Honour Woman

I hate old lady, vintage, powdery, too sweet and soapy scents. My skin is dry, the body temperature is usually high and the pH is also high, it's a huge problem because the majority of perfumes smell too heavy and soapy on me. BUT NOT THIS ONE!!!! THIS IS MY FAVOURITE ❤️❤️❤️ With this one, when I sniff closely, trying to analyse each ingredient separately, I get why people say "vintage," but the ingredients blended are rounded and the sillage is just a modern, creamy, dewy scent. It also has a good base that makes it mature, grounded, serious, and like "quiet luxury"—not old-lady-like, but more like a very respectful, aristocratic, commanding, regal, and elegant young woman. The price is painful. Over the course of a year, I spent more than the price of a 100ml bottle of Amouage Honour Woman just on samples of perfumes listed under "this smells like," and none of them worked. From the worst to the best: The worst: Someone mentioned Elizabeth Arden—that's funny, because I remember it smells like air freshener to me. I had to scrub it off. Thankfully, it isn't as long-lasting as Amouage Honour, and these two smell completely different. Sadly, life is not that simple; you can't replace a €300+ perfume with a generic drugstore perfume. Mugler - Alien - no comments Bad: Guerlain Idylle, Gucci Bloom, L'Interdit, My Way, J'adore: All of these are so basic, vintage, and boring. Idylle and some Gucci bloom a slightly better. Paradox, Libre, La Panthere and Poison: everyone has them, they are not complex, nothing special and definitely not similar to Honour. Somewhat ok, maybe could be on a better place on this list, but I didn't test them for long time and I don't want to. La Panthere was nice as I remember. Frederic Malle Lys Mediterranee: smells like toilet air freshener and also like an old lady, had to wash it off and after washing it, it became more pleasant somehow, but still not for me. Xerjoff Elle: AI described it as "A hyper-luxurious option that mimics the "regal" factor of Amouage Honour" in reality it's just soapy. Bon Parfumeur 103 tiare flower, jasmine, hibiscus - soapy and lasts 1h BDK Parfums Tubereuse Imperiale: Same problem as Ilha do Mel ↓↓—too sweet, too heavy, and headache-inducing. Medium: Ilha do Mel: first few h: vintage, syrupy, and too sweet. It's a bit more down on the list because this one gets better with time, pretty good I would say, but for the first few hours (≈2), I need painkillers because it is headache-inducing. Trussardi - Donna - I'm not very sure about this one, but as I remember it was also nice, but not complex Viorica Cosmetics - Elixir Floral Iasomie Regala, Viorica Cosmetics - Elixir Floral Lacramioara Alba: not bad, but not compelx Memo Paris - Madurai: smells like an avon perfume but for x4 price, it's good, but lasts not much and it's not complex Guerlain - Nettare di Sole: Sadly, a year ago it was amazing, but now my skin chemistry or my "nose" has changed, and it smells slightly soapy for a while. Even a year ago, it was more of a daily scent; it lacks the luxurious, commanding feel of Amouage Honour. Pretty good: Elie Saab - Le Parfum: I should mention that I've only tried it once, so maybe I'm wrong. It has a pretty close vibe to Honour, but it definitely lacks the depth. Do Son EDP (I assume EDT too): I use this one, it's slightly green. No headache and it's high quality, but it is also slightly vintage-soapy in the beginning. Still has not the complexity of Honour and much more tuberose Mancera - French Rievera - on my skin it's creamy modern, fresh, white flowers. Some describe it masculine, for me it's very feminine, it's great, but more daily - fresh. Nothing sophisticated. Tom Ford - Soleil Blanc, Guerlain - Terracotta, Killian - Sunkissed, Maison Margiela - Beach Walk: I really like them. All have a tropical vibe. Amouage is nothing like that, so it is better for official settings. My favourite from them is Beach walk, but I use it only for themed events: Hawaiian party, an actual beach walk. Parfums de Marly - Valaya, Ex Nihilo - Fleur Narcotique, Kenzo Memori - Ciel Magnolia - they smell pretty similar in between them (not similar to Honour) and are also good, but not so complex and noble as Honour. The best: Van Cleef & Arpels - Néroli Amara - it's not bad, but it's more of a daily scent and Amouage Honour is much more complex Killian - Good girl gone bad EAU FRAÎCHE - edp is too dry and eau fraîche is really nice, but also lacks complexity Jo Malone London - English Pear & Freesia: I really like this house; they make great scents that project amazingly on rainy days. On other days, this one is also soapy, but it's still great and I love it. Both are feminine, dewy, rounded, and elegant, but English Pear & Freesia is light and daily—it can also be described as innocent—while Honour is more mature and sophisticated. Someone else mentioned Jo Malone - Wild Bluebell being similar (which is actually not a creamy white flower, but has the same floral-dewy profile)—that's my second favorite perfume after Amouage Honour, but I have a distinct use for both. Honour: Really special meetings, weddings, galas & balls, ceremonies, banquets, certain corporate parties, prom, theater and opera, high-profile community gatherings, etc. Everywhere where you need a dress or a very polished look. Jo Malone - Wild Bluebell: I would rather call this one daily. It's for going out with friends, a date in nature, or an adventure park. It is great for the office or school—it's not strong, but it depends on the setting because the fruity side gives me a slightly childish vibe. It reminds me of Alice in Wonderland. And many more other white flower fragrances I tried, but specifically these were described as similar to Honour and none of them is similar, I can't use them for the same occasions.

