Sun Dried Laundry in a Summer Rain

Two images come to mind when I smell this. One is the experience of transferring the wet, fragranced laundry from the washing machine to the dryer. Your arms hold this pleasant, though soaked laundry, scented with the softener. The other image is sitting in a room of a freshly cleaned house watching the sun shine through a white curtain that billows in the breeze. All in all, it just smells clean, perhaps of cleaning products but not the harsh detergents, rather it's more the soft, gentle, satisfying smells of knowing you're in a clean home (not a clean hotel, but a home). When you first apply it, it doesn't appear to be that strong. Give it some time to bloom. Then make sure you remind yourself that it exists, and you'll smell it. It's so clean that you don't even remember it's there - your brain just accepts that smell as part of your environment, so you'll have to consciously think about it then you'll realise it does project rather nicely.

I miss this one 💔 Sillage is intimate but strong and I got compliments whenever someone gave me a hug while I was wearing this. Smells like fresh laundry in the best way. Might be too soapy for some, but I really liked it. If it ever came back and was offered as an EDP I’d for sure consider shelling out for a bottle.

Mixed feelings about this one - the start is pure washing powder, pretty sharp and un-perfume-like, but the dry down is mellow, calming and reassuring - smells like a well-worn sweater or a blanket out of the dryer. Overall it's still not something I want to wear a lot.
