Live

I absolutely LOVE Live by American Eagle. Everything I wore it I received compliments from multiple people, and the same ones would compliment me daily, no matter how many times they had already told me! The Scent last forever, at least on me. It's discontinued now, and I'm having the hardest time finding anything similar. 😫

A refreshing and flora sweet scent. This is a very pleasant scent that wouldn't go wrong. Perfect for Spring and Summer. I've been using this for the past 4 months and despite my liking for its decent scent, it does get boring over time.

A nice, light (as in not thick/heavy/cloying) marshmallow scent that wears very nicely on the skin. It's kind of as if the marshmallow note from Sweet Like Candy was isolate, and had some faint citrus and floral top notes added to it. I like it! I got a rollerball of this from TJMaxx for $5.99; the original price from AE is $14.99. It's definitely worth getting if you find it at a discount store!

Imagine eating some marshmallows and those sugar orange jelly candies while sitting next to a bed of freesias and you would have Live by AE. Alternatively, imagine walking around the mall in 2004 and spraying on all the female fragrances from every clothing store you walk into. The notes of Live muddle together so that no single note stands out, which is not necessarily a bad thing. I don't think anyone would smell Live and think it smells bad, though if you spray too much of it, it can become cloying, especially on a hot day. For me personally, it is a very nostalgic scent and seems like the kind of thing I would have enjoyed as a young teenager; a less-sophisticated version of Viva la Juicy.

I totally agree with vsangel16.My friend had this perfume so I took one whiff and it instantly reminded me of Viva la Juicy by Juicy Couture. Its just a bit less caramel sweet, and has a hint of a spicy scent to it. But the spicy scent is the pleasant subtle kind, not the overpowering scent everyone dislikes. It's like you took a bit of the sugar out of Viva la Juicy, and added a pinch of spice to it. Thats what it smells like. It's the perfect dupe for Viva la Juicy. Smells practically the same! I suggest this to anyone who loves Viva la Juicy, but can't afford it or thinks it's too pricey.

Impressive photo. I want it only for the bottle!!! The notes sounds fine to me, but I would be really disappointed if it was a Viva La juicy stlye thingy. Not matching at all the noble bottle and name!