This is absolutely beautiful. I tested many times and everytime I told myself no (($$$$🥲), they didn’t have samples, they didn’t have minis. BUT then I discovered there were tiny individual 7.5ml bottles from the discovery sets floating around resale sites, and I ordered one right away! So worth my money, this bottle is a dabber, not a spray which i actually prefer with Amouage because they’re powerful, but the bottle is real and has weight, it’s a replica mini of the full bottles and it’s the freaking cutest. Honour is the kind of white floral I love, it’s smooth and round, not sharp, but still green (ish) not gourmand or liqueur style. No orange blossom 🤟 Honour has a subtle whisper of warm incense and leather to give a warm elegant inviting power to it. Finally found an Amouage I could justify paying out for! The entire garden collection were duds for me that smelled like hairspray or old men (lilac love). Honour is that mom who felt like your mom too. She was confident and loving, always laughing and taking care of everyone, she was that mom who had food ready for EVERY occasion, she had a full successful career but you’d never hear about it, she was so kind and approachable, always greeted you with the warmest welcome. That is what Honour is. It’s beautiful, soft, inviting, power. That’s what I get from this. It’s a perfect addition to my floral collection, it is very much “like” Gucci bloom the pink bottle, but so different that one could never replace the other... also “like” Bloom Ambrosia in the red, but similarly couldn’t replace it. Both Blooms are more spicy (tickle my nose from the florals) blooms are more fun and ethereal to me. Do Son EDT is also kind of “like” Honour, but it is more attention grabbing, more sharp animalic, and a little less pleasant to me. Honour and Bloom, both lack orange blossom, and I think that’s why they are more round and pleasant to me. They are my tops, but I got Do Son because I needed the adorable little 50ml and it’s still one of my favorite Tuberose that I’ve smelled, and 2nd fave Diptyque (after Philosykos) . Honour fills the place in my collection that gives a more mature impression, less everyday, when I want to feel that way. And no, Bloom is not mature to me. And Honour doesn’t smell in the same vein as the “mature” vintage florals people refer to that are called mature because of the huge amount of civet. I don’t like that weird heavy syrupy sweet stink of civet or of the modern synthetic version of it, Honour is completely lacking that THANK GOD. I see people comment that it has just a touch of animalic, but not to me! I also have FB of Original carolina Herrera, it’s in the same realm, kind of, the one just in the clear bottle, and it smells mature floral in that sickly sweet kind of way. I bought it because a friends grandma wore it and I loved the way she smelled, but I got it and I can’t wear it. It’s so sweetly floral like SWEET sticky animalic floral. And Honour is not mature in THAT way. Honour is a work of art! **edit: something in the base, probably the leather, or incense makes me nauseous sometimes. 😢

