Simply Another

This smells so similar to Le Labo Another 13! From the initial spray to the dry down it’s practically the same. It’s soft enough to wear to the office but just as nice to wear in the evening. The longevity is pretty good at 7+ hours depending on how moisturized your skin is. It’s unisex and leans a tad more masculine, but smells clean and warm on me which I love.

Excellent dupe. I couldn’t tell the difference between the arm I sprayed with this and the arm I sprayed with Another 13. I absolutely love it.

Clean. Slightly sweet without being too sweet. Soapy. Just perfect!

Lovely fragrance. Subtle and alluring.

Tested when my body was warm and I get the undeniable, translucent, expensive-smelling BR540 vibe. Became cloying to be honest. The ambroxan in this perfume pulls heavy with my ph. Decided to try this scent at work where the temperature is kept at a cold 53° F and it morphed to a dialed back, quiet, cool, soapy, "your-skin-but-better" everyday scent. I get the JHAG comparison that gives off that crisp sweet clean scent but JHAG contains cetalox and those are two different molecules. Ambroxan smells ambery and musky on me and cetalox smells sweet yet metallic. I will keep testing out this perfume but I personally detest BR540. Too cloying and heavy while Simply Another smells like a lighter, airier cousin to BR540 on my skin.

It smelled like straight rubbing alcohol for the first 30 seconds on my skin. It quickly transitions into what I can only describe as cheap tequila. Safe to say I'm not a fan of the opening. However. Give it about 5-10 minutes and it all makes sense. After it dries down the alcoholic smell completely fades and you're left with this very pleasant musky, almost papery scent (undeniably close to the original A13) that sits close to the skin. I returned to the booth after walking around the mall for about 30 minutes to buy a bottle. The dry down was well worth enduring for 10-15 minutes. This is a great daily dumb reach.

It smells like ISO-E Super and Ambroxan, also known as Le Labo Another 13. My wife adores this perfume, and I must admit it is an intriguing, soft synthetic musky scent that adds an intimate allure.

Phenomenal dupe. There is a slight difference between this and Another 13, but I couldn't tell which is which if given both blind. Longevity and projection are fantastic, being an extrait this lasts forever. Really, really good alternative if you can't justify the Le Labo price tag. Edit: After spending more time with this fragrance, it is not the same at all. It just smells like the pencil shaving opening of Another 13, without any of the seductive musk nuance that Another 13 has. I decided to get rid of this, I don't think anything can replicate Another 13.

I like this better than another 13. I enjoy the dry down on this perfume a little better and it lasts foreverrrrrrr.

I've never smelled Le Labo's "Another 13" that this is based on, but I really like the funky mossy unisex animalic profile that Simply Another gives. I like layering it with Le Monde Gourmand's "Fleur de Blonde" for clean soapy pear softness, as well as Juliette Has A Gun's "Not A Perfume: Superdose" for more depth 💕

I may expand on it later but just get it, it’s so very unique & although unlike Santal 33, they layer so beautifully! I need another bottle!
