picked this up last year! I got it back out for the first time today.. It's cold/rainy and fireside marshmallow is DIVINE on this autumn day. I get exactly as the name describes, wood smoke with a vanillic powdery marshmallow that is not too cloying. Roasted chestnuts are nearby and there's an earthiness to ground it all. I purchased this after my boyfriend bought a few other Alt's he enjoyed. I figured I would grab something a little outside of my usual taste at a lower price, and I was not disappointed! Definitely happy to have this cold-weather staple in my collection.

I wasn’t fond of it when I first got it but it either has grown on me or has done the maceration thing everyone talks about. It’s an awesome fragrance for fall and winter. The vanilla in the dry down is my favorite part.

This is beautiful! This is inspired by By the Fireplace, but this is better and much more wearable. Toasted marshmallow, vanilla and woods, slightly sweet. Lasts for hours - more than 12 on skin!

All these scents need time to macerate. Mine were bought in 2021 or 2022 and they're all fantastic now. This is a warm, slightly smoky vanilla with a hint of chestnuts in the background and strong sweet marshmellows in the foreground... exactly as the name and inspiration both suggest. The marshmellow note also puts me in mind of AG Moonlight. It's cosy and soothing for a chilly day.

Figured I would write a review since there isn’t much on this page. I picked this up at Marshall’s for 20 dollars and have been very impressed. Smells a lot like “By the Fireplace” and lasts a pretty long time as well. I would say this is a good pickup for any price you find it at as long as it’s not above 50 dollars.