Honour Woman She does not remind me of any other perfume I was so pleasantly surprised after being disappointed by amouage Before Yes, it is not strong. No, it does not last a long time. As I have noted in the silliage and longevity portion. BUT. It is possibly the most beautiful scent I own Has a very ozonic quality. And the most beautiful tuberose that is so delicate and fragile it doesn’t act like any tuberose I’ve ever had. I am a big lover of the flower, all white flowers really. Huge Fracas fan. A great lover of carnal flower, though that is a very challenging fragrance and you can’t wear it to work or when you’re gonna be in close proximity to people. Because it’s offensive to a lot of noses. My mother despises the smell of fracas. So I respect her wishes and wear one of my other many many fragrances when I go visit her. If I were to wear this, she would have no idea it was tuberose. It is sparkling. It is clean. It is floral without being overly feminine. I think a man would smell wonderful Wearing this fragrance. I don’t really get a lot of the other notes in this not anywhere in the opening the heart or the dry down It could be slightly Resinous, I guess? But mostly I’m getting the florals maybe a little coriander? It is very very, very slightly herbaceous. But I don’t distinctly smell coriander like I said, ozonic and floral. She is brilliantly, well blended. This is such an incredibly well put together fragrance. It just smells so expensive and sophisticated. And it’s a good thing you can get it on discount because you have to bathe in it. And reapply constantly. is it worth it? To me someone who is a collector who has a lot of other scents It is worth it. 1 million times yes I am so glad this is in my arsenal. This is a wonderful bedtime fragrance, but I wake up and she is gone 😕 Perhaps I shall try the stronger formulation, but I don’t think I want to. I don’t think I want it to be stronger. 🤍 When some perfumes are so beautiful and perfect that you can’t decide which one would be better. 🤍 AMOUAGE HONOUR WOMAN (Edp) Alexandra Carlin and Violaine Collas 2011 and HONOUR 43 WOMAN (Extrait de parfum) Alexandra Carlin 2021 💯 MEN, try these ones! They perform more masculine on you guys. My husband loves to wear it, it’s gorgeous! Beautifully blended white flowers, so delicate, charming and subtle, almost paltry. But as soon as you are thinking that it’s not so special it starts to shine and all the notes from masterful base wraps around the flowers. In that moment you realize that it’s Amouage. It’s warm and a little bit spicy with leathery undertones and a signature Frankincense. Honour maintains airiness even in the dry down while Honour 43 has more voluptuous character. I love the way how the florals are made, they are captivating and sensual, almost green, Gardenia keep it fresh and Tuberose is not that typical dominant note over others. Rhubarb in the opening is a little bit sweet and sour, in Honour it’s very restrained whilst In Honour 43 it’s more realistically juicy and it lingers longer with the flowers. About the performance: Inside 43 is stronger but it’s closer to the skin. OG projects more. Outside 43 creates a huge scent bubble while OG is very gentle and mild. I can certainly see why others aren't getting leather, but its just barely there- is at the verrrrry base of the perfume, and kind of needs a magnifying glass lol. It's a beautiful old leather, well-oiled... reminds me of an old saddle someone has treasured after it was passed down to them. Something well-loved and well-worn. I think that note is what sets this apart from other tuberose scents for me. The beginning is undeniably beautiful- a bright burst of tuberose, tart crisp rhubarb, then green notes all the way down. The lily of the valley is lovely as well, a backup dancer for tuberose- the star of the show. And good God that rhubarb is screaming! The whole composition feels like it should be a shooting star, but it's eternal instead- the top and mid notes feel like they should fade from the skin quickly, but they don't. There is a very aquatic green here that is really impressive, and the entire thing is uplifting and quite lush throughout. The notes are extremely compact IMO. Is is the most natural scent? Decidedly not, which leads me to disagree with this being bride-worthy. But is it beautiful and effective at its job? Absolutely. For such a floral freshie, the longevity and sillage are just phenomenal. I get no incense, mild vetiver, and a moderate amount of amber. I love this despite it sometimes giving me a headache. No FB for me, because I simply can't think of that many occasions worth of this tuberose-heavy beauty. But beautiful. All seasons, but spring and summer especially. Day or night. This one's decidedly feminine, but really who the hell cares!

