontinued tho 🙁

Better just but Boss Bottled and that its. This is very bussy artificial smell of many well known aroma chemicals.

I wish it lasted a bit longer. Nice scent, definitely something I’ve smelled before. Love the bottle though!

Quite the variety of fruits used. I really enjoy my Dunhill fragrances so I'm sure I'll enjoy this as well.
