Café Massoïa

The inspiration of Café Massoïa was the coffee and its unique aroma, which is adored by millions of people around the world. The attempt was to obtain a very unusual fragrance: a bookshop with a cafeteria inside. Did it work? I received this release from Amberfig, firsthand, and here is my analysis: on the olfactory pyramid, we have notes of sweet orange, bergamot, and bitter almonds, in the output; coffee, massoïa wood (tropical native tree from New Guinea) and cocoa absolute, in the heart; Peru balsam, cinnamon, benzoin, and Tolu Balsam, in the base. Café Massoïa is one of the most unusual creations I've tested in recent times. The output is really almondy and slightly bitter. The heart of the fragrance appears very quickly, being noticed since the first minutes of its application. And keeps growing and becoming even stronger, with the passage of time. The bark of the massoïa has a typical aroma of coconut, which is very present in this fragrance. But, at the same time, the absolute of cocoa gives a nuance of cappuccino, which is delicious. And here lies a note: normally, people think in finding the pure aroma of the coffee, when they discover a new perfume that contains this element. And often, they end up disappointed because the coffee not always reigns. And that's what happens here. The coffee exudes its aroma, coming and going, like a hot smoke that comes out of the machine that prepares the expresso. But does not remain all the time on the skin. Finally, a creamy base, full of chocolaty and bitter nuances, thanks to the balsams used (that have a resinous aspect between benzoin, styrax, and the chocolate), plus the cinnamon, which emerges as the finishing touch over the hot beverage. I can only say that the idea worked. For anyone who appreciates a good bookstore, not only the most modern, but also those full of old books, wooden shelves, heavy windows, and controlled light, with a coffee corner at the bottom, will be delighted by this perfume of great projection and durability.

I confess that I am not a fan of perfumes containing coffee in his notes , but amberfig managed to balance well the notes of the perfume, doing the same stay very tasty, as I passed it on my wrist and closed my eyes looked like I was in a coffee shop drinking a cup of coffee, accompanied by a pecan pie . The perfume has a very good projection and fixation as well. what ultimately makes me very happy to know that the amberfig is a Brazilian perfume house which has rather quality products that are on equal terms with the houses of foreign perfumes. very good perfume

Oh my god, this is amazing, yummy, yummy.... And how can it be sweet and so chic, so sophisticated, so 'creamy' all of it at the same time? Talent!

1. Of course coffee is a substantial element which cannot be hidden, suppressed or even hidden when manipulated in any way! He simply emerges and stands out above everything and everyone when invited to act, and in Cafe Massoia it is no different, given the perception that his existence here is in different stages which characterize his essence that goes far beyond just a cup of coffee well done and desirable. 2. The coffee facets in this fragrance start with a more milky touch, of raw greenish sap, the fruit yet to be picked, which initially does not refer to anything that most people are used to dealing with when the discussion involves coffee and its intriguing scent. The almond touch is very present, since the sweet and citric sensation of the mixture between leaves and fruit are merging every moment that its evolution is gaining space. 3. After 4 hours of time, the fragrance takes shape, in the sense of becoming robust and liqueur, like an authentic coffee liqueur that brutally explodes the senses when tasted at the end of the tongue without having previously received a technical preparation with carbonated tonic water . Its liqueur touch is both medicinal and purely addictive, hard to miss and subsequently admirable until it's gone. There is a touch of earth here and the final product of this fragrance, the elegant coffee, is already being selected, dissected and initially roasted. 4. The so pure moment arrives when he, the coffee, is passed through a filter and flaming in a fine porcelain cup. Its aroma becomes great, propelling by awakening different feelings and affective memories and from there, it tends to gain space among exotic combinations that involve balsamic and highly resinous nuances, which break down its bitterness with tenuous sweet lines, not at all gourmand, but as if was a coherent touch orchestrated by a beautiful conductor. Divine! 5. Café Massoïa lasts more than a day on my skin, managing to project even after a shower. I already used it on an ordinary day, and at the end of that day I went to make copper, and its aroma in combination with my sweat, resulted in an aromatic cloud that sent dry roots that burned with every accelerator I gave, remaining in chypre accords, something very interesting!