Honour Woman opens with a snap — not citrus, not sugar — but rhubarb, sharp and green, as if a stalk has just been broken in half. There’s a wet brightness to it, edged with pepper and coriander, that feels almost corrective. It clears the air. It refuses complacency. The white florals — tuberose, gardenia, jasmine — are not girlish, not coy, but monumental. Creamy, ceremonial, almost officious. They could have been overwhelming. They almost are. And this is where the rhubarb does its quiet, crucial work: it threads a cool acidity through the bouquet, keeping the petals upright. It is the tension line. Without it, the florals would melt. With it, they gleam. As the hours pass — and they do pass slowly, because this fragrance lingers with the patience of something well-made — incense and opoponax begin to glow beneath the flowers. Vetiver draws a dry, root-like line through the sweetness. A soft leather shadow settles at the edges. The rhubarb fades from center stage but never entirely disappears; it remains as an aftertaste of green clarity, like the memory of a hard truth spoken early. Projection is composed rather than theatrical — it radiates in a measured halo — but longevity is resolute. It stays. It insists. This is not a soft white floral. It is a white floral with a spine.

White floral with greenery. This is easy to describe because this is more straightforward than other Amouage fragrances. It’s not a sweet “bubble gummy” white floral, it’s a fresh white floral with a noticeable green aspect. The greenery comes out more as the perfume evolves. As a white floral lover, I do love this but it lacks uniqueness for the price point, especially considering Amouage has some truly unique standout fragrances. Honour Woman instantly reminded me of other white florals, most notably Diptyque Do Son and Frederic Malle Carnal Flower (it’s closer to CF honestly, just without the coconut sweetness of CF). It IS more mass appealing because of that familiarity, I think, and I think this is probably one of the least challenging and most “everyday” ones from the house. I would feel comfortable wearing this to work and in my day-to-day routine, for example. But considering I already own the above-mentioned Do Son and Carnal Flower (plus Dior Pure Poison and Robert Piguet Fracas which are both also iconic white florals, in my opinion) I’d really struggle to justify the Amouage price point for this one.

I am not a big tuberose/gardenia person, really, though I do love jasmine.. I have had issues with fracas (too screechy on my skin) and carnal flower (too green, though it may grow on me eventually), SL's criminelle (too mentholy)... however. That being said, this scent may have converted me to a tuberose and gardenia lover! It is just so, so, purely beautiful. It isn't too soft (I wouldn't be able to smell it if it was) and it manages to be both bold and easily noticed without being too loud or screechy. I don't know how they did that. It comes off as a lovely, creamy, almost "buttery" feeling, heady bouquet. The pepper is not detectable to me at all, and it's not "too" green (although it is fresh.) I absolutely love it, and have been plotting to get a bottle ever since I tried a sample. I see many people writing reviews on here have changed their mind after sampling this a few times, so this is one I would advise reviewers to wait to develop and even sample a few times before forming an opinion. It just gets more and more beautiful as it remains on your skin, and seems lovelier each time I wear it.

Oh Amouage... how you taunt me. Most of my collection is from Amouage and very few were a love at first sniff. It's a complicated house and while I try to understand it riding the wave of the hate that ALWAYS turns to love for me is kind of the fun of it all. Upon first sniff I wasn't blown away. The men standing next to me convinced me it was an 'old lady scent' and I wasn't 'of age' for this one. Why did I listen to a MAN? Let alone two? Who knows, I've come to my senses now and I am completely in LOVE with this. It's fresh, floral, springtime and for someone who normally hates green, it's GREEN and I LOVE IT. Love Tuberose is *similar ish* and made it home with me that day as its creamy foundation is way more in my wheelhouse. I found myself not being able to get this out of my head so I picked up another sample. I also tried the extrait and it's a no for me. This formula is beautiful and perfect and I can't wait to pick her up and take her home one day soon! P.S. This would make a LOVELY wedding day scent.

I'm a big fan of yellow and white florals and so many that get recommended are far too mature, too screechy, too "funeral home" for my tastes. List is Gucci Bloom, Jour D'Hermes, Le Labo Lys41 but this one, on my skin, was beautiful! I got a free sample from LS when I bought my Delina and it was the only one that I kept coming back to and ended up ordering a full bottle. For the first minute or two its a very realistic white floral, like, smelling petals if that makes sense. After that it dries down to this sweet, white, feminine fragrance. It's what I wanted PdM Valaya to be! That one was a bit too mature for me. There isn't any powder on my skin, it's entirely smooth and creamy. It's my first Amouage and I'm so excited for it! Another one of my desert island frags is VC&A California Reverie.

