Omizu For Him

I really wonder why people don't get along with this scent. In my opinion it is a really inoffensive summer scent which can last long, depending on the skin chemistry. In my case it has an average longevity of about 6 hours, which is plenty for a summer scent. It also fills in the space between bvlgari aqva, where i feel like getting entagled by seaweed and drowned near the ocean floor and the shortlived whipping splashes of the waves of davidoff coolwater. Omizu for him feels like floating in a perfectly still endless ocean, where the blue sky reflects upon the water. It is nothing special. But not every situation calls for something special. Sometimes it is more than enough to decelerate and calm down for a moment, enjoying simplicity.

This smells very masculine and 90es to me, although I can't say which 90es fragrance exactly it reminds me of. I have a lot of nostalgia for the 90es so I like this a lot.

Before buying I had tried it on a test strip and I really liked it. A spicy, but not too spicy masculine fragrance. But after I bought it and tried it on my skin I instantly disliked it. My immediate thought was "dirt", it smells like a bunch of wood, dirt and spices thrown together. Still not exactly a bad fragrance, I can see some people really enjoying this. But since it's nothing like what I expected and wanted I won't ever be wearing it again.
