Zing

So so fun and interesting, absolutely get the juice shop vibe. It's fresh but unexpected, great white shirt scent for spring and summer. Carrot, ginger, and orange... witty, perky, sharp. I love the parallel the drydown makes with the course of the day, too—a shot of fresh-pressed juice for your morning that mellows into a wearable musk through the day. Sillage and longevity aren't too strong but I think that suits a fragrance with this kind of lightness.

By the way, there’s a maté note that isn’t listed which is pretty noticeable to my nose. But this is lovely. Smells like an orange, carrot and ginger juice with a slight herbal mate touch. Such a beautiful, easy to wear fragrance. Lasts for 4 hours then a skin scent for another 4-5 hours.

My partner wears this and I love it on him. Bright, juicy, gingery at first spray, then it settles into a neck-nuzzley musk. Best musk dry down I've smelled, probably. I can still smell it on him after 8+ hours.

So citrusy to me. It’s a bit spicy but I like it. Stays on the skin well and the orange scent is divine. I feel like a man eating oranges if that makes sense haha. Amazing, recommend it!

A powdery ginger w a really cool opening of carrot that makes this a whole a** experience. I have to test further. edit: drydown is like ingenious ginger but More balanced.

Opens up as a very sharp men’s cologne. I feel like I’ve smelled this a 1000 times before. It settles to be less sharp but I feels basic to me. Sadly don’t get that freshly pressed juice scent everyone talks about.. Would give it to my boyfriend

It's definitely metallic and sharp. More of a orange rind without the sweet juice. If youre tired of the conventional orange scent, this might be interesting. The patchouli in the base ruins it for me- we don't get along.

Vibrato fans- that was made for you! I literally applied Vibrato on one wrist and Zing on the other- there are some differences but these two are really alike. 1. Zing is not as loud; 2. Stays closer to skin; 3. With the time it shaded away and I have a light spicy-vegetable voile on me. If you live Vibrato vibes, but it was too much for you- Zing is an amazing alternative!

Totally feels like taking a sip of a $12 orange and carrot juice at a health foods store. It's biting and sweet, but it does dry down into a relatively generic powdery scent. I tested this shortly after Osmo from the same line and I prefer the stronger character + sillage of that one. Zing is a super agreeable and a safe option amidst many witchy scents from Andrea Maack.