Beautiful perfume. Realistic, soft florals made interesting by the backdrop of incense and pepper. When I got it I didn't know the backstory and connection to Madame Butterfly, but it tracks. It has all of the wedding day, austere and romantic, perfume elements, but there is something kind of tragic about it. The incense is so light that it smells like it's coming from another room, like someone lit some at a funeral for a woman whose favorite flowers were tuberose and gardenia. No perfumes last long on my skin, but it lasted a decent 4 hours on my petroleum-jellied wrists and collarbone. It has a good sillage and is such an inoffensive perfume that it would be hard to overspray. I'm sure on most people 1 spray would last closer to 6-8 hours. My skin just eats perfume. Top 5 perfumes I've ever had. It is a tad expensive, but it is so well made that it is worth the money.

I can't even begin to describe how much I like this perfume. After testing it in a perfume shop, I was amazed by the quality of the scent at each and every stage - beginning, middle notes, dry-down. Wear it proudly in summer, because it really blossoms in warmer weather. When I am wearing it, I feel serene, content, put together, refined. It has white flowers, but don't think that they are heavy, off-putting white flowers. The smell is very feminine, but not too sweet. It would be perfect for a bride! The sillage is not monstrous and I did not receive any compliments while wearing it, but, as I stated in another review, receiving compliments from other people regarding the perfume I wear is not that important to me. Eagerly waiting to discover other Amouage gems. So far, I have tested Memoir and I was really impressed.

Nice, very nice and much alike Gucci Bloom that was my wedding fragrance - but quality here is way more! Unoriginal, but likeable - and this comparison is what may upset its lovers but guys, test Gucci Bloom and you'll see for yourselves. Anyway, down to notes: prominent but not punchy tuberose with backing of gardenia and lily of the valley. Feeble green notes given by rhubarb, coriander and vetiver. No leather, incense, carnation at all perceptible - if they are there, they were masterfully muted and sat at the very back. No amber either, or so well crafted as backing that you won't perceive any. It's fresh and feminine most definitely, with a gentle green bite. I can definitely see this number as perfect for a morning bride. Would recommend to all lovers of white florals. Seasons: Fall, Winter and Spring, daytime.

A soft, refined floral, Honour feels like springtime in silk gloves. This is one of Amouage’s most delicate offerings, and perhaps among the easiest to wear. A fresh and balanced white floral with beautiful restraint: jasmine and tuberose are the stars, but neither scream. Instead, they’re softened by light greenery and a whisper of spice that keeps things airy and elegant. Though undeniably feminine and graceful, it never tips into cloying territory. No bubblegum tuberose here. Just wet white petals and a composed, quietly luminous presence. Long-lasting and beautifully blended, it feels bridal without being too literal. Ladylike and refined but still modern. I tend to reach for it most in spring, though it wears well year-round. A poised, polished scent that stays close but lingers all day.

I finally had the opportunity to test it at the airport. Omg. It's the Queen 👑. Aristocratic, classy, feminine, refreshing white flowers that are not indolic, nor green or headache inducing. To my nose it has two layers. An upper layer, the refreshing,yet smooth white flowers that I go crazy about and that were like no other (idk how they did this) and, unfortunately, a Middle Eastern background that on the one hand it made it smell expensive, but on the other had it bothered me, as it grounded it too much. I wish it didn't have this Middle Eastern spiciness, that reads "older rich woman" to my nose. It's not for the young ladies. I'm in my late 30s and I still feel that's not yet for me. But in the future.... Oh, yes! 👑✨🤍 It has something addicting I kept smelling, though.

I disagree with those who say this is a grandma scent, or old timey. I think this is a full, warm, modern white floral (gardenia-Tuberose) scent. Traditonal, yes, but not dated. This a wonderful, and completely worth the price found on discount sites and then some. The opening feels a little green and watery, middle is more tropical (I don’t know what note or accord is causing that sensation), then the base turns down the volume, but I don’t pick up any leather or incense. I still love it. Extremely wearable with great longevity on my dry skin. A miracle that it lasts past the 6 hour mark. I’ve read that some people think this is too simple, but I applaud this effort. I have more perfume than I can wear in my lifetime, but this is on my purchase list.

I know that for many, Honour is one of the easiest Amouage perfumes to understand, but for me, it wasn’t love at first sniff. The first time I tested it was in summer, and even though I like gardenia and lily of the valley, an animalic note bothered me. The floral notes I enjoy placed it somewhere in the same category as J’adore, so I dismissed it, thinking it felt too luxurious for its price. But then I got my hands on a decant and felt inspired to wear it on a cool autumn morning. Wow! It was magical! In the crisp air, it transformed into a delicate silk veil, the disturbing note vanished, and only the soft, feminine flowers remained! Naturally, I had to get a bottle! This perfume has become my perfect embodiment of femininity!

She is dreamy; she has a heart full of love; she is humble and dignified but appreciates the finest things in life; she is surrounded by beauty. This is Honour Woman for me. The most beautifully crafted white floral fragrance by the perfume house of Amouage. This is an art of its own and I do not believe I have encountered such an enchanting fragrance in my collection. Here you are paying for the art of perfume making and not the name or marketing of the brand. Fragrances are very personal and subjective, however, no one can deny the time and skill that went into making this perfume. This perfume was made to exude true elegance, regality and a poised persona.

Heaven in a bottle! Glorious burst of white flowers and a tiny touch of green. The tuberose takes its time to bloom with carnation making itself known. So classy, so lovely, and very high quality. Interesting that so many people compare this to Ilha do Mel. While I do see a small resemblance in the floral aspect, Ilha is sweeter with the honey, slightly more casual to wear, and just smells like a “nice” perfume. Honour is grand and statement worthy. Really does live up to its name in honouring the “woman”. Wedding perfume worthy. I can see it equally suiting younger women, but in my current frag journey I would definitely revisit this when I’m a little older.

Honor starts out very green and crisp like a realistic bouquet of flowers. After about a few minutes it settles and the star of the fragrance steps forward- Gardenia. This a photorealistic realistic gardenia which is rich and creamy but still fresh. This isn’t a sharp fragrance or sweet. It’s sweetness comes from flowers and there are some creamy warm undertones of amber. But the gardenia flowers are the center. This fragrance has a lady like personality. It’s a little bit reserved and gives me a picture of a preachers wife. Lol But, it’s also very luxurious, beautiful, and full floral. I could also see it on a bride in a beautiful white dress.

I have noticed that people comment on this perfume as being rather cold. This is only true when used in cold climates. It's not only cold then, but it's also waxy and without any sweetness. The green notes are more pronounced, and the leather is a bit sharp... In warm weather, this is a creamy and fruity-floral scent that reminds me of Latin Lover by Carner Barcelona or even the more feminine take on JTC 400. It smells modern and opulent. Like a proud woman from the upper class. Very bright, powerful, and bridal, like a joyful Madame Butterfly on a sunny day, before the storm of her life. But when the sun is gone, it gets cold and waxy.

Just got into frags and this is one of my favorite perfumes of all time. The notes don't really matter as the overall DNA in it is so much more than the separate notes. It's suffocating and you don't want it to let you go; it makes you feel like too much is just right. It's labelled feminine but it also smells like a straight man in touch with his feminine side and I would love to have it on my partner. I've been on two casual dates while wearing this; it made both men unpromptedly scan me with a sniffy face and comment on how much they love it. This is the ultimate main character perfume in the best way possible.

Even the opening was a little bit too strong for me, it quickly settled into a very feminine, soft, creamy, fresh and really lovely gorgeously blended white floral smell with a just righ amount of a nice subtle not overpowering sweetness. It smells luxurious, elegant, clean and is very pleasant and easy to wear. Confident but not overpowering. Worked really very well with my skin chemistry and I enjoyed it. The sillage is really good and the longevity too. You can definitely tell that this is a very well done and very high quality perfume. My first experience with Amouage and have to say I really loved it.

9.5/10. I like this right away. Refreshing, aquatic, cool honey. Faintly sweet, floral background. Calla lily. Mild for an Amouage. Sun setting on a hot evening, green grass in the backyard in summer. Well balanced top to bottom. This is what heaven smells like. Pure. Gorgeous and incredible for hours. I knew I would be in trouble quite soon after I tried this. There is nothing I can find that I do not like about this perfume. Now I must buy the bottle! Edit: My bottle arrived. Amouage really knows how to package a product. Down from the crystal on top to the magnetic lid. High quality presentation.

This fragrance makes me feel like Helen of Troy, squinting her eyes, knowing full well that this pathetic boy Paris is merely a phase. This is a classic white floral scent - quite creamy, a little sweet, and a little citrusy. I don’t really smell the top notes at all; it’s just a lot of jasmine and gardenia. After a few hours, the incense and leather come through, although they’re quite muted - I would have liked them to be stronger. It’s a really nice scent but with so many white florals on the market, I don’t think this one particularly stands out - which I would expect given the price. You can probably get a similar frag for cheaper. The performance is also on the weaker end for Amouage.

Angelic is how this fragrance reads to me. An elegant, dewy, nearly pristine white floral with complexity. The tuberose here is fresh and natural, it doesn’t pull indolic nor bubblegum. Normally gardenia isn’t a note I love, but here it is blended so well. The florals take center stage but are grounded by the incense and other base notes. I love this but can understand it reading as “bridal” or “mature” for some. I don’t like to age fragrances but I don’t picture this on someone under 30. I personally think it’s a must smell for white floral lovers.

Powerful, yet soft. The white florals are so beautiful and fresh without being too heady or indolic. I love white florals, but I think this would be a scent even those who hate white florals would enjoy. Tje longevity is also really impressive. This reminds me of something I already own, but I can’t quite think of which fragrance, and because of that , I don’t think I’ll buy a full bottle. I own way too many white florals, but I would purchase a bottle if this profile were new to me and not already in my collection. I’ll enjoy this 10 ml decant.

Well, AleMHS wrote a perfect review, there is almost nothing to add:when I smell Honor woman and close my eyes I see a huge beautiful wedding bouquet of elegant white sparkling flowers, fresh and perfectly blended with soft green.The tuberose here is creamy,the white flowers so well mixed as to be barely identifiable as single notes, softly spiced, with a hint of amber,incense and leather in the dry-down.Honor woman is unapologetically feminin, has great longevity and sillage, is a compliment-getter and woul be an ideal bridal scent

It’s fresh... Well blended and subtle, not cloying. Some probably expect this to sound more expensive regarding the price. Overall, I was not all over impressed, but I never had really such fresh perfume in my collection, so I thought it would a good fill for the gap. Update: I’ve tried at first on my wrist, but when I put this on my cleavage and it’s another story. There are very subtle warm notes. I feel like I’m going to enjoy this perfume over summer. You can see the quality when you can’t detect any artificial notes)

Lovely, bright floral. Definitely for floral lovers. Must try if you get a chance. The perfume house being from Oman, has that Arabic underlying structure and composition. Lovely notes, love it. Will get hands on more Amouage fragrances. Worth the penny. As many say, could be a wedding perfume. Only issue- it doesn’t last for too long and projection is not super good either. This is something I will need to spray more than 2 sprits to get impact. Otherwise it is a very gentle beautifully done bright floral.

Opens with a fresh and somewhat aquatic scent that is short-lived and very different from the rest of the wear. What’s left on my skin smells like equal amounts of incense, amber, and powder blended together perfectly - with a spike of perfectly blended florals: I mostly get gardenia and a reserved tuberose, and then a pop of tartness from lily of the valley. There’s a touch of pepper, and some creaminess. Silky, clean, delicate, and cocooning. It’s a beautiful composition. Serene and enchanting.

I really truly love this perfume. To me this exudes grace, femininity and elegance. If I could only keep 10 perfumes, this would definitely be in that list. The jasmine and tuberose are blended so beautifully - I have no words. I wish my entire life could be as good as this smells to me. I would personally wear this year round, but it is airy enough to work really well in spring and summer. And I can definitely see this being a wedding scent - everything about it is just so beautiful.

Honor Woman, I adore. Its a lovely white floral delight. It is nothing like Guidance, and thank heavens! The rhubarb gives the opening a sweet & spicy, green vegetal quality just before it settles into the white florals. The mid is lush with pillowy clouds of gardenia, jasmine, tuberose, and lily-of-the-valley. It's beautifully clean, musky without being too soapy & powdery. Lovely in warm, hot weather. Late spring, and summer. moderate sillage, lasts all day.

Beautiful, sophisticated and very feminine and elegant scent. The white flowers are so well blended, this is perfection. For me as a white flower lover this is one of the best I have ever tried. I see comparisons with Gucci Bloom, which I also have, but this is much more sophisticated and luxurious. Definetely a god wedding scent, but can also work as a signature scent because it smells so good and addictive and I can’t see anybody bothered by this.

The delicate, creamy white floral opening very quickly cedes to a spicy vetiver with a very delicate resinous incense whispering through it. It's 100% unisex to me, not that these things matter, almost masculine in the dry down, which is probably why I love it, the way it does a gender-bending volte-face. It's not loud like most Amouages. If you want this type of feel but nuclear, you could try Figment Woman.

This fragrance reminds me so much of my great aunt who recently passed. She exuded elegance; always had a blowout, some Cartier jewelry, leather pants, even into her 80s. I think it's the Gardenia/tuberose combo mixed with Geranium/lily that really makes me think of her. I think the latter notes are a bit more mature than the Gucci Bloom comparisons. I feel it's more akin to Rouge Malachite.

Amouage is one of my favorite houses. This smells straight floral, like when all the spring trees are in bloom. This makes me feel happy and hopeful, very elevating. It does not have anything sexy in this for me. Have to be careful not to overspray as it can give me a headache in large amounts. Stays on my skins until I shower. Reminds me of Beyond Paradise Estée Lauder

This is an exquisite fragrance that has a beautiful white floral, soft, elegant scent that lingers for hours. I have fallen absolutely in love with it, and can't seem to compare any other fragrance to it - it's stunning. I want to inject this into my nostrils and inhale it forever. It could definitely work as a wedding scent as well. I feel beautiful when I wear this.

Inscription on the Temple of Apollo: Nothing in excess. Fresh, fleshy green stems of flowers and rhubarb combined with pepper..what a combination, divine! Moderate, mild, white, creamy, fresh, a little spicy. Some may not delight because it is luxuriously simple, some may be boring, but it will never disappoint, like Apollo, it will never cross the line of good taste.

A stunner. While I can see the bridal angle, I don’t feel that this is a joyful or celebratory scent. It’s graceful, romantic, and dreamy, clean and feminine, but it has a dark, melancholy heartbeat that adds so much poetry and depth to it. Floaty, dewy white florals, a waxy green bitterness, salt, smoke, dust. It feels like yearning. Forbidden, star-crossed love.

This is about as good as a white floral gets, but you'll pay for the privilege. Stunning deep jasmine and warm spices abound, and it all smells incredibly natural and soft. Certainly a more mature scent, but it really shows up all the other designer white florals, so if you have a few hundred lying around and like the genre, you'll love this one.

This is a beautiful and gentle white floral perfume. Tuberose done beautifully. It reminds me of Do Son Eau de Toilette by Diptyque and Totally White 126 by Parle Moi de Parfum. While not exactly the same, they are in the same family scent profile, and worth checking out. Overall it simply smells very sophisticated and soft with great sillage.

I have yet to smell a more regal perfume. I wear this when I feel confident and grown up. This is not an old lady perfume but it has the vibe of when women were clothed yet sexy and well put together. When women were subtle and not in your face but you can’t help but notice them. The trail is soft and intoxicating. Absolutely stunning.

Guidance was my first purchase from the Amouage house, and i hated it, it was so nauseating that it was the fastest i ever sold a bottle of mine. I was distant to amouage house because of that, i didnt learn my lesson and blind bought this now. Bingo. Best blind buy, nuclear for a floral, angelic, dreamy, beautiful. Loved it.

Lovely, soft white floral scent. Really well done. I'm really really enjoying this one. I get wafts for hours but it is so subtle - whilst I love white flowers, I always think they are wearing me. This one feels so comfortable and elegant. Yes please! I love the fact there is rhubarb in here too.

If you want to smell feminine, classy and sophisticated, this is the scent for you! Yes, it's a white flowers scent but the dry down is where the Amouage signature comes through. The Leather and Incense gives it such beautiful depth, you will not want to stop smelling your wrist. 10/10

The opening is quite sharp, but the dry down is really pleasant. The tuberose is fairly prominent here, but the fragrance doesn't smell dated at all. It's green, clean and classy. This is very versatile in my opinion, and I can see myself wearing this a lot in summer and spring.

You and me against the world, baby. Agreed with one of the comments below about I have my shit together rich aunt. Of course, you have probably smelled something similar somewhere but this is the real deal sort of perfume for me. Very classy. My favourite Amouage of all time.
